In my experience with Nader technician’s they are diligent about identifying lawn and pest issues. My home is pest free and my lawns are looking healthier after a bad experience with another company. We have used Nader’s for a long time. They are very professional, timely and dedicated. Anytime I call when having a problem they are very prompt to schedule and treat.

Naders has been our Bug Service for almost 10 years, we are very pleased with their service. They service our home inside and out, they take care of fire ants in our yard and provide protection and remediation for termites. I highly recommend Naders Pest Raiders.

Technicians are not well trained by the company. Time and time again I made the tech aware not to spray my edible plants or flowering plants I have for butterflies and bees, but to spray the rest of the property. (Not hard, they arent randomly placed.) So, in the two ares they are NOT supposed to spray, I catch them not just spraying, but dousing it in pesticides. Unfortunately, had to part ways.

Went with Naders after another pest control company simply failed to show. Naders had a live attendant when we called, scheduled an appointment first thing for Monday, and their treatments really helped with our ant problem. Very pleased.

Naders shows up, they do the job and if we need more service or something needs addressed they come out and check on things with a complimentary return visit. They consistently do a good job :-) and are available in a pinch. I had some contractors working at my place and they left the doors open all day. In came a swarm of fire ants that ended up all over my brand new windows. Naders came over right away, took care of the ants, inspected the windows to see if there was a different way the little pests could have gotten in, and took care of everything immediately. I definitely recommend them!

They bought my 30 year termite bond from Florida Best Management. Immediately they tried to sell me the Termidore system. Called Dept of Agriculture. The result was an over-jealous salesman. Now two years later Naders wants me to sign again in order to retain my Termite Bond. The manager was suppose to call me last week. Today, I got the he is in a meeting response. No call back. Had the inspection last week to continue my BOND but refused to sign the NEW contract. BEWARE!! Report to Dept of Agriculture. They will respond.

Very pleased with the treatment for carpenter ants. Now and then I find a dead one in the bathroom, but I was told that would be expected. I’m happy with their service.

I recently used this company to get rid of the squirrels in my attic. They were very professional and I was most satisfied with the company. JD and Michael were the two gentlemen who came out to remove the squirrels. They were most accomadating and helpful. Their customer service was above and beyond the service Im sure you require. These are the kind of employees I would want representing my company if this were my business. Thank you for all your help!

Friendly and professional staff that always answer the phone and show up on time. The technician explained on site what he was going to apply and how it worked to control pests. Technician didn’t pressure me to buy services that weren’t needed.

Naders is great! We started using them through our real estate business for termite (WDO) inspections and were so impressed that we switched over for Sentricon and pest control in our own personal home. HIGHLY recommend! Great customer service.

They have been out to our place 4 times now and they just cant do the job right. We have done thrown out all our couches, all our beds, the babies crib, play pens, and other furniture, isnt much left. We do our part each time and they do not do theirs. They will only come out one day out of the month for the simple fact that they can easily get repeat business instead of doing a thorough job. They give pests time to come back before coming out and servicing again. Dont go to naders raiders. The last time he came out he tried saying we didnt have pests anymore even though we provided samples and pictures

Excellent response time but they only sell packaged pre priced bundles, which are competitive for homes but I found them expensive for Condos.

I was given a clear schedule and explanation of my home treatment. Service is very professional and friendly. I wasn’t badgered for payment before services were rendered and was given options for payements to make it easier.

Every time I go to naters I feel like Im dealing with family. What a great group of people!

We’ve been a customer of Naders for many years. They saved my yard from Tru-Green and were very consistent with their service for an extremely long time. Until the past year, the company had been providing excellent service and oftentimes went above and beyond to treat pest and fungus flareups when needed. About a year ago we lost our long time technician, Dakota, and service sedmed to take a dive. Throughout the past year I was concerned that our yard wasn’t being treated, particularly in the back. My neighbor stated she witnessed the technician sit in his car and only get out to place a bill on the door and sign in the yard. Nothing was greening and I was pulling more weeds than ever. On 10/27/17 my wife and her daughters were in the back yard the entire day and when they left were surprised to find a bill on the door saying the lawn was treated. We called the office on 10/30/17 to complain. We were told a manager would call. Called back on 10/31/17 and was told again that the manager would call. Called 11/6/17 and was told the same thing. On 11/7/17, manager Dwight, left a card on the door and message on the machine and said to call him to come look at the yard. We called back that day and left a message with no reply. Called him again on 11/13 twice, 11/14 and the office again 11/15 (was told he was in Orlando and he’d get back to us immediately). Again, no response. This customer service is extremely unacceptable. After many fantastic years with Nader’s, we’ve had enough.
