The Terminix team has been great in terms of taking care of my pests. April, Devon, Peter, and Jim have been my most frequent contacts, and they have been great to work with. They are efficient, prompt, responsive, and do their best to help. Ive been very happy with their service and sales teams.

Have had Terminix for termites for years. Called them in to take care of some persistent ants. So far so good. Service technician was professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. Great first impression.

Great quality care and service! The rep who came out to the property was professional, communicative, and within the promised time window. He shared details about the service he was there to perform (outdoor preventive treatment/barrier treatment), other services offered that I can request in the future, and information about what is included in my contract for the year. He was respectful to the property, assured me the treatment would not be dangerous to my pets, and followed up after service was completed through email. Definitely happy I went with Terminix for my pest control needs!

Tony the termite treater was great. couldnt have been any nicer and seem to know what he was doing. BUT. we still have termites swarming. some days a lot some day just a few. Re contacted Jay and have had no reply back. so problem still exist. They are inside not outside.

Do not get service. People (technicians) are great. Management are terrible. Tried to cancel service 6 times, each time got a different excuse why it wasnt done the previous month. Terrible communication, would call for service and the technicians were not informed what was needed. Would take 3 service calls to get someone to treat the inside of house.

I have had a contract with terminex for some time now and my technician James is awesome. He is very accomodating with times and appointment dates that fit my schedule. Im ok with the quarterly bill because it is well worth the service.Although I dont have any pest issue any more, I keep my contract to avoid any potential issues in the future. Living in Florida is great if you have Terminex!

Not a very good experience. Never could get them to do a correct and complete start up spraying and service gave them 3 chances never got it right so I fired them.

It was a great experience. I tried myself to catch the rodent and after a week and seeing more activity in the house, I decided to contact an expert. I checked the top ten in my area and found Terminix was listed as number one. Contacted them they gave me a price and came the next day to inspect the house and start removal of the rodent. After a few days the first trap did not work, so they came back and added different traps and that night we caught the rodent. They came back to remove the rodent and we left the traps for a few more days. Never seen anything since. Great job! I would never have caught the rodent with the equipment I was using. No price on peace of mind.....

First time showed up without setting an appointment with us so we weren’t home. Second time we set an appointment and on the day he was scheduled to come we received an email saying he was on his way. Never showed up and never called to tell us what happened. Third time was the charm. The tech showed up and he was respectful of our property and very friendly.

The service person was totally professional, but I have quarterly arguments with the billing department!!! My original post said this, but was stripped from the post by Terminix!

Been with company for years using autopay for termite control. Now a double payment comes out last month. I call and send bank statement as proof to rep. 2 weeks later still no response back. Now I cant get anyone on the phone. DONT USE AUTOPAY WITH THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN IGNORE YOU.

I dealt with Nathan . Has followed up with everything he said would be done . I had Turner Pest control and Lawn, honestly they shouldn’t be in business with their lack of professionalism . And i want my deposit back, 495$ that no one else charges . Don’t fall for their scam

Weve had a problem with cockroaches for a few years now. Was using a differnt pest control and did not start seeing real results untill we started with Terminix.The tech Ryan is very experienced and knowledable in his field. He was on time and he really made sure he covered every little space those suckers can hide. A month in and we have no sign of them. Plus if we see any stragglers Terminix will show up asap free of charge! I would recommend Terminix to anyone who needs to see fast results.

I moved into a new home that had roaches and Terminix came out and eliminated my whole issues for me. Terminix was also the cheapest in my area!!

Started off really good been using them now for almost a year. Supposed to have every other month treatment to make a barrier on the outside to prevent insects from getting inside with free unlimited inside treatment if needed every time I would call for an inside treatment it seemed to be a huge ordeal and was not as easy as stated in the agreement. I let my billing lapse until I could get time to call somebody and speak to them about the lack of services that was happening as I was finding myself even treating the yard for ants quite often. Spoke with Michelle today and she was definitely more concerned with getting my payment then figuring out why I was unhappy as a customer. I requested a call back from somebody in corporate but I probably will be canceling my services going forward and disputing the last charge on the card as a services were not up to par.

Adam Deangelo was our technician today, he called ahead to let me know he was on his way and when he arrived he was very friendly and professional. He inspected our crawl space and inside and outside of our home. He immediately went over everything thing with us and before he was out the driveway he had sent me an email containing my report. I hope we have him again as our technician in the future.

They are a SCAM. IVE BEEN CALLING FOR 8 MONTHS TO HAVE A MANAGER CALL ME TO REFUND THE MONEY of nearly 500.00 dollars since my dads DEATH and they would not stop services ON A HOUSE I NO LONGER OWN!!!! All they are is a bunch of MONEY hungry, LYING, CONS.

We have been a Terminix customer for a number of years and have multiple service plans. We have always received excellent service. Ruel Smith has been caring for our home for the last few years. I use the word caring, because thats how I feel when Ruel comes for the quarterly pest checks on my house. Ruel is polite, professional, and is always willing to spend extra time answering my questions. He informs me of any changes he has found and any treatments he applied. Ruel is a wonderful example of the dedication and commitment that Terminix promises to each client.

I paid terminex a lot of money to come deal with a bed bug problem in my home. The first guy they sent to bomb was very rude and told me he didnt have enough spray or bed covers. Then they were supposed to come once a week for 4 weeks. That never happened. After several attempts to get somebody out again they sent a new person who after his first visit was sent out of town for training and never came back to finish. He was never replaced. Weeks even months go by I cant get anybody to get back in touch with me with any real answers to whats going on. They finally send someone out 2 weeks ago to restart the treatment and do it right but once again after just 1 treatment hes been told by his boss that our bedbug service is up and he cant come back unless we pay the service fee again🤯 why would I do that if all Ive seen is failures in work ethics, communication, compassion and product. Im at a loss and dont know what to do from here

The representatives that I have come in contact with/who has serviced my home, especially the member that came by and performed services on 4 May 2020 at 3227 Timberlake Dr., Orange Park, Fl. 32065I was a little down and out, and my granddaughter, who lives with me, is too young to answer the door on her own. As such, when the rep came, he rang the doorbell, but I was unable to answer. Nonetheless, the service rep went to town, performing a thorough service. No, again, I was unable to see such, but my home video surveillance system recorded everything. Honestly, I know the work he performed as some of the most complete outdoor Terminix work that I have experienced yet. Yes, while watching the beginning of the video, I became very impressed. So impressed that I watched the entire video, and even wished I would have been better at that time to thank the service provider. Oh yeah, when he finished, he rang my doorbell again and even said thank you, when in all reality, I should have been thanking him for such quality service.As they say, Integrity is what you do when no one is watching; its doing the right thing all the time, even when it may work to your disadvantage. ... Your reputation is the public perception of your integrity. Well, I have to say that this service provider has a great deal of integrity and pride in what he does.Thank you much, whoever you are, you are greatly appreciated!!! Kareem, the technician was wonderful. He was very thorough, explained all that he had done and assured me that if I was dissatisfied I could call and he would correct the problem. However, I think the company uses deceptive sales tactics when initially selling the service, which is why I could not give it a higher rating.

Ive been unsuccessful at reaching someone at Terminix to start service. I was on hold for at least five minutes today while my husband has tried calling the technician who gave us the estimate. This company doesnt seem very responsive.UPDATE: The technician called and came out on the today. He apologized for not getting back to us. He was very polite and helpful. There was a technical communications problem with their system which was why we couldnt get through.

Perhaps it’s impossible to get rid of all bugs in my house in Florida, but Terminix does a pretty good job. They’re responsive & have the technology. The same technician, Kevin, comes to my house each time: friendly, professional, knowledgeable & experienced. It gives me confidence to deal with someone who is familiar with my property.

The technician who has done the inspection these last 2 years is excellent. She communicates with me, and I have been able to set an appointment at my convenience. She does a thorough inspection inside and out and even removes the mud dabbers from the outside around the house. In years past I was sent a notice of when the technician would come and had no way to change it, modify it, etc. It is so much better now.

The gentleman was courteous, quick and explained everything. Id highly recommend the service, its worth the price.

On top of the fact that we saw a quick effect from the treatment, the gentleman technician was very cordial and knowledgeable. He did the work in a timely manner, and then followed up with us when immediately after he finished. Also, the report he left behind allowed us to see what he found, where they were in the house, what treatments he used, and what areas of the house were fumigated. Within 24 hours, we began to see our little uninvited guests appear around the house in true rigor mortis fashion. We are really happy with the results thus far.

Two years ago I rightfully awarded 5 stars. The home service tech (Mike) was so diligent and probably never needed us to call the main office b/c he communicated with his customers. We renewed just out of a sense of loyalty and appreciation. What a difference in getting competent customer service since personnel have changed just over a year ago. Its getting tiresome being placed on hold for 15-20 minutes, getting passed around to different numbers/people, then placed on hold again and eventually cut off without a callback. Not once a callback. And receiving bills (?) after each quarterly visit despite being on an annual contract, and having people apologize for the error but will fix it -- until it happens again the next quarter. Still like the new tech, but its time to go back to self-help.

Very responsive to all my questions and I especially appreciated the email report of all findings, which is something I did not receive from my previous pest control company. Very pleased so far.
