We had a leak in the bathroom that effected the hallway wooden floor and baseboards. They came out quickly to survey the damage and gave us a plan to dry things out and fix the damage. They placed several blowers that ran for days and came to check on them daily. They are very professional and responsive. Everything is back to normal now. We could not be happier.

Female tech and she ignored me and left the broken fan behind. Later, the company took off one day of charge for the broken fan instead of all the days. Worse, I asked them to come back out to retest for moisture because of the broken fan and they said they would charge me! So I have no way of knowing if there is moisture/mold because of the broken fan. The female tech had an attitude and if she didnt care about leaving a broken fan then she didnt care about the quality of her work. This company is not customer service friendly nor are they competant, or maybe they would have better service to a man. I would definitely go with another company.

ServPro of Mandarin is awesome. We discovered what appeared to be mold or mildew in our basement, and within 24 hours of calling they came out to quote remediation. Lisa was great and helped with all the quoting and scheduling questions we had. The team that came out was prompt, courteous and professional. The problem turned out not to be nearly as bad as we thought and thus they came in under budget which we were ecstatic about. I would highly recommend them, and hope to never need their services again but if we do they will be the ones we call.

I would never, ever call these people again!!! They put me off so many days when I called and our water leak got worst! Everyone else was more important then us.I called another servpro, and they were just as bad!! No one came out to even try to dry up the walls. Our insurance company could not believe it took one week from phone calls to have still nothing done!!! I hired a new service and asap they were here. Already started clean up!!! How you are in business is a joke!
