Realtor Genni Jett is extremely rude. I am the tenant of a property that is being represented Buy this company for a sale. They wanted to do a walk through with less than 24 hrs notice, and when I called her to arrange a time that works for me she was extremely short with me and ultimately hung up in my face. I’m working towards buying my own home ending the lease of the residence I am currently staying in. Mike sold our property within hours of allowing showings. However, this was not done without some very tactical planning and coordination that we accomplished together. Ive never personally rented from them but I saw a post of theres online of a rental property and it looked like the house was falling apart . They most likely have more than one rental property, but the one I saw looked like a dump not only that it was a single bedroom for 800.00 wayyy over priced I think. Just be careful and take your time when looking for a new place and always be safe.

We rented a property from her property management company, we broke a window and were 100% ok with deducting the amount from our deposit. The rest of the property we walked through and checked out, the garage was old and a gate had fallen apart because it was old and rotted, we acknowledged this was not due to our neglect and after the walkthrough of the property we got the remainder of our deposit amount back. Fast forward 2 months and she is coming back to us and placing the blame for the old garage and rotted fence on us. She claims to have integrity, knows that she checked off that these issues were not on us and now is going back on her word. From a tenant perspective I would certainly not do business with nefla, her contract is vague and unrealistic. This wasn’t the first issue we had with her company but I’m hoping it will be the last.
