The older gentleman there cut my husbands hair and it looks awful. My husband gave him simply requests like a medium fade and to leave the bulk but he did not listen and did whatever haircut he wanted to give my husband. Not pleased at all. My husband said he apparently has been cutting hair for awhile but you couldn’t tell. Maybe it’s time to hang up the clippers.

Never have to wait long to get cut. No matter who you get a cut by youll always get a good haircut. All the barbers are very friendly and try to actually get to know you.

Josh is the man. Talk about the type of service that makes you loyal to any kind of business! But never before have I thought to myself, this is my Barber! No awkward conversation at all, walk in through the door for the first time and it was like meeting a best friend for a beer.

I brought my son here after trying several different places and getting awful hair cuts. Josh did an AMAZING job, my son left with a smile for the first time so proud that he was included in the process and had hair he could do all by himself. He was quick which was great for my 5 year olds short attention span, but he was also entertaining and kind. :)

Been there many of times because it is convenient and there arent any better choices closer.... but today was honestly the end all. Barber had no care that clippers were piled properly. Didnt even care to check over his own work even after I told him he missed a couple spots. Absolute trash quality.... will not be going back ever again.

Most of these reviews are for my boy Josh. One of the only white boys whom KILL the fade game. Probably the best i J-action-ville. Go support my dude, he is always in there pushing towards his goal of owning his own shop. Giving the quality of his cuts at a quantity pace.

I should have read the reviews before I went there. I would have rather them tell me they don’t cut Latino people hair rather than figure it out along the way. I could tell the guy did not know what he was doing. He didnt know how to blend. He left a line on my head. The right side of my head was blended higher than the left. I tried to have him fix it but kept pushing it up higher and he was upset that I asked him to fix it. He was the only guy in there so I couldn’t get it fixed by anyone else. The guy didn’t seem to care to be there either. Like he was just trying to make a quick buck off junior marines.

Asked for specific instructions. Don’t cut any off the top, just a medium fade and of course the first thing this barber does is cut the top. Worse haircut in my entire life I recommend you start going to the cheaper places. This place is over hyped🤷🏽‍♂️💇🏿‍♂️

Im not gonna lie, at first I thought Josh was like alot of barbers in town...professional hair butchers that would brag up and down about their skills. In my head I was thinking oh great man, just get the weekly butchery over with quickly. My impression of him soon changed after a good conversation full of insight on my previous barbers failures and watches. He is a man driven with a passion to deliver the unheard of product of a quality haircut in Jacksonville.He actually has one on one conversation with you and the haircut doesnt feel or look like something that is the equivalent of an assembly line cut.
