If you want to get a good quality haircut go to Manny. I can’t speak on the other barbers in the shop, but from what I’ve seen they are all very good. But from my experience with Manny he has so much knowledge as a barber and he is a very hard worker. Every time I get a cut I’ve seen him passing out knowledge to others, so its without a doubt he knows what he’s doing. Additionally, he cares about customer service and makes sure anybody walking into the shop is being helped.

Mario has been in my little boys ( Semaj) life from the beginning.. It takes an special person to deal with me and my little boy and Mario nailed it.. My Semaj was diagnosed at the age of two with autism and ADD and Mario loves and treats my son like he is one of his.. Do, you know how good of an feeling that is.. To know that you can leave and trust your son with someone who want harm them and who will also make sure that their haircut is fly.. Mario is the best!! and to know him is to love him.. Got cut by Steven Mantlo, I bounce around places to get cuts a lot since its hit or miss around here all the time especially if you want a hard part. This place was a little more expensive compared to a lot of other places but the cut was high quality, edge up with hard part and medium fade and used a straight razor where needed. Aside from the cut, Steven was very professional and had a good attitude. He addressed me by name and seemed motivated and proud of his work.

New to the town and needed a barber shop that felt like home. Very welcoming to all customers and super diverse. Shout out to the whole crew that works there, but a special shout-out to Manny for making my cut look good as always. Takes his time and make sure your cut is to your likings. Very easy and gentle. I called a week in advance because I got a recommendation for Mario, talked to him directly and asked for an appointment for my Son and he said he could get him in today. Well my husband and Son show up about 10 minutes early. None of the 3 barbers working made eye contact or even talked to him. He waited for 15 minutes and someone finally came out of the back and went up to him after he talked to someone else for a bit and he said, “do you guys need something?” My husband explained yes, we talked to Mario over the phone last week and made an appointment for today at 1, then he looked at his phone and then said “you made an appointment for what time? 1 PM today with Mario. Didn’t say sorry or explain anything to us as to why he wasn’t there just said, okay well I’m working on this guy next then I can help you. Well anytime our Son talked about the football that was on TV they’d look at my husband like they were annoyed so he left. I’m sure losing our business won’t hurt them but I definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone.

This barber shop is a family atmosphere with a strong focus on Quality cuts, professionalism and customer service. Mario cuts my hair and does a fantastic job, but I cant help to watch all the other barbers that service their clients. It is safe to say that every barber at the shop is grade A! The shop is clean and organized and you can tell they invest in the shop to make it a great overall experience for their clients. I have been getting haircuts for over 3 decades and I have never had a better experience than Ive had every visit at Mario & Company. I would give them a 6th star, but the reviews stop at 5. Sat in there, after making walk-in request, multiple stylist looked at me, ignored me, no one approached me until 20 minutes.. then asked me to sit and wait in his chair for 15 minutes while he ate. I heard the cuts are great, so why not. After 20 minutes again, he never came back out. I left. Unprofessional and rude.

Made an appointment on a Thursday for a 1000 on that Sunday with Manny and he confirmed I was booked for that time slot. I arrive on Sunday at 0952 to make sure I was there early and he kept me waiting until 1100! I didn’t even get my haircut. I waited 68 minutes just so I could walk out the front door angry. He might cut good hair, but timing and keeping professionally organized mean nothing to him. Never coming here again.

Hair cut was ok but the atmosphere was not suitable for my 7 & 14 year old. Alot of foul language in the music they had playing on the TV and the conversation of some of the other barbers. Also they only do cash, so cost me an extra $4 to use my card to pay.
