Took uniforms to have strips sewn on and he just started cutting seems out of my service coat and charged me for alterations. Do not go here spend money elsewhere

Horrid experience at this location. The older man who attended to me was extremely rude. If zero stars was possible I would have given this establishment that. Will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Place is a disgrace. Took a week to get 2 ABU tops properly striped, name taped and maintenance badge put on & 1 set of blues pants slightly altered in the waist. I requested that my order be finished Monday and ofcourse it wasnt until Tuesday that it was completed. Went in Monday to pick my order up and was told that they kinda just work on different orders throughout the day. Sounds like they have a lack of organization!Luckily, from what the boss said is that they are getting moved off the base and a contractor from Georgia was coming in to perform alteration services. Praise be the Lord because this place has lived up to its previous reviews!

Horrible quality of work. Butchered my service jacket to wear it cant be worn.

New management since 10/2017. The store info has been updated on 02/2018. Previous management’s informations were posted on the google listing as they currently operate outside of the base.

Was told they have my pants ready by certain time by text. Never texted, now they are closed over the weekend and Im pantsless. Wonderful.

Was told my uniform would be ready by a certain day, called to check and sure enough they hadnt even started on it yet on the day I needed to pick it up. I would strongly advise against going here if you have any other option.

Why are these services even offered on a military installation. Absolutely horrible, Ill sew striped on myself from now on. How can you screw up that bad?

Some of the worst work Ive had done. Stitching looks like it was performed by someone doing this for their first time. It is loose and sloppy.

Lost my order, then told me that they would have it done in 30 mins. I then showed up an hour later and they had yet to start it. When I asked the lady about my order, she was overtly rude about it. She then tossed what she was currently working on to the side and within 10 minutes had my order finished.

Unbelievabley rude people and not good work.

Worst experience. 2 shirts took more than 2 weeks. They didnt even call to say wouldnt be ready. I showed up to pick up and they just werent done.
