My only problem was the old guy (owner?) Yelling out its done when my washer was done. I guess he was in a hurry to close. It was 8:15 and they close at 9. I didnt need the dryer. No need to rush.

Staff was very helpful and great with the kiddos. Washers and dryers worked well for our needs. Definitely would recommend and go back when in the area.

Fantastic, friendly, family-owned laundry. Even before COVID-19, the owners were constantly cleaning the entire facility. Are very well maintained and they let drawers and all the dryers are cleaned out multiple times a day. Pricing is consistent with other laundromats in in Jacksonville. They have air conditioning that works and Wi-Fi, along with a clean restroom. Cant really ask for anything more and I love this (family) and their facility.

This is by far the best Convient, safest, cleanest, Laundrymat Ive ever been to thus far I want to point out that Mr. Chris King the attendant there are very helpful, dependable, and down to earth really great establishment seriously guys Check em out !!!!!

Super awesome! I didn’t have a washer/dryer and this place was always so kind to do my wash for drop off - everything came out clean, nicely folded, and smelling great!! I highly recommend - plus the owner is a very nice New Yorker who will make you laugh while you are there 😆

I love this place. Cheapest coin laundry I have found and they are super helpful. Unlike most places that have no one there, there is usually at least two people and it is very clean.

My go-to laundromat. I love this place. Its very clean, all the washers and dryers work well, they offer drop-off service as well. Owners are very warm, friendly, and helpful. I will drive out of my way to do my laundry here.

This place is a dump. But again, I’m here to do laundry not for a black tie affair. With that said, it’s still a dump but the machines work and the people working here are nice enough. There is VERY limited places to sit - There are 4 chairs in the whole place. If you want to do laundry with comfort you will need to go somewhere else. If you just want to do laundry then this will do. I did not use their drop off service.

My go to for drop off service. They are always super nice and do a great job at washing my clothes! Good deal and super helpful since my apartment has crappy washers.

Their drop off service is really nice. $1 per pound with a minimum of $10 per load is not bad at all. Great service and the do it in a timely matter

The lady and gentleman are always very polite, nice, warm greeting and they work hard keep this place clean!! All the machine work just fine. Put my clothes to wash and the come out very clean everytime!!

I enjoyed this place. Very clean bathroom. Nice clean facilities. The machines were a little expensive to me but was much nicer than some of these other places.

Nice little spot to get some laundry done. Staff is friendly and helpful. Can get a little crowded during rush hour so go between those times.

Ive been doing laundry here for two years now. Its always clean and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Cleanest laundromat in the city....great customer service...I will drive here from Spring Park/St Nicholas neighborhood even though there are 3 laundromats 5 minutes away...

BEWARE! Shady business practices at work here. DO NOT take your clothes here for the wash and fold service, I made that mistake and it was a nightmare. But I should have known better when I walked into the door as the place was a dump.To sum up my experience...I took my clothes here for the wash and fold service...upon receiving my clothes I noticed everything was covered in black spots...they knew this but said nothing until after I paid and left because they are thieves and just wanted my money...Once home I noticed that all my clothes were all covered in black spots, every single piece!...I took in 23 lbs. of clothes and they washed everything together, Im not even sure if they used water when they washed them as there were still stain marks on some of the clothes...I then called and they said they knew about the stains and it was my fault, but they would wash them again and try and get the stains out, pretty much admitting their own guilt...clothes came back in even worse condition with bleach marks everywhere...they would not reimburse me for my clothes or even the money I paid to have them cleaned in the first place which was $23...he said they work hard for their money and would not return mine...what, I dont work hard for my money too!...they are living the American dream being entrepreneurs and not a very good one at that...Please dont support this business as they just dont really care about you or your stuff...just your money...

Clean. Extra large machines. And polite owners willing to answer questions and provide change for bills.

The washers and dryers were for the most part clean and efficient. Most of the furniture is dated and broken for when youre waiting for your laundry. The TV works occasionally but pauses and skips even just watching cable. No wifi is available.

Has the best drop off service, folds everything VERY nicely. There are new machines and the place is clean and in a fairly safe neighborhood.
