Almost 2 years in and I still love this gym. I’ve done diets, home workout videos, regular gyms and was even in the military but I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life. I had gained a bunch of weight due to bad lifestyle habits, was at my heaviest I had ever been and taking high cholesterol medication. Soon as I started at this gym I knew this was something I wanted to do and was excited about it. 30 minute workouts, nutrition planning, accountability, community and of course amazing coaches are a few of the things you’ll get at this gym. 2 years later I’m lighter, fitter, understand nutrition better and off my cholesterol meds. This gym is also a great place to work where I get to help motivate others to reach their goals. I’m a member, a super part-time coach but mostly someone who just loves the atmosphere that coach Gina & Devin have created and enjoy showing up everyday to get my sweat on with some amazing people.
I used to be intimidated by places like these but I’m so glad I started this journey 30 days ago. The coaches are great and really give you motivation to push you past your limits. I’ve lost 8% body fat in 30 days and I can’t wait to lose more. The members are great too. It’s been great getting to know people that are on a similar journey. They offer Nutrition appointments, daily workouts, daily recipes, text check ins and more! It’s definitely something you won’t regret doing!

I love this place. The coaches are awesome and knowledgeable and really get to know you one on one abs are there to help in any way possible. I don’t feel like I’m being judged here like I do at regular gyms. I’ve only been a member for a couple months and already see and feel my body improving. I’ll be forever grateful for this gym, the coaches and all my new workout buddies.
I absolutely love this boot camp! They have amazing coaches that will help and motivate you. I have done their 21 day challenge, 6 week challenge and now I am a member. Their nutrition program is balanced and helps you change your lifestyle. It’s not just another “diet”. Highly recommend!!
I have been attending classes for about a 3 years now so I guess I like it.I mostly attend the 6:20am morning class, but on occasion I attend one of the evening classes just to switch it up, usually the 5:10pm class, or if I cant get out of bed.You can attend as many classes a day that you would like. I have done two in a day, but a few do more classes. If I do two classes I usually split mine with the morning and evening classes, but some do them back to back. I do both Saturday classes back to back.The instructors are great. I love that they are high energy enough in the morning, but not overly peppy. They explain each exercise during the warm up so everyone has an idea of how to do it. They offer alternative moves if needed. They also correct your form so you dont get hurt. Everyday is a different workout with a mixture of body weight and equipment so it keeps things exciting. Just when you think you have seen it all they find some new move for you to try.With the monthly membership you get a weekly newsletter with tips, recipes, and workouts to do at home. They also offer nutrition help assist you in your goals.You also access to a full body scan that show a 3D scan of you body with measurements, weight, posture, fat %, and other things. Not going to lie this scan shows EVERYTHING and can be discouraging at first, but it shows your progress better than regular before and after pictures.For an extra cost, they will run challenges to help motivate you that includes meal planning and personal coaching. There is usually a prize for the winner.They carry a line of supplements and of the products I can tried have been pleased with them.They do not have lockers or locker rooms. They do have cubbies to store things in while in class and the bathrooms are roomy for changing in.To keep the floor and they ask that you carry in and out a change of clean shoes or workout in socks to help keep it clean. They also provided cleaning solution to clean equipment between stations and they clean everything in-between classes.
This place is amazing and the best decision I made 6 months ago (3/9/2021)!! Fit Body Bootcamp is highly recommended because they are such a genuine and dynamic team.I was searching for something to better myself. Overall just my health (I have lost 30lbs in 6 months), motivation, and determination to be in better shape. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the amazing staff with such a welcoming attitude and was able to sit down and talk about what program would best suit me!The coaches are passionate about us being the best versions of ourselves on the mat!! My favorite thing is probably that there are all levels of fitness that attend classes and it has never felt intimidating!! Everyone is so welcoming and motivating. These workouts are guided and really get you moving. I feel better, sleep better and have tons more energy!!I have absolutely no negative comments since starting, and find the workouts to be challenging but very effective. There is no other place like Fit Body Bootcamp.If you are serious about working out in a fun environment, then this is for you!! Give it a try, you wont be disappointed!!
Love my Fit Body Fam! The coaches push you further than you would ever think you could possibly go, and that motivation is exactly what I need! All the benefits of personal training and nutrition is included, and in such a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend!

I joined Fit Body Boot Camp over 2 years ago hoping to spice up my workout routine. After being a pretty active child/teenager, this stopped when I went to college. Finding the time to work out was just not a priority at that time. Fast forward to graduation and onto the real world, I realized that your health is important and it only gets harder as you get older. From the first time I worked out at Fit Body Boot Camp, Gina (the owner), made me feel very comfortable. She was personally checking on me during the workout and even offered some modifications for moves too extreme. Now over 2 years later, bootcamp is what I look forward to the most in my day. Absolutely love the coaches and their enthusiasm. I like that classes are 30 minutes and workouts are already set so you know what you are doing for the day. Always leave having the feeling of an accomplishment.

I started FitBody Bootcamp in February 2021 and I am so glad that I did. I had only planned to do the 6 week challenge but after just a couple weeks I knew that I would join as a member after the challenge was over. The coaches are with you every step of the way and check in often. I highly recommend FBBC if you are looking to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. Put in the work & you will see results!!

As someone who never struggled with issues with my weight because I was an avid gym goer and spent about 2 hours a day in a gym everyday until I was about 23 and I got lazy with it, I can honestly say I never thought that a program like the one they run at Fit body would be for me at all.My Best Friend decided to pay for me to do a 6 week challenge here and in the first few weeks I was already seeing results. Mind you I am also a bit of a hermit in my older age and do not like to be around people so it just did not seem like a thing I would commit to. Well about 3 weeks in I changed my mind entirely and decided to continue on with membership after the 6 week challenge because not only was I seeing results but the environment and the coaches are amazing.I believe it is their website, or perhaps their facebook that says This is not a one size fits all program and that is entirely the truth. They help you manage macros, they will help you with meal planning and ideas, and they are excellent about holding you accountable. They do an intake survey to gauge what drives you and what your goals are and they follow through with using those things to help you really work the program.These however are not the only positive aspects of going to this gym, I will also say that the staff; Including the owner Gina who works on site, and the particularly sassy Coach Devin make you feel very welcome and at home, They will text you to check in and see whats up when you are not attending classes, and are very personable and will to talk to you like you are a friend not just another dollar sign.I have a million and one positive things I could say about them but I am instead just going to suggest that if you are looking for a new gym, and/or you need a push to hold yourself accountable, you should certainly swing by and see what kind of challenges and programs they have coming up to give it a try. I can nearly guarantee you will love it here unless you are just a god awful human or have absolutely no drive to change and get back to/start being a better you.
I love this gym and the trainers are amazing! I would never have described myself as an active person but when its only 30 minutes I can make it through and feel stronger because of it. 💪

I highly recommend this place if you are looking to change your lifestyle and focus on being fit and healthy. This place keeps you accountable. Instructors are absolutely wonderful and they correct your form when needed. They also show you alternative exercises if you have any issue with joins, posture etc. Come to this place committed and you will see results FAST! They also genuinely care for you and follow up to cheer you when classes are skipped because life takes over. Its nice to have that push and to be reminded of your goal. All you need to invest is 30 mins a day for your self to look and feel fabulous.

I love this gym. Clean environment and Always, always positive atmosphere starting from the coaches all the way to the members. Gina and Kylie are awesome and very informative and are always ready to help members at any time. I love the 30 minutes workouts that switches between metabolic and strength training or both. Oh and the nutrition consults are available to help achieve each individuals fitness goals. I cant say enough good things about this place. If you are SERIOUS about living a healthy lifestyle, you ought to give this place a try!
If your looking for a place to be healthy and strong; this is the place! The 30 minute workout is good for anyone, no matter skill level. I’ve been coming for just a little over 3 months and I am addicted. Gina and Kylie are the best they hold you accountable and push you to do your best. The results are amazing I am down 19lbs, 4.2% body fat and lost 5.25inches in my waist.
This place is awesome! Very encouraging staff and memebers throughout. The workouts are only 30 minutes and you are truly working for the full 30. In and out fast and unlimited sessions! The trainer is very knowledgeable and the front is always smiling. I started at the middle of August and I am already down 15lbs! Excited to see where I will be in 2019.
Best workout ever, best trainers ever, and the only routine Ive ever been able to stick to. The classes are only 30 mins, but you break plenty of sweat (and if you dont, stay for two sessions). The schedule is flexible, leaving you no excuse not to get it in. The Fit3D scanner is a huge benefit as well. The trainers also focus on overall strength and health-- not just weight. Overall, I highly, highly recommend to anyone looking to establish an awesome gym routine into their lives!

They go so fast through paper work and your measurements. Slow down and make the experience more enjoyable for your clients. The girl I sat with talked so fast I could barely keep up. I felt extremely rushed, like they just wanted my money. Customer service could be a lot better. Also they have a outdoor cat that they allow into their facility. This poses a huge problem for those severely allergic to cats. Just because it doesnt go on the gym floor doesnt mean cat hair cant travel. Also make sure you read and fill out all paper work because they will get you into automatic payment plan and not refund you the money. Also the classes could be better instructed as well. More demonstration and helping those who arent familiar with certain workouts. All around not a good experience.
I had a huge transformation from the support of the trainers and doing the food plan with workouts! You have to dedicate yourself to do the challenge and realize you deserve it! I lost 2 lbs a week in 10 weeks.
Great trainers and people. The workouts are hard but good. They push you and help you modify when needed.
I was looking to get back into working out but the normal Gym is not for me. St. Johns Bluff Fit Body Boot Camp was what I was looking for. This is a very welcoming and friendly environment as well as clean! The workouts are never the same, which keeps it interesting and fun. Gina and Kylies guidance, motivation and nutritional recommendations top it all off! Im so glad I found this place!
I highly recommend this place! It’s great for all fitness levels! They make you feel welcomed, and they are very accommodating to everyone! If you have any injuries or weak areas they have modifications for every workout! You will not regret it if you sign up! They are great for accountability! & it’s like a giant fitness family! I was nervous in signing up, but I’m glad that I did!

Ive have always lived an active lifestyle and eaten healthfully, but when my workouts started to get redundant, I wanted to try something new. FBBC at St. Johns provided that for me. The workouts are as unique as the individual. And the trainers offer meal plans and recipes to help guide you in the nutritional aspect of healthy living. I highly recommend this place.
Ive recently moved back to Jacksonville and St. Johns FBBC is my favorite thing about being back home! I am challenged and encouraged each time I walk through the door. I highly recommend this fitness facility! Gina, the owner is a great trainer, motivator & mentor. She will tailor the exercise program according to your fitness level. I enjoyed my 21 days trial program and just signed up for a regular membership! I am on blood pressure medication for years and my doctor doubled my dosage 6 months ago. I started going to this gym and surprisingly got a reading of an ideal BP! My doctor was amazed and advised to keep going... The atmosphere is very ideal, clean facility, friendly faces and upbeat music! I always look forward to work out and de-stress after a long day at work.

Very clean and positive place to workout. All the classes are 30 minutes. These are HIIT classes so obviously you should expect your heart rates to go up and to sweat a lot. Gina is a very friendly and cool coach. She will push you to go beyond the limit. She will walk around and correct your posture or the motion if you are not doing it in the right way. Usually I goes for 6:10 AM class and mostly will have around 14 to 16 People at the minimum. First week it will be little tough but I should admit that its addictive too. Even though you feel tired after the workout you feel great afterwards. This will give more energy for the rest of your day. I will strongly suggest this place.A lighter Note : My only issue here was that most of my classmates were female (90 to 95% of ladies). First and foremost, the owner and staff at St Johns Bluff FBBC are amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable and informative, always take the time to answer questions whether it’s regarding their workouts, meal plans or nutritional products. They genuinely care about you and your goals! I signed up for their 21 day BOGO challenge and knew after day one I wanted to become a member. I actually look forward to coming here after work everyday, the 30 minute sessions are a perfect stress reliever after a long day and/or a perfect way to start your day! I wish I had found this place sooner!

Gina and Kylie are a great team offering challenging (but fun) workouts, food and recipe advice, different challenges, and great support for whatever your health goals are (lose weight, tone up etc)!
Great, challenging, well organized workouts which are easy to follow. I like the fact that modification options for each exercise is provided based on an individuals physical limitations.Gina and Kylie are great and very proactive with their clients and ongoing progress, nothing but positivity and encouragement from the both of them 😀
Workouts vary everyday and you will leave with a good sweat. Gina is good and does some great high intense workouts. Come ready to work hard!

L love this gym, its only 30 minutes but intense 30 minutes, you will be sweating from head to toe ! never the same workout, they change it daily. Gina & Kylie are amazing and they will definitely hold you accountable with emails and texts if you stop coming.
Love this place! Really has made a difference in my life. Not only in weight, but in my over all self. Everyday is something new, always feel challenged. I use to hate working out mainly cause I had no idea what I was doing and felt very self conscious in a gym. I don’t feel that way at FitBodyBootCamp. From day one I fell in love with this place and look forward to it everyday. I now understand how people can become addicted to fitness. Ive had a great experience since I started..the workouts will make your muscles burn and the trainers are very motivating to keep you going until the last second..they are great!!

I give Gina and Kylie all kinds of thanks. I signed up for a 5 week Groupon for unlimited workouts. About 2 weeks in I knew I was going to join. I am 48 54 and have bad knees with arthritis. I started Jul 20th at 203 pounds today Oct 18th I am at 188.4 pounds. Gina is an AWESOME MOTIVATING ENCOURAGING trainer. I have knee issues, she gives modifications and actually notices when I try to do the jumping exercises. Kylie always welcomes you with a smile as you enter. She provided a good nutrition plan that is easy to complete without feeling hungry at all. I was also a little worried about feeling judged like in a gym. SO NOT the case here, everyone is supportive, smiling and friendly. Some are stronger than me and I look to them with admiration I am stronger than some and I hope I can give them hope, that it can be done.
