She has a whole shop set up at her house and a room to try on your clothing. If youre ever in need of a dress, she has a few on hand.

Always willing to work on deadlines for items needed. I had something I needed altered asap. Owner met me after hours and had my blouse done for me same day. Kind and caring owner. Willing to help anyone in a bind. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Service is awesome and work shows experience. Prices are decent as well.

Needed my prom dress fixed in so many ways and she really did make everything perfect! I cant wait to wear my dress 😁 I also got my shoes and accessories from her store. Estela has altered my daughters prom dress, work slacks for myself and my other daughters 8th grade formal dress. She is amazing. I recommend her to anyone for every sewing need they have. Dont forget to bring the shoes and undergarments you will be wearing with anything getting hemmed 😊

Totally love this place. Had a bad embroidery job done and I needed it fixed the same day. She removed the messed up stitch and re-did it exactly like I wanted within hours! Made my day! Id highly recommend them if you need work done!

I was recommend Estelas by a local formal shop that I trusted. I had a bridesmaid dress I needed altered for an out of state wedding, so I promptly took it in. The alterations were done in a timely manner, but the work was subpar at best. The hemline was uneven in several spots, so I had to take it somewhere else to get it corrected. The dress ended up being too short after the hemline was fixed because of how bad the original alterations were. I would not recommend Estelas to anyone, even if it’s a seemingly simple fix. The money I paid for said alterations was not worth it.

Called and asked if they can do uniform items same day and the lady said yes. I specifically told the lady I would drive in told in Saturday and she said ok. Needless to say I drove three hrs in town and they are closed on weekends. Im glad I was visiting family and not wasting a day but, I still was able to get it done at another alterations place the same day.

I needed my sons bookbag embroidered with his name by Thursday for preschool and it was Tuesday she was able to get it done and ready to pick up within 24 hrs!! I love it ❤️❤️

My first time going here was when me and my fiancé were going to the military ball. The dress that o got altered was a medium, by the time Estella was done my dress was a size two and fitted perfect. I also had two of my other dresses done one was black I ordered off of line and the size was small but not my small lol I am very petite by the way!!! Anyway, the dress fits perfect as well as my white two piece dress as well!!! No doubt about it that she is the go to when you need something done for a important event she always fits me into her schedule and its right every time!!!! 5stars😍

I came to Estella with a wedding gown that was about four sizes too big and extremely intricate beading and she did the impossible and made it absolutely perfect. I wish there were more stars to give!

I was promised that my ball dress would be complete my a current date and time, which I paid extra for. The day of pick up my dress wasnt ready and had not even been started on This caused a delay but worst of all the dress was still not altered correctly once I was called for pick up .

If I could give zero stars I would! Paid 80 dollars to have two shirts tailored and just received them back without any changes made to them!!!

Zero stars! I am a bridal/formalwear seamstress/specialist who has been RE-altering both prom and bridal dresses from customers who have recently (Spring 2015) been referred to this alts shop by a local bridal/formalwear shop in Jacksonville.They have called me, in a panic, with garments that have been, IMO as a 4 decade long specialist in bridal and formalwear alts and construction, handled roughly, taken apart poorly and altered as if she had no experience in bridal/formal at all or simply not willing to take the time to do it right. My current bride was charged $250 and I am completely RE-altering EVERY alteration she did (hem, bustle, removing the large padded cups inside, and taking in under the arms which was never done-I assume the too large cups were added in to fill in the space instead.My hope is that the bridal shop (I have been told by a prom mom that they are AWARE of the problems with this alts shop) will stop referring their customers to her. I already have my hands full during the prom and ball season, as I already am committed to another formalwear shop and have been for many years. When I am called, however, by a desperate and panicked customer, I do what I can to work her in. This is a cautionary review for anyone who is referred to this shop.

Estelas is a lifesaver!!!! I needed my sons pants hemmed last minute because I had to go to Georgia for my moms funeral. She hemmed them in a matter of minutes and we were on our way to Georgia. Thank you soooooooo much!!!!
