After experiencing an issue with a recently installed a/c, Will M. stepped up and got us a portable a/c to keep the house cool while the unit is being repaired. Servpro arrived on site within 20 minutes of the call that we had a pipe leak flooding an upstairs bath and then a bedroom directly downstairs. Shorty after the first arrival a crew of 5 or 6 showed up removing everything wet and initiating dryers, fans and dehumidifiers. My a/c ductwork was leaking into my plaster ceilings and the ac company could not get out to do the repair work as quickly as I needed them. My daughter suggested I call Servpro of Arlington as they had been very prompt and helpful to her with other water damage issues. I contacted them on a Thursday evening (they offered to come right then which I declined) and came out promptly Friday morning. They hauled away several bags of wet insulation and set up huge dehumidifiers that ran until the ac company could get out to do the work a week later. The crew of Stephen, Cody and Jonathan were professional, polite, prompt and courteous. They answered all my questions and Stephen followed up several times during the week. Yes. Serve came to my home on Tuesday, Dec 29 to clean up the water damage to my bathrooms, master bedroom and hallway. Rashad and 2 other workers did the work. I would like to highly recommend Rashad asan excellent technician who is very knowledgeable and courteous. He and his team did a great job cleaning up the water mess. Yesterday they removed all the baseboards and flooring in my bedroom and hallway. There are 2 dehumidifiers in my home and they will be here for 3-4 more days. I meant to post my review right after Servpro came to my house about two months ago but I forgot. My air condition became clogged and water came all over my floor in the hall of my home. There was carpet there. Servpro came the very next day after I called them. They were very professional and kept me in the loop about what they had to do to get the water out of the house and carpet. I think my technicians name was Cody. i maybe wrong. But he told me right off the bat that they would file the claim with my homeowners insurance. I was glad to hear that because honestly, I had forgotten all about that and was thinking that I had to come out of pocket. Cody (I think) called me each step of the way. The homeowners insurance took care of the bill and Im very happy I called Servpro. They took care of the wet mess, professionally and in a timely manner. We had Servpro of Arlington clean our air vents and also our dryer vent. The crew was very professional and polite. They did a great job and would definitely use them again!

I can not speak more highly of Chandler and his team. The night I went into labor, I had gone into a full on cleaning spree. I had turn the bathtub on to bleach it. I poured the bleach in and walked out to escape the fumes. My intentions were to have my husband complete the job. I moved on to the next crazed scrubbing and organizing. Before I knew it (aka I never thought about that tub again) I walked to check on my son and stepped in an inch of water near his room. I contacted Arlington servpro and explained that now I was headed to the hospital to have my tiny human but I can not bring him home to my mess. Chandler and his team responded quickly to get everything dry. They were able to ensure all the moisture was gone and replace a couple baseboards that could not be salvaged. I was so pleased to bring my newborn home, like it never happened!

The first floor of my apartment was flooded with rain water due to a drainage clog. SERVPRO came out at around 1:00 a.m. and were very efficient. I would also like to add that they were very pleasant, because of the time of night they had to come out. They removed my padding that night and returned on the very next day to remove the carpet and set the fans & dehumidifier. Unfortunately, my apartment management didnt approve all of the work that needed to be done by SERVPRO, but their work ethic while there was excellent. Great customer service and the blonde woman (I cant remember her name) was very informative. I appreciate their work and time. Thanks for being a pleasure during such a tough time.

My home recenlty encountered some water damage. I called Servpro and was referred to a guy name Ryan. He began by explaining the complete process for restoration of water damage. He made me feel so comfortable with the whole thing and I was very happy that I called Servpro. I hope I never have to make a call like that again But if I do I will call Servpro.

This location the worst call another one they’ll give you cheaper / over priced for just few fans to dry out n then I get a quote from orange park or pure pro n it’s $300-$400 less then what Arlington quoted me & there techs can not be trusted alone there techs will rummage around your hole house if your not there stole medication out of my cabinets some of my jewelry on camera and when asked defended them selfs very hostile with very harsh language not professional
