The guys who came to pickup our huge amount of computers, printers, etc. came in and got those without an issue. I also had added 3 huge APC batteries that were not on my original order for pickup and they grabbed all of them without a problem. The men were super nice and extremely accommodating as they usually are. That is why we have been using them for several years.

The appointment that was scheduled was missed. There was no communication as to why until we called multiple times to see what the hold up was. After waiting two hours, we called to reschedule and heard back once but after 2 weeks have not been given another appointment time. We have found someone from the Dallas area who is willing to drive over 100 miles to help us out.

This company seemed to have a lot of promise and professional... the pickup was not an issue thought they would not give me a list of the equipment until they were back in warehouse. I received a list and was told it was the C.O.D )Certification of Destruction) but all I kept getting was a list of the things picked up not the C.O.D. I took months working with Robert Rogers and he stated he was on it but never would get back with me and I was constantly following up for the C.O.D but kept getting the run around. Finally my manager stepped in and Robert got rude with him but was able to give us what was needed (Almost to late I might add!) for our annual audits! This company says their main concern is your privacy but are not willing to give you any updates or the C.O.D in the time they a lot for it. I took 6 months of fight to get our C.O.D FINALLY! Will never use or recommend this company!

The Laptop lasted less than a month. It caught fire cant return ashes.Before that the computer worked great. Try to contact customer service several times. No reply via email, called on phone went to voice mail with no returned call. I contacted paypal for help. Glad to read the happy reviews. I am not saying do not buy from this company. The Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce is cleaning out closets, we had an accumulation of outdated computer monitors, keyboards and electronics. We called STS Electronic Recycling to schedule a pick up, the process was very easy. We received a call letting us know when the pick up was scheduled for, they were on time, professional and friendly.

STS Recycling did a great job for us recycling our old computers, monitors and more. They were quick, efficient and kept us informed all the way through to the day the young man came to actually haul the stuff away. How great is it that someone does this recycling for us, at no charge, so all that electronic stuff doesnt end up in a landfill!

STS Electronic is a great service for schools. They gave notification and follow ups of when they would be arriving and picked up all equipment we left for them.

They were efficient, fast, and very easy to work with. Easy 5 stars.

Communication back and forth was pretty good. Follow up and follow through was good. They were prepared and organized when they arrived (on time) to process our items. I would suggest a screw gun or screw drivers for the trucks. Some extra disassembly was required for some of our drives to be shredded and I had to scramble to accomplish that so that they could destroy the devices.

Good place to buy from. The staff is friendly too. Juan and Corey like bro to me. I just think they are more retail focused than wholesale. Reason being the whole of 2018 i did tons of bulk deals with the wholesale manager (my friend too) but 20% - 30% of the products always end up coming as near scrap.In 2019 i decided to take flights from Jersey to Texas each time to verify the conditions. Remarkably every time im there it is either the retail guys want to take a chunk out of what ive sorted through or im having to match their retail prices or return back to Jersey empty.

We had a ton of old computers, monitors, cables, and more that we really wanted to clear out, but hated to throw in the trash. Working with STS to schedule a pickup was easy and they came and picked everything up. it was a breeze. Our only issue, if you could even call it that, was that they did show up earlier than expected so we werent quite ready for them. We will definitely be using them again when it comes time to clean out.

Theres a lot of recycling companies that have restrictions or catchs with what you can or cant give them, or what they will charge you for to pick up. STS recycling is not one of them. They came to my office location, helped load all of my old equipment that was being sent for recycle, and didnt have any problems taking every last bit of it. It couldnt have been easier to schedule the pick up and they were on time, professional, and quick. I couldnt have asked for a better or easier way to recycle all of my electronics.

For over three years they have been picking up my items for Recycle. Once on site they get right to work and load items before you know it. I just wish I wasnt always their last stop, cause sometimes the truck is full and they cannot always take all that I have for them.
