Carol was outstanding and very attractive and I commend her for the haircut she gave me but there was one barber(Amy) that was sweeping the hair off the floor that sounded a bit on the rude side after I was walking back up front to wait for my sister; Amy hissed Watch the hat! I had no idea they cut ladies hair, but I am so glad I tried them out! My stylist was genuinely excited to cut my hair, diffused it at no additional cost, and I love how it came out! The washing chairs vibrated and I got an excellent scalp massage that had me making embarrassing noises. 10/10 experience!

Finding a place that’s patient with my child while cutting his hair is hard. His hair was out of control and I was desperate. We showed up to this location. I loved that you don’t have to have an appointment. Jessi was super patient with my son and did and awesome job helping me decide what kind a style would fit him. We were there maybe 20 minutes. We left with an awesome hair cut, a great customer service experience and it didn’t break the bank. I will definitely be back!!!

Not going back here again, the stylist was very nice but my hair came out much shorter than I wanted (when I get an inch cut off and I say a little bit more, that doesnt mean another inch doubling what was taken off of shorter hair). This was after repeating multiple times that previous stylist have cut it too short. On top of that, the hyper-masculinity this place exudes is nauseating. Literally support any other business that doesnt promote this type of sexist toxicity.

No sense in using the app to check in. 19 minutes wait time turned into 45 minutes after the selected stylist took a walk in ahead of me after I arrived. Another walk in got seen within minutes of being there. Not the first time this has happened.

The stylists at this location always give my son a handsome haircut. Great sport themed for boys. Easy to sign up for a haircut on their app or wait 15 minutes or less if you just walk in.

Loved our experience here! My husband and son usually get their hair cut here but this time my daughter got her hair cut for her first time. Brit cut her hair for her and she absolutely loves it! She made sure to make her feel comfortable and even asked us parents for imput on the cut as well. Both my kiddos left smiling. Definitely will make this location our permanent one. Had a great haircut by Morgan, BUT,,, next time Morgan came in later. So decided to go ahead with a cut, BUT some purple haired girl gave me BS about signing in and gathering as much info on me as she could. When I wouldnt give it the purple head gave me a major attitude. Conclusion they lost my business.

These people are scummy, I went in on 4/4/2018 to get a haircut, which should have been $17. I went in as a first time customer to any sports clips and I expected to be treated well so that I would come back.I was seated with Sarah, I told her that I wanted shorten and slightly thin out my hair.I showed her directly how I wear my hair (I had washed and done my hair before I went to get it cut).I showed her how my hair my bangs are too long. I was not asked anything about my hair as she was cutting it.Once she was done she said and I have to quote this lets go wash out all the loose hair. Being a first time customer I thought this was either a normal thing or a small gesture to make me want to come back. She led me into the back room and sat me in a chair to wash out my hair, without asking or telling me, she started up a massage chair. She then wrapped a peppermint scented hot towel around my face and started to give me a facial massage, again without asking or telling me anything. She washed out my hair and mostly dried it off. We walked back to her chair and she pulled out a large massager of some type and proceed to give me a back and shoulder massage, again without asking or telling me.When I went up to pay for the service I was hit with a $23 VIP package not the $17 I thought I was getting.At no point in the whole event was I asked if I wanted the VIP package, nor was I told that I was getting the VIP package. I had never expressed that I wanted the VIP package and was simply taken advantage of because I was a first time customer who did not know better.When confronted on the phone, the general response was that services were rendered and that nothing will happen because they are franchised.Not only was I taken advantage of, but when I got home and combed out my hair, I had noticed issues with my hair. My bangs (which I sweep to the left) are not cut in a way to compliment the way I wear my hair. She apparently cut my bangs STRAIGHT. But not exactly, near the middle of my bangs is a section that is about a quarter of an inch shorter than the rest, and on my far right side I have a half in inch strip of hair that was not cut at all, which hangs down over half an inch lower than my bangs. I do not know how anyone who cuts hair for a living would miss such a big chunk of hair.I now have to go find and pay someone who will fix my hair, someone who cares about me not my money.

The haircut often depends on the skill of the barber, often there is no long time to wait.

Washing area is nice; MVP level haircut definitely worth it. TVs are everywhere. The employees listen and give good cuts. Ive tried barber shops closer to my house but they arent as good as this one. Remote checkin with their app is a very welcome addition.

I have been a regular to this location for years. When I first started coming here everything was perfect, I got the exact cut I wanted and it seemed like the stylists really put an effort into making the MVP as relaxing as possible for you. Now when I walk in they always cut me WAY to short, it feels like they are rushing, and they are just going through the motions when giving you an MVP. I will no longer be going to this location after my last cut, not only did they cut me like 2 inches shorter than I wanted, the stylist basically completely shaved off my sideburns and then started throwing 2 or 3 different products in my hair without even asking me how I wanted my sideburns or if I even wanted product in my hair. I HIGHLY recommend you go somewhere else for your cut.

I went in today for a trim and the stylist showed me what she was going to cut, which was the normal about 2, she did that and then she cut my bangs, which went from under my chin to about 1/2 way up my face (way more than 2). After that, she proceeded to cut what I can only assume were layers into my hair, which ended up being more like 5. This is the absolute worst trim I have ever gotten. I have literally been in tears since, because unfortunately Im not one of those lucky people whos hair will grow out in a couple weeks. My hair grows incredibly slow.The front of my hair is so short now that I cant even put it up in a ponytail to cover what the butcher did to it. I am shocked that another female would have the audacity to do that, within this type of business, without prior consent, knowing you cant put hair back on once youve chopped it off. This is by far the worst experience Ive had with a salon!

I was in the middle of a haircut and someone hit my truck. The owner of the store asked anyone if they owned the truck it was me...I go outside and seen the damage, it wasnt bad, but something I still dont want to deal with. while I am outside the owner comes up and tell me after I get this all taken care of to come back get my haircut finished and its on the house...he didnt have to do that but just something as small as a free haircut makes any day get better....the place is clean very friendly and would def go back...so thank you

Worst place Ive ever been to. Hair was still sopping wet when I left. The stylist didnt even cut my hair the way I wanted it. When she washed my hair she left soap in it. So now I have to go home and re wash my hair. Even worse I have to find a salon to fix wat she messed up. I will NEVER go back!!!!

We liked until a very rude employee (short blonde long ponytail) stop cutting someones hair and stormed to the television that 7 waiting clients were watching Gators basketball game on and stated I cant take this, this is way too loud its got to go and she changed it to the program she preferred. She could have asked those of us who had been waiting g45+minutes if we were watching.
