Had my vehicle towed in called the advisor to make sure they had it and they insisted they didnt. Called tow company they assured me they dropped the vehicle off so I called back and after being on hold they finally located vehicle and keys. I called the next morning to figure out the status of the car. The advisor assured me would call me right back because they mechanic was working on it. 1 1/2 hour later I called because no one called me. CALLED A DOZEN TIMES AND NO ONE ANSWERED. CALLED THE SUPERVISOR 2X HE DIDNT ANSWER. So I called as if I was scheduling an appointment the lady answer said hold on a minute pulling you up on my other screen and then hung up on me . SO NOW I CALLED BACK AND AGAIN NO ONE ANSWERED. Horrible service
