Called for estimate, which they gave over the phone. Told them I would discuss with my wife and call them back. Then they just randomly showed up at my house one day to clean while we were not home. Discussed with Al on the phone, who then hung up on me.

Called and cancelled after the appointment time. Stated that employees decided to call in sick after the weekend. Stuck because house is going on the market tomorrow. Now will have to pay whatever another company wants for a quick turnaround, much less lost work time. Unprofessional way to operate.

I wanted to share my positive experience with Coit recently. They came out to the house to clean my air ducts. I have two labs and as you can imagine, we get dirt, hair, and dust EVERYWHERE. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly, they came out on time and were so professional. They did an amazing job cleaning the ducts too. I also want to comment on how friendly, helpful, and professional the office staff was on the phone. They were very patient with me trying to find the best time for me to come to the house. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Coit has been to my house multiple times, theyve cleaned tile and grout and my area rugs. They have always done a wonderful job. I have two toddler boys and they can definitely do a number on the floors, but Coit has always done an amazing job getting up those stained and ground in food. I also have an older dog who can leave stains and Coit always gets it up and the smell out! I love them and would never use anyone else. The employees are trustworthy and always on time.

We recently had Coit clean two area rugs. They picked up the rugs and cleaned them exceptionally well. They are true professionals and pick up and delivery was on time and efficient. The service and result was spectacular. We now plan to use the for grout cleaning because of our very positive experience.

The staff at Coit Jacksonville goes above and beyond. They are quick to get someone out to your home and the techs were so knowledgeable. They took really good care of my tile and grout! It looks like new! I will be calling Coit again!

“Sal the manager” is a crook. Do not use this company. They do a terrible job and will not show back up to re clean and have denied a refund. “Sal” Has got to be the worst employee I have ever dealt with and he’s the dang manager. If I were the owner of this franchise I would be looking for another employee

This company called me to solicit services. I agreed to set up a free estimate appointment between 4 and 5 p.m. the gentleman Salvador called me that morning to confirm appointment. I rush home wait until 5:45 before an unknown number not the same one that Salvador called from called my phone and did not leave a message. Salvador calls me the next day tells me that they were trying to reach me but every time they called there was no answer and would I like to reschedule. After several attempts to explain my story and Salvador interrupting me I told him I didnt need his services. Salvador states that thats what happens when you schedule for the last appointment of the day . so I guess if anyone sets an appointment after work theres a good possibility that they wont show up. I tried to call to make a complaint after 3 transfers Salvador calls me back and I told him I didnt want to talk to him and wanted to talk to his supervisor he told me he would pass the complaint on to his manager when I said I didnt want him to pass it on that I wanted to speak to his manager directly he told me he was the general manager. The only number I can call to complain is to this gentleman Salvador who I do not want to talk to. They should have known by 4 p.m. whether they were going to make my appointment on time or not. They should have called at 4 p.m. to reschedule. And theyre certainly isnt customer service when they argue with you with todays smartphones that document When Calls come through. I even asked him for his documentation where he called me and thats when he said that I was being rude. Not a happy customer

I just called COIT to ask some general questions and the representative was not helpful at all. I asked if someone who could answer general questions, could call me back, and half way through leaving my phone number (which rep asked me for) the representative interrupted me and asked me to hold. Really bad customer service.

Had two sofas cleaned today for 200 dollars, was not pleased, one three piece sofa I had to wash all covers myself which left only backs and sides to clean and the other sofa still has stains very disappointed,was told it was because of the fabric .
