These guys are amazing. I called around for hours to have my sons motorcycle after an accident. Everyone else wanted to drag it up on a back of a flat bed truck, not these guys they treated the bike as it was their own motorcycle. Took care of my sons bike. Thank you. I highly recommend them.

We called multiple towing companies to try and schedule a tow from our house to the auto shop. One company said they would not do it until after hours because they wanted to “stay available for rush hours”. A couple other companies were being to much of a hassle so we ended up with Absolute Towing. Gordon came by and was on time (actually showed up early), professional and all around awesome to work with. Will 100% be using them in the future if i need anymore towing or 4x4 help

Absolute Towing was absolutely great, they came when they said they would, and did a great job!

So Im only giving them two stars because the tow was fast. But if you let them do work on your car I highly dont recommend it. They clean my ignition coils didnt replace them and I had to take it somewhere else and still charge me for the clean which the coil set was 80 and they charged me 80 for the clean.

I scheduled a tow at 8am... it is now 5:24pm and my car is still in the driveway. First i was told it would be picked up by 11am. At 11:30am i called to check up and was told 1pm. At 2:20pm i called twice to no answer. My wife called directly after me and the call was picked up after the first ring. The dispatcher said the driver went to the wrong street and tried to call me and i didnt answer. LIES. Then they said they would send someone out immediately to take care of us. Its now almost 5:30pm and my car hasnt budged all day. I have cancelled my service from them and will advise everyone to never use them.

Absolutely great service! Very knowledgeable, experienced, capable and helpful. Gordon came to get me in my pickup with a 16’ utility trailer. Had to swap my rear blowout with a front tire to tow it, had to disconnect the driveshaft, all in the middle of the night! Never a complaint about doing it all and did it cheerfully. Carefully secured truck and trailer brought us 75 miles home! At 3:00 AM he quickly reattached the drive shaft and left me happy! I know he was tired but he received another call out while doing that and was going there on his way home! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

They are great . I called, the receptionist was very nice. I asked her to have the driver text me because I was working. The dinner did just as I asked. He was very respectful. Once my car made it to the shop, he called for payment but I was on the phone at work. I text him and let him know I would call right back . Man I will tell you what, I have been around for a good piece of time and these boys at absoulte towing reminds me of a time forgotten when they tell you they will do something they wont quit until they get the job done. I called and spoke with a pleasant young lad named Gordon explained how I got my tractor stuck he told he be in the area the next morning and come by and took a look and give me a price to pull it out. It them about an hour to do the job and the price was right on point and fair for the job done! Great job guys!

A crisis saved by Gordon of Absolute Towing. After experiencing multiple car breakdowns on the highway in Atlanta, I needed to repair a car back at home to pick up 25 hrs later. I called Absolute Towing and explained my issue and time constraint. Not only did Gordon rise to the call, he assisted my mother with a minor car issue when he went to tow the car for repair. A ball joint broke in my work van at 1:30 on Saturday morning. Absolute towing had a wrecker to me within 20 minutes. I was going to have him take it to my regular mechanic so that it could be worked on Monday morning but the driver said he could take it to their shop and fix it. They called me at 8 Monday morning and had it ready.Great customer service! The driver was very friendly and because they were able to fix it over the weekend I didnt have to put off or reschedule any of my work on Monday.They are now my new towing company and I would highly recommend them.

Another tow company left us sitting on 295 for SIX HOURS! yes, you read that right. Gordon is kind and awesome! He was helpful, comforting, and so compassionate. He called our roadside assistance to help us! My family will call him first everytime!

Picked them because every comment said they were super fast and professional. Called them at 8 and they said they would come at 9:30 at the very latest. Called them again at 9:45 to see where they were, told us they were 30-45 minutes out. Called them a final time at 11:00 to cancel, they were still 30 minutes out. Went with MacRod who was here in maybe 20 minutes. Maybe we just got a bad day, but neglecting to give the customer any updates is not professional at all.

We needed to tow our vehicle and Absolute Towing was our first call. Gordon came to the rescue. Besides his promptness and great price, Gordon was provided excellent customer service. I had a great experience with absolute towing, the guy Gordon came out in a reasonable time, was very personable and very knowledgeable of what he was doing. He got my car towed to my house without any problems and even helped me push it in the garage. I would Recommend absolute towing to anyone that require any towing assistance.

Overall fantastic experience. Starting it was rather rough, as I was told my car would be picked up at 10 AM and it wasn’t there until 11:50 and I missed the call from the guy who was supposed to pick me up so they ran off to another job... However, after that, the manager Gordon personally picked me up and gave me a fantastic experience. We were out of the lot my car was stuck in in less than 15 minutes and he was receiving numerous calls! Once he got the car loaded up we had some very pleasant conversations while he dropped me off to my destination and on the ride he gave me a discount due to the late arrival. Truly a wonderful experience. If I’m ever stuck in Jacksonville again I will know who to call. Yes, they are a little pricy but you’re getting what you pay for. There’s no better place to call if you need a tow.

Service from calling to getting my vehicle was what I call real service. I needed my vehicle towed and waited 3 hours for the driver and was told from the office that the driver was having issues with the previous vehicle and apologized so I ended up postponing to another day and yet again got good service from the lady through the phone and got Joey the driver to pick up my car. I called because my employee said that the work truck wouldnt crank. They were competitive in price and gave me an ETA of 20 minutes. I was able to pay over the phone. The kicker was that my guy was able to get the truck running and left the scene. Absolute Towing showed up only to find the vehicle was gone. I told them he got it running and they refunded my money without a gripe. If I need a tow, I know who to call.

I called the office at 8:25pm to set an appointment for 9:25pm. The lady told me that the driver is going to be there at 9:25pm. I called them at 9:40 and the lady tells me that he’s going to be there in 45 min. I try to call her back at 10:25pm she doesn’t respond. I called her in the next 10 minutes at least 7 times. The tow driver calls me at 11pm and tells me he’s going to be there in 30 min. He doesn’t show up until 12. Very unreliable. VERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE. They don’t care.

We had a very pretty 2017 Peterbilt dump truck on its side on May 3rd, 2019. Everyone’s in a panic at this moment freaking out and making phone calls. I called Absolute towing and Gordon answered the call and I told him it’s on it’s side and we need a big enough truck to get it back on it’s feet. He was within 15 minutes arrival time and on the scene completely respectful and sympathetic to our situation and in spite of the stress was able to get a laugh out of us. He was able to get the dump truck right side up with his one truck without any damages and was slow and steady the whole time. By far the easiest tow I ever had. Ricky arrived in minutes - towed my car in record time. Quick, professional, and he seems like a really nice guy.

If I could give them negative stars I would. My boyfriend called them for a tow. They stated that they would not come unless he paid for it over the phone first which was 250.00. We paid for it (which we have a bank statement for). We received no paperwork or receipt. The guy came out and hooked the truck up wrong. Got the truck out and dropped it. He could not tow the truck home so we had to leave it there overnight. We called our dealership about this and they got it towed to them. The owner contacted us which his name is Rick(Richard) taking blame since his guy that towed us put significant damage close to 10,000 worth at that to our truck. He stated he fired the guy and then attempted to bribe us with 400.00 stating he would pay that amount for parts. Our dealership has already sent him an itemized list and cost for parts and labor. He refuses to provide his insurance information so we can make a claim. Every time we call his business phone the receptionist is rude, yells, is disrespectful, ignores our calls, or hangs up. We are now having to file a lawsuit against them for the damages they’ve caused. We have reported them to the bbb, as well as the state of florida. The owner has admitted blame. We have pictures and videos of that night. We also have text from the owner trying to bribe us and refusing to provide insurance. DO NOT GO HERE!! DO NOT GET ANY SERVICES FROM THEM!! Run as far away from the company as possible.
