Outstanding garage. Honest, affordable, and straight forward. They communicate better than any mechanic I have ever had. I recently heard some clunking noises under my van. They found the two problems and promptly fixed both so I could use my van for work. Highly recommend. Old fashioned and no nonsense. Great leadership and great mechanics.

Always accommodating and always honest. I’d like to think that they fit me in for an oil change no matter how busy they are because I’m a repeat customer, but it’s more likely they are just that helpful to everyone. If you’re looking for an ethical auto shop with the customer in mind first, this is it. No matter how big or small your problem, I recommend bringing your car by these guys first to get an honest assessment of work that needs to be done. And the quickest oil change in town😄

They have always performed excellently for me and the many friends that I have referred to them. They seem to be able to do pretty much anything you want with your car.Their pricing is very reasonable, they work as quickly as one could expect and they fix things correcly the first time. What more can you ask for?

I initially brought the vehicle in 9/6/17 with a noise in the passenger side of the suspension. They diagnosed it that day as a wheel bearing and passenger side CV axle. I was told it would be ready the next day and was quoted $620 over the phone. I approved the repair and was called the next day and told the wrong part was ordered and that they could not readily source a part due to hurricane Irma. They agreed to re-install the original CV axle and I would bring the vehicle back once they could source the part. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle on 9/19 all of the dashboard warning lights were on and cruise control wasnt working. They said it was a sensor not plugged in and it would be fixed when they replaced the CV axle. Upon bringing it back to replace the CV axle the warning light issue was still not fixed and now it was making new noises. My total bill came to $753.87, I asked them to inspect a window and horn issue I was charged $89 for that was not quoted or approved. They ordered a new ABS sensor claiming that would fix the warning lights. I brought it back 10/11 to replace the sensor but it did not fix the issue. They found they had installed the wrong wheel bearing and that was the source of the issue. When I came to pick up on 10/13 all warning lights were gone except for the tire pressure warning. Doug explained they checked the tires and they were fine but they did not touch that sensor and they were not responsible for the issue.In total Ive been in three times over a month for what was supposed to be a next day job. The first time back due to wrong parts being ordered, second time due to new issues being created due to another wrong part being ordered and installed. Now Im left with no tire pressure sensors because it mysteriously stopped working after being serviced by technicians that cant even order the proper parts.

WOW!! They are awesome! We have a 1995 Buick. It was having some serious mechanical issues. Two mechanics (including a dealership) quoted high cost repairs ($1200) without any guarantee that they really knew what the problem was. Parts Garage Jax found the real problem, fixed it within a day and the cost was $150!! The repair even fixed some other ongoing gliches that we had accepted as just the nuance of having an old car - like dashboard lights flickering :) . Highly recommend them - friendly, professional and honest.
