I ordered designline shampoo 3 weeks prior. I called and asked if had come in yet. First they said no, then asked my name and said yes. So I drove over to pick it up. Receptionist couldnt get it to ring up. This has happened many times over the years. Usually they figure it out. This time she called owner and that person said they are probably about 33.00. They have never been that high and ive been purchasing 1 liter bottles for more than 15 years. They tried to tell me because it was 32.5 ounces instead of 31.whatever it was before its hone up. Now it was in new bottle but those bottles have been around for a year now at other salons. Still marketed as 1 liter bottle just like old bottles. She then brought over the conditioner bottle which is 2 dollars more per bottle, and was gonna charge me for that. I said those cost more, why cant we ring up price for other same brand same size shampoo. She said no. I was then told she could not sell me the two bottles that were on the shelf for sale even though she had ordered three for me 3 weeks ago... I asked for name of owner or district manager. She told me she was the district manager. If that was true I think she should have been able to figure out how to get register to work or at least use price of other like design line product which have always been same price.Really hurt my feelings and wasted a lot of my time.

Friday July 3rd about 1230 I went in and the black woman at the desk was very rude and exclaimed she didnt do fades. Very poor quality first experience and do not recommend.

I didnt catch the stylists name(tall, thin woman), but she did a great job giving me a sidecut again! Pleasant demeanor, gave suggestions and compliments, Im very pleased! I love that she went around the back a bit and shaved under there, too. Im very satisfied!

Very pleasant experience each time I come. Staff are both pleasant and professional and best of all give a great haircut. Thats why I keep coming back.

I have tried so many hair salons and the only ones who did what I asked is this place. The staff is amazing and very caring especially Nakia. Thank you and see you again most definitely.

My son got his hair done by DeMarcus,He did a Amazing job. And my son has long, thick, curly hair plus he is tender headed. No tears from my son at all. He was so gentle my son almost fell asleep. Im so happy with his service. WE WILL BE BACK.. thank you again..

Not true time posted.They say they close at 7 but refused to give haircut at 6:01 saying dont take no more clients and prices are high 16$ for men cut I can go to actual barber shop and get a really good professional cut for 4 dollars more.

Told the young man 3 times...ears cut out, short and choppy on top. Even showed him a pic. Used a shaver instead of scissors, seemed afraid to use scissors!!! Top is med length and flat, ears are shaggy not cut out, ear is clipped from shaver. I said ..Im done.

The young lady wasnt very friendly she did do a good shampoo job but didnt style my hair right she didnt even ask how I wanted it styled she didnt explain the products she used

Dont get anything with curls they wont last but a day.
