Bought a car from here a couple of months ago. I had an excellent experience. When I couldnt find one that I wanted, Jay went above and beyond to make sure that I left with something that was perfect for me. Also, my mom and I both had migraines and were hungry and he made sure that we got medicine and food while sorting out the details for my new car. Highly recommend working with this staff!

Went in for a 20000 mile service. Casey, the service technician, was absolutely great. Answered all my questions, extremely knowledgeable and did not try to sell me on services I didnt want or need. Excellent experience overall. I will be a return customer for sure.

They forgot my appointment for a brake inspection, but as soon as I made contact with the maintenance coordinator Id scheduled with, he got the inspection done immediately, and threw in an oil change, all free of charge.

Convenient location, fair drink/ snack options, fair- good cleanliness, bathroom has several broken things like a faucet, a lock, and all the napkin dispensers. Long wait, disorganized, couldnt even get a receipt that shows what was done, also the person checking me in seemed to not want to check everything asked to check... which is absurd!!

Disclaimer: My rating is based purely on my experience with the service manager.Brandon Luna provided exemplary service the whole time my car was at Coggin Nissan. He kept me informed and updated and far exceeded my expectations. He was communicative, professional and friendly. I live in NY and was driving down to FL when my cars transmission died. I was still 5 hours from my destination when this happened so it quickly became very stressful. I felt he genuinely cared about my situation and that he made every effort to accommodate me and my needs. Thanks to his help and positive attitude, he turned a stressful emergency into a much easier to deal with situation. He ensured the process went as smoothly as possible. He went above and beyond his job description and I truly appreciate it!

You can buy a car from here, but don’t use the service department! Absolutely the worst experiences all three times. They are rude and unprofessional, take no accountability and will scam you like crazy. We will never go back. Horrible

I just want to know my fiance had a disability she was wouldnt come out of her house for 20 years cuz she told she was never do anything again cuz her brain trauma I finally worked hard got her out house and she got a job and going out just going back to normal we told cognitive and we about Sentra they totally lied to her we went to go get the sensor fixed that didnt work from the get-go they dont work until we have to pay for it and she freaked out Christmas on a fixed income its a single mother and thats not what they told her they totally do anything for because they knew the situation theyre proud of her for being disabled and trying to work so hard they totally lied to her they told her she can get another car and couple days if she didnt like that one she never liked that one from the get-go all they wanted was the sale

I bought my new, used Honda from here in Sept. 2019. The car I bought has a sunroof, and when talking with the sales manager, we were messing with it and nothing sounded bad. The care was pulling a little too, and part of the buying deal was an alignment being done. I take it home and show my husband and open the sunroof, and it will not close. It also sounded like it went off track.I finally got it closed and kept it closed. I was not happy; it did not do this at the dealership, which makes me wonder what they did to it to sell the car. I make an appointment to get the alignment done there and drop the car off overnight to finish the next day. The next after noon I get a call saying they will not be completing my alignment as they did not have time. I had somewhere to be and could not keep it there, so I had to pick it back up. I live about 30 minutes away, so I again was not happy. When I picked up the car, the service manager offered to make an appointment with another dealership closet to me to get the alignment done and also look at the sunroof. I accepted and took my car to another Coggin dealership. I again dropped my car off overnight and the alignment was completed the next day. They told me they will not look at my sunroof since it is not their brand of car, but the service manager would get back in contact to get that fixed; that did not happen. When I drove away, the car drove worse then when I bought it. I took it to Midas to check the issue, and they fixed my alignment and told me the alignment was really bad, so the other Coggin dealership messed up the alignment. I had to pay for my alignment, when I was not supposed to. Forward to Feb. 2020, I went through a car wash, and the sunroof leaked. I dropped my car off at Honda of the Avenues, and they told me i needed a new sunroof, which is a cost of $2300. I was furious! I spoke to the manager to see what can be done to not spend that much money, and they told me they were going to fix my sunroof for me! I agreed to pay for the glass and seal for $500, and Honda paid for the rest. I didnt even buy the car from them, and they helped me more than Coggin Nissan. I will never go there again!!

Please be careful before you use this dealership I purchased a battery for my 2017 armada they told me it was The correct size battery for my vehicle after having issues I called to ask some questions in reference to my account and the service adviser refused to even pull up my account to look at the information but told me you need to come in I said no sir I need to ask questions about my battery and then he hung up on me when I asked to speak with a manager I then called back 25 times With my calls being hung up on not even answer

On a scale from 1 to 10 one being the poorest ever and tending the best I would rate Coggin Nissan Sales and Service a number one I have never been so dissatisfied as I have been with my car purchase and the service center not answering the phone ever no one ever calling me back never given me any information about my car the car doesnt run well and I just bought it but theres never anybody in service that can help me or call me back. Do not buy from Coggin Nissan and do not service your car there that is if you can even get an appointment 2 have your car looked at

* Beware *, look at the trade value they are giving you on the paper work, they are adding the tax savings into it to make it sound like they are giving you more for your trade! when its just the tax savings because you dont pay taxes on the value of the trade! all Coggins are the same so all get the same review !

Terrible experience. Purchased 2015 murano on 4/15 ...was supposed to be certified preowned but the check engine light came on 2 days later...on the 3rd day the engine splash sheild fell out as I was driving home. Almost a month later Im jumping through hoops to get we owes taken care of. 300 plus dollars to fix a window trim. Alignment off. With this amount of trouble in less than a month it shouldnt have been certified preowned Found local body shop to fix window trim for 200 and they will be fixing the we owes that coggin owed me.

My cousin brought her nissan in to have a fog light fixed. Someone hit an orange cone and threw back into her car and it pushed the fog light in. Instead of them offering to take a look at the light to make sure it wasnt broken, they automatically said it was broken and would cost 600 plus labor to replace it. In my experience in the automotive industry its best to make a new customer by offering customer service in the best way possible. They were focused on there commission check and not the prospect of a new customer.

I couldn’t agree more with the other 1 Star post here! Door handle on the outside popped off on my Nissan Versa, paid $220 in labor for it to pop off again the next day. Was charged $30 more to bring it back, have them reinstall it the RIGHT way, bad customer service when asked if they would waive the $30 the answer was no.
