DO NOT GO HERE! DROPPED MY SHOES OFF TO GET REPAIRED,WENT TO PICK IT UO ONLY TO FIND DENTS AND SCARTCHES ON THEM.WHEN I TOLD THE OLD BAT UP FRONT WHAT HAPPENED, SHE BASICALLY TRIED TO SAY THAT IT MAY HAVE VEEN THERE PRIOR MIND YOU I JUST WORE THEM ONCE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE!

I made 3 trips. The shoes were not ready when I went to pick them up the first time. Only one shoe was repaired. However, when I went back to pick them up, they were ready and repaired. Good job but not prompt.

My girlfriend brought in a pair of shoes to be resoled, what she got was something like she goo plastered on the bottom, she paid 35.00 for work a 3 year old could of done. She took them back on the look worse, how unprofessional can one be . They have cracks all on the sole, completely unwearable, what do next, call police for unprofessional robbery, better business bureau, picket outside store, you tell me which one you want. What a crock business.

I used to have a different seamstress a little bit closer to my house. She told me 2 different articles of clothing of mine couldnt be repaired because of the delicate material. I ended up seeking a second opinion at Shoe Fixers & Alterations, and she was able to fix both pieces of clothing beautifully. She is now my official seamstress. And her prices are cheaper!I also got some shoes repaired here, at very reasonable price as well. The lady seamstress, and the gentleman shoe fixer are always very polite, and give good customer service.

Locally owned and operated. Ms. Lily is fantastic, she will get the job done especially if you’re in a crunch. Not that she promotes this, but she will do her best to help you out. In addition, she is very professional, courteous and fun to speak with.Alterations is second nature, she worked at the navy exchange and is an expert with the military’s strict specifications. From the angle of the pant hem to the distance a patch is to be sewn from the shoulder down the arm. She can do it all!! Bridal gowns and any formal wear is were she shines!Shoe repairs. This is a dying trade that Shoe Fixers still offer. Ms.Lily is able to repair most QUALITY shoes and boots. All of the shoe repairs are done in house, so you know it will be done right.Highly recommend this shop for any and all alterations and shoe repair jobs.

I first took a pair of shoes here and got them back as promised. The work was average but when I went to wear the shoes they made creaking noises really bad. When I took them off and pressed down on the shoe the noise originated where the work was done. So needless to say I dont wear the shoes.I still decided to give them a a try, thinking maybe it was just the shoes and not the work but boy was I wrong!!!!!!!I broke a tiny strap on a Louis Vuitton never full bag, which I thought would be a simple easy minor fix instead of sending it off to LV and waiting 6-8 weeks. When I picked the bag up a week after they promised it would be done the workmanship was horrible.It appeared as if a child or amateur had completed the work. All of the thread on the purse is yellow and they used white, which stands out. When they evened up the straps, the cutting is jagged and stitched so sloppy that the alignment is completely off. Complete hatchet job! Id be embarrassed to carry the purse. If I could turn back time!When I questioned and showed dissatisfaction over the work the woman questioned the authenticity of the purse. I told her I had the receipt, and original packaging it came in from the LV store, so its real! Previously, there was no question of authenticity and she had advised that if they worked on it LV wouldnt guarantee the purse any longer. I shouldve paid attention to that warning but I didnt think a minor issue would turn into them destroying a $1000 purse.Lesson learned!!!
