I have used them for ten years. Russel has finally ran me off. Julian is the most honest, hard working guy. Makes me sad to do this as Julian kills himself

Ive had nothing but great service from all employees when the need arises! The people and the company are amazing.Its funny because alot of the one star reviews appear to be from the same time frame leading me to believe someone may have gotten upset and had their friends get on and make things up. Aside from one of them, they arent even about getting a vehicle towed.

Source of Solutions is the only towing company I get tows from in Jacksonville. Russell and the guys are extremely professional and make are punctual despite the insane traffic.

Needed my car towed from side of road. Dispatcher told me 45 mins. Julian, the wrecker driver was there in less than 30 mins and had my vehicle hooked up in mins. Great job and highly recommend Source of Solutions Towing!

One of the drivers very unsafe this morning. Tailgating in traffic and using profane hand gestures. Driving in excess of the speed limit. Hazard to be on the roads.

They got my vehicle to the location requested and the (im assuming)owner was very nice and responded quickly over the phone. The 1st time!However, he must have a dishonest driver(s). I had to leave my vehicle for them to pick up. I drive a jeep that sits high that I had towed that had no major defects on the front end prior to the tow. When I was finally able to make it to the shop to pick it up, my fog light had been broken off. It looked to me like the driver didnt secure my jeep properly and it slid into the front of the lift.I called Source of Solutions and he called right back and was friendly as can be saying my driver noted the damage(that is easy enough to note after the fact). The owner told me the driver said it was hanging by a wire. I asked where the light is still have no response.I will be sure to let everyone I know in my daily business not to use this company or if you have absolutely no option. Dont let your vehicle out of your site!!!
