Ron Levin is top notch. A true professional. He was extremely helpful and patient, and helped me find the perfect office space for a new Jacksonville location of my law firm. We’ve been trying rent the best units on 17 S in Orange Park in the best economy in 50 years and can’t get it done? I’ve been patient but that’s turning into frustration. It’s comical to most people that I talk to that we can’t lease the spots out. I’ve brought 2 out of the 3 tenants which is fine but also disappointing at the same time. I need them leased out and bringing in $$$$ by 2020This is the email I sent Matthew Clark. He’s been trying to lease my rental units for over a year! I’ve been so patient with the time table and his condescending comments about how I don’t understand commercial leasing industry.The words above was what Matthew terminatedour agreement over.He will tell you he’s the best but what he produces is no where close!
