We just left! I felt bad because I was laughing at a totally new man! They transformed my husband. He always goes to great clips and I finally convinced him to try this place out. All of the barbers were very nice and professional. Continue the good work.

Absolutely brilliant. First time going here and I honestly cannot believe how well they did. Kyran was my barber and hes an ansolute professional. Took his time and paid attention to detail and I can honestly say Ive never received a better haircut in my entire life. I always get the same cut; fade on the sides and about an inch off the top but every where I go they just seem to rush through it and make mistakes. These guys are actual BARBERS! If youre looking for a good cut hit these guys up in the avenues mall. Everyone is very respectable and personable. See Kyran and that dude will take care of you! Awesome experience.

Very clean facility. the gentlemen working there were charismatic, polite, and did an exceptional job on my fade.Cant wait to go back.A proper mens cut starts around $35, but its well worth the cost for the upscale treatment and high quality.Cant reccomend this place enough.

I usually dont return to a place where i have been disrespected. The last time I was here Solo the barber messed my son hair cut up, pushed him back and then disrespected me. I went in today and met one of the new assistant mangers name Ty the Barber and let him cut my sons hair and I was very satisfied and impressed. I felt like I walked into a totally new barber shop. Ty has the place looking good and everything is neat and cleaned. The new management has definitely changed my opinion about the place and everyone go see Ty the barber he will definitely take care if you and the little ones

We were in here on Saturday 11/16. We needed two hair cuts and style. We are new to the area here in St. Augustine and there are not really any good barber shops here in town. So we drove to Jax for more options and found this please. The staff very welcoming very talkative etc. I explained to Crystal who was doing my wife and sons hair we had a very bad experience before from another location and how we wanted to make sure it was done right. We showed her the hair cut for my wife and she cut it to fit the style meaning when she washed it out when we go home it looked like the photo below. I was trying not to do a review, I called to at least get our $50.00 back for the hair cuts and she said she dont know have to speak to the owner yet never a call back. I run a VERY successful business and would make sure our customers are happy. At least a call back would of been nice. We will not return. And I do recommended more training for the staff. Again we asked BEFORE the haircut started if she can do what she wanted we provided a photo and again after she styled it, it looked find. however after washing it this is what we found. Our son same issue all this was uneven, the line was almost to the middle of the head. Great personally, but training is a MUST! - Charlotte & Rachel

My boyfriend got a shape up from a guy named Solo who has dreads with a bald spot on the back on Monday, he pushed my boyfriends hairline back to the TOP of his head. On top of that, he never finished his shape up and did a half job & still expected full payment. He cannot cut hair and needs more knowledge/experience. I felt really bad for my boyfriend, normally when Diamond from G Cutts would cut his hair it would come out perfect every time. 10/10 would not recommend going to Solo for any of your hair needs. ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Diamond is an absolute professional. He cuts and designs my hair just the way I want. He also gives out suggestions and tips on how to take care of my hair. I will continue to be a valued and happy customer

I’ve followed Diamond anywhere he’s been because my son absolutely love getting his haircut by him! His attention to detail and patience is unlike most at least in my experience, not to mention he’s easy on the eyes. Gcutts Avenues was hands down the nicest shop I’ve been to. Great environment for kids and definitely has a flavor to it that makes it unique. Prices are generally the same as most other shops but the talent and staffs experience incomparable to any other location. I always recommend Gcutts to anyone who askes where they can get a good haircut!

Diamond has been my barber for a while now and he is always very professional and amazing at giving haircuts. I suggest people to visit him and you will be amazed by his work.
