They tell you that ur approved and then wait 3 weeks to tell you that the interest rate went from .9 up to 11% thats insane and horrible business. Buyers beware of the dealership. It cost me 20 inquiries and also dropped my credit score. I will never buy from this dealer again and Ive owned 84vcars over 32yrsplus it cost me 2
I purchased a used 2021 Corvette about a month ago It only had 1 key fob I was promised a second key fob to be delivered to me after numerous calls and many untrue stories I have yet to receive it. I will purchase one from Chevrolet dealer here in Valdosta at approximately $300 And Sue them For that amount plus attorneys fees and court cost...............Well after 4 days STILL no help even after the response below..... worst EVER
After searching for weeks at dealerships trying to find a good reliable car for my 18 year old. Went to Acura 3 weeks ago meet salesman Leonard, we let him know we were just looking with NO pressure nor hassle he let us leave followed up with us only one time not like others leaving messages every day twice a day. So we decided to come back and purchase a car with them. Not only was the atmosphere friendly the General Manager of the dealership came out to thank us and make sure we had a great purchasing experience and that is rare normally you don’t meet the General Manager but Mr. Nadi wants to make sure everyone who comes to the dealership and purchases a vehicle gets the best experience and we definitely did.Thank you Acura I will be purchasing all my future cars from you! 😃

Buyer beware, they have one price listed online, but when you get to the dealership, they Jack up the price $4,000. After you negotiate the price back down to the Internet listed price, they FORCE you to purchase BS family plan for $2400 extra. Be very careful.
I appreciate communication and I DID NOT receive this today. If you utilize text msg as a convenient way to communicate.... USE IT.I brought my car in for an AC check, oil change, multi point inspection, and tire rotation. At 2:15pm, I called and declined changing the air compressor and was told my car would be ready in 45 min to an hour. At 4:25, I arrived to find out the garage is finishing up. At 4:32, when I paid for my service, the car wasnt ready. At 5pm, after I asked the service manager if he could help, my car wasnt ready. I FINALLY received my keys at 5:38pm... and all I got was an, Im sorry.Wont be back here. Guess I have to find another Acura dealership here in Jax for service.

I had purchased insurance on my F350 truck in 2018 and lost the policy information. A kind gentleman in the finance department looked it up for me in a matter of minutes and I was on my way. That is a true example of service after the sale.
Moses was a great salesperson. He was attentive and listen to what I wanted and was able to suggest and advise me accordingly.

BUYER BEWARE: If you are purchasing please look at the numbers and beware of the charges related to The Protector Package which are significant. I purchased my car two years ago. The dealership was charging for The Protector Package which was a treatment for paint and leather that could be used every six months. In negotiating I was told this was not able to be removed but could be used at other Acura Dealerships ( I knew I may relocate in the future). Now that I have relocated I am told this is specific to their dealership. Clearly this dealership cannot be trusted. This is just another way they up the prices and make money off of you! The fact that no other Acura dealerships I have found offer this causes me to question this package even more.In response to Acura of Orange Parks comment about contacting their GM to discuss/resolve: I attempted to discuss this with Mr. Kuhn already. He did not respond to my email. A few days later I called and spoke with him on the phone and he did not call me back as he assured me he would. He has my contact information. After your comment I have emailed him to let him know I am available should he wish to discuss further. Unfortunately, my impression thus far has been that it’s not something for your dealership to be bothered with. Should the dealership correct this issue I will update accordingly.After months, nothing from Mr. Kuhn. Go figure.
Inquired about a car online. Manager said it wasnt available. Got another call saying it was. I came in and it wasnt. No big deal. I inquired about another car in my budget. They try to sell me one out of my budget then cant make a deal thats slightly over my budget cause they want too dollar for the car. Still never brought me the car I inquired about. Just pushed sale for something out of my price range. Dont shop here. Take your business elsewhere.Heres a screenshot as I explain below on my issue from the sales rep himself.

I used to like Acura cars and this dealership have owned Acura cars since 2010. One the quality is subpar at best but more importantly they will try to rip you off. The service department is horrible. Needless to say I sold my car to another dealer for more money and will never buy another Acura specially from this dealership
This location is awful. I know that you are limited on service providers but trust me this is not a trustworthy, reliable service provider. I witnessed them unnecessarily upcharge.

My mother recently purchased a car from Acura of Orange Park, and it was a pleasant experience. Moe Etemad was so thorough and exuded excellent customer service. Moe you are the best. Gary Brewer made the tedious part of the process (filling out paperwork) tolerable. Wayne Watson and Nadi Malek were nice and helpful as well. I would recommend anyone to shop for a vehicle at Acura of Orange Park, and thank you to the entire staff.
THE Worst purchase experience i ever encountered in my life. i ve purchased 3 Lexus prior- all are positive experiences, but this time around I figured I would give Acura a try considering it is a luxury option - “I found out the hard way.” The customer service is night and day when comparing the two brands. The acura transaction is a complete mess from start to finish. It has been more than a month and the previous car has not paid off yet. The only positive experience is service- Matt and Ian are very professional in handling my concerns. I would not recommend this dealer.
BEWARE Dealer is wrongly advertised special online and not able to honor it in dealer. It advertises 0.9APR FOR 2020 model “includes all offers and incentives” under small writing disclaimer. Had a deal out the door price and Tim/finance manager won’t honor it said there’s a mistake between ACURA and the dealership. Now charging at least 4% and won’t go lower for my credit score of 802 and cannot pay for it in full or get finance through my bank. MUST finance through the dealership to get that price. It’s a way Acura of Orange Park ripped you off from financing.
The General sales manager and Sales Manager are a joke! Neither of them have any customer service experience, they speak to their customers like a 5 year old having temper tantrum. My husband and I have been going there for years, not anymore!!!!!! Ive never had anyone talk to me so unprofessional, and condescending in my life!
Do not shop here they are very dishonest. Buying a used car from these people is the worste experience in my life. They sold me and my wife and suv that had major problems and never once told my wife about any problema the car had. Now they are trying to charge me for all the problems they never fixed. I will never do business with Acura of Orange Park again. My car has been traded in - and on their lot - since May 16th and my car loan is still not paid off (after being told the payoff is overnighted). I have made numerous attempts to get in contact with anyone, including the sales person who sold me the new Acura, Gino, and NONE have returned my call or provided the status of the payoff. Due to this, I have also now received notice that I have forced placed insurance (this will add on to my monthly car payment, making it higher because I dropped insurance on a vehicle I no longer had) on my car that was traded in weeks ago. I have bought many cars and this Is the first time I have been disappointed in a dealership. It should not take 22 days (as of today) to payoff a vehicle that has been assumed by the dealership. It should also not be so difficult to be able to speak to a person for resolve. Very disappointment and will not do business here again.
Raymond was my sales rep. He did and awesome job. He worked hard and went far and beyond to get us what we needed and wanted on a vehicle.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.I purchased a car in 2018. They notified me a couple months later that there was some discrepancies with my paperwork and they needed to make a new contract. I went in and signed not giving it a second thought. Fast forward to 2020, I totaled the car and was under the impression that I had GAP insurance. However, my GAP had been canceled and taken off of my loan. In hindsight I should’ve read the second contract thoroughly but that doesn’t take away the fact this dealership is practicing deceptive and shady business practices. Please read your contracts THOROUGHLY and make sure what they are telling you is the TRUTH. The employees at this dealership are morally and ethically bankrupt.

Got a call this morning from the dealership tans set up appointment at 2:00 to view and test drive a car. After a 40 minute drive? I arrive to find out it was sold last night. Very poor service.

We have been on the hunt for a new suv for a bit now. We had it narrowed down between an Acura and an Infiniti, but couldn’t seem to make up our mind and couldn’t find a salesman that could explain the benefits of either very well. Then we went to Acura of orange park and were lucky enough to have Mo help us out. Mo was absolutely amazing. He knew everything you could want to know about the Acura and its features. This was the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had. Both Ian Vitaliy were the ultimate pros and it was clearly evident I was in good hands the minute i walked in. They were insightful, transparent and very willing to find ways to match my budget. My 1st time at the Acura dealership, but definitely not my last. Service time is way too much, over 4 hours for an oil change as I write. Be aware you will have to spend half a day if you are willing to wait in dealer. I will not add a photo but you can imagine a bored to death meme
A big thank you to Acura of Orange Park. I initially reached out to them through their website for information on the RDX A-Spec with SH-AWD that I wanted. I had such a great experience dealing with Gregg Becker, Moe Etemad and Ian Barnett over the phone/emails, that I flew down from Atlanta on 8/22/20 just to buy this vehicle. Gregg was able to reach out and seal the deal quickly! Even though there are many local Acura dealerships I could have purchased from, their customer service and follow-up were far superior than others I had spoken with about this vehicle. After arriving at the dealership, everything went as smoothly as promised. Moe was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and the complete opposite from the “car salesman” person while going the extra mile. While there I also worked with Kevin Bair and Frank Butt who continued the excellent service that I had received from the other team members. My only regret is that I live too far away to bring my vehicle in for service. Thank you very much for helping me attain this excellent vehicle!
This location has seriously gone downhill. I had a 10 o’clock appointment and had to call from their lobby to get an update at noon. For an oil change. Then at 12:15 they came out to tell me if I would like it washed, it would be two more hours. I will NOT be back, for service or a new vehicle.
Stopped in for a quick test drive on a Jeep Wrangler and the rest is history! Julio Medina, whom I’ve never met before, knew my name as I walked into the store! The fact is Id rather pay a little bit more for services that I know the techs are familiar with type of model I know is rare. No complaints, I will continue to get my car serviced here for the things I dont have the expertise in.

Had warranty work done and took over a month of me calling them weekly for a part to be delivered and them telling me that it’s on its way and it’s taking longer due to COVID...understandable 3 weeks go by with 1 phone call a week following up. The last week I called I spoke with someone else and they told me it was never ordered. Gave them a second chance and was interested in buying another car from them only to be left at someone’s desk for an hour when that salesman went home for the day before I even got there. Even put a $500 down payment and was just waiting to sell me car to buy a car. Tried to get a refund and can’t get a hold of anyone to refund me. Keep getting told they’ll call back and not any surprise no one calls back. After over a decade of my family and I getting cars from I can guarantee I will not go back

Its sad when a salesperson has better customer service Andrew is the only reason my car got taken care of he definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything got taken care of and rectified*ORIGINAL*I found a vehicle from one of their locations out oftown, which I had to have transferred from. when I inquired about the vehicle I wasnt informed of the damage done to the rear bumper once I signed papers and put my down payment the damage was brought to my attention I asked them why I wasnt told about it and they said they had no idea either and promised it would be fixed since its not my fault. It was a rushed job and not fixed properly. Tbh i could have gave a child some white out and called it a day because thats what it looks like. Trying to get a hold of management is like pulling teeth. I have left messages for the GM Phil numerous times as well as Dan one of the sales managers. I get told theyll call me back and dont hear back. This has been the WORST car buying experience for me EVER. Im 100% disappointed In management.
Good service for the most part. I got an oil change and its supposed to come with a wash and vacuum. But, my car still had bird splatter still on the front bumper when I walked up to my SUV. So, not sure how well they washed it. None of the staff THAT I SAW were wearing mask, but not saying everyone wasnt, just those I interacted with and didnt practice social distancing when speaking with you. That part really bothered me. I didnt see any protection lining in the car either, maybe they took it out before they returned the car. Outside of that, they were very friendly and helpful. Think their Covid measures could be beef up.
Trying to get a tag for my car has been a complete NIGHTMARE!!!! Although every person I have talked to has been “nice” not one has helped get any results. To say I would never buy from this dealership EVER again is an understatement, I’ll never even glimpse their way. Stay as far away as you can. Talk a nice talk but yield NO results

I HATE car shopping but something always keeps me coming back to this place. I’m an 18 year customer and picking up my 4th new car today. Andrew is your go to guy for a smooth no-nonsense transaction. This time around I spent exactly zero minutes in the dealership haggling prices. I told him what I wanted and what I would pay. He found the car and made it happen! My Dad always told me growing up that “if a car salesman’s lips are moving, he’s lying”! Andrew is the exception to the rule. I will definitely be back for my next one!

We took our Acura in for a scheduled oil change only to find out we needed a new timing belt in addition to a host of other services. Knowing we had to leave town in three days for a grandbaby’s surgery, Acura of Orange Park worked with us to get all the work done in a timely manner and loaned us a car in the meantime so we could still get done everything we needed to before leaving. To top it all off, they finished the work early! We can’t thank them enough for making what could have been a very stressful situation much more manageable.
Just bought my fourth car from them. The entire team is absolutely incredible. Especially Andrew Dominic and Daniel. They will work their hardest with you to put you in whatever vehicle you want and try their hardest with the bank to get you a good rate. They are upfront and honest and the entire experience is a 10 out of 10.
Jeff, the service manager, took great care of me! He worked very hard to make sure that my car was repaired to my satisfaction and provided me with a loaner car, that was several years newer than my own. My car was returned cleaned and vacuumed in lovely shape.

I made my first dealership purchase ever from them on a Saturday. I was greeted right away. All of the employees were very kind. They had the car I purchased pulled around and ready for me to test drive within minutes. They worked with me and my budget. I recommend Mo! He was my salesman. Hes very knowledgeable and kept me entertained during the wait in between paperwork. Since my car was recent trade, he came to my house within 48 hours to have mine serviced and detailed. Left me with a rental. I had my car back within a few hours. They went above and beyond! I have recommended them to all my family and friends, lol. I will continue to recommend them to everyone!
Nice facilities no pressure. Unfortunately did not have a vehicle that i was impressed with for the money too underpowered, but very nice amenities in vehicles. Honda is shortcut ing Acura cars on the powertrain.

Ive purchased several cars in Jacksonville....this by far was the best experience of my life. From the start to finish This was my first Acura MDX Holloway went above and beyond to explain everything to us the difference between purchasing and leasing a vehicle I feel like he took the time educate me on the car purchasing with Acura. Every singe employee is very courteous and friendly from the service department to sales to cashiers and management, always trying to find out if you need anything or how can they help you with. A lot of communication without trying to sell you anything. This is the place to do business when it come to purchase or service your vehicle, excellent!!!

I came with a maintenance and a specific tire problem, they said they couldn’t identify and my tire is fine. Truth is they didn’t do anything to identify my tire problem, just over charge my maintenance need and send me on my road trip, my tire is still leaking air. Such a professional 👎👎👎
After waiting in the lobby for 2 hours, they tell me, they sold the car last night. Would not recommend.

I’ve been using Acura of OP for 19 years and am on my third Acura MDX. I love the car, and my service experience has always been exceptional- a big influence in my buying decision. Service quality has declined drastically. It’s very impersonal now, but most importantly, loaner cars are no longer available, so plan to spend a chunk of your day. After 2.5 hours, I got an oil change and an estimate for $2400+ of other repairs while the repair I thought I needed for my wipers was chalked up to operator error, and I was instructed to read the manual. I didn’t enjoy my experience today at all and will be shopping around.
We found a likeable car on line and connected with Andrew to come for a drive. It was what we were looking for, no surprises. The price was as advertised and we were able to complete everything and drive it home. A good experience all around and we have a great car besides.
