I took in my ring to get it re-sized and their prices were very affordable. It only took 2 days and I had my ring back on my finger, super quick service. The team here worked diligently to resolve my last minute issue. I needed an engagement ring and I needed one soon. Not only did they have a great shelf selection, they provided many more options to be able to piece together my own ring. I was able to piece the perfect ring together, within my budget, and have it back the next day. Even when Fedex dropped the ball with the next morning expedited delivery, they stayed after hours to ensure my ring arrived and was going to get done. I was treated very poorly with my wife here all over a asking for a resize for my wife’s ring as a courtesy. I was completely understanding that I bought the ring several years ago from here and waited so long to have it resized. But the old lady there was so snooty and treated us like we had our hand out. She took the ring and left didn’t say a word started inspecting the ring and was whispering very low to someone else working there. I even offered to pay for the resize since she had an attitude about it. If you didn’t want to do it for us then just say so. Very unprofessional and when my wife called her out about her attitude she was appalled. I was very polite and just said look I’ll pay to have it done I mean it cost anywhere from 20$-60$ to have a ring resized. We decided to take the ring and have it done elsewhere. I just thought these ppl where so nice when I bought the ring here and they would have treated us better I had higher expectations. I have also bought necklaces from here in the past. I will never give this place another chance.I did not get treated like family I see all these new reviews praising them. Sad thing is I know ppl who know them and I expected more.Funny you responded to these other folks giving great reviews and y’all remember them from several years ago. But I was mistreated and told you don’t remember me buying my ring there but you have my name in the system. Guess I didn’t spend enough money!

My fiancé recently bought an engagement ring here, and I had the absolute pleasure of meeting John-Frazier when I came in to get my ring re-sized. Immediately upon entering I was greeted and offered water while I waited. Once John-Frazier was available, he checked my ring size and offered to show me wedding bands. He must have taken at least 40 minutes showing me the different options of bands, colors, and mix and match styles just to give me an idea of what is available. At this time, we do not have a date set, but that didnt stop him from making me feel special and excited for my engagement. So personable! He also gifted me with a cleaning pen, gave me the run down on how to get use to wearing jewelry (I rarely do) and explained everything in an easy to understand and in no way condescending tone. The rapport was fun, funny and made me SO happy that my fiancé chose to go with this local jeweler. I highly recommend!!!

If you run a business I just ask you deliver on the date that you set. Also I understand inconveniences, if that was the case then let someone know. I even called and the associate told me she cant give me a time frame or anything the jewelry will call me when he is done. Just to repair a clasp takes a week? While everyone else is saying a day or two on other items just makes you not feel appreciated. Communication is key to life.

Fabulous ! I dropped off my exhusbands wedding band to be restored. He died 6 weeks ago and was wearing it before cremation, 3 weeks later. It had to sit in a decontamination solution for awhile and be scrubbed before it was returned to me. It looked rough and the piece that was added over 20 years ago, broke. Update: I went to pick up my ring and a stone was missing (on that Friday- I had to point it out since no one noticed). They put in a bigger stone so that I could still have it to wear. I left my other ring with them to have stones replaced and sized down (on that Friday). I asked to be called with an estimate for repair. I was not contacted, I had to contact them on Monday and was told itd be ready Tuesday 4/12 latest . I called Wednesday (after not being contacted) and expressed that everything I was being told was contradictory with initial impression and that I have not shown my ass over the many inconsistencies and am annoyed that I keep being told conflicting statements. JR told me that, it isnt magic and let me tell you after that phone call I will never purchase anything there again nor have anything repaired. What a horrible way to calm down a NEW client. Needless to say they called me after hours on WEDNESDAY, didnt leave a message and its FRIDAY now and I HAD TO CALL THEM TO ASK IF IT WAS READY. I picked up my ring with no hassle and no apology for the situation. Not satisfied with the quality of customer service.I went in on Tuesday 3/29 to look at a ring I saw on a Facebook post and was worried that Id be dealt with in an unfavorable fashion but to my surprise none of that happened! I was shown the ring and comparable ones then left having a great experience and falling in love with the ring. We went back on Thursday to purchase it and have it sized up and ready for pick up today (Friday). I am beyond anxious to go and pick it up!
