I literally called 15 different mobile mechanics in the Jacksonville area and only 2 of them answered. The other guy was a no-show, but A 24 Seven saved the day and were able to perform a pre-purchase inspection within a couple hours of first contact. I am out of state and buying this truck sight-unseen, so it was super important that I have a 3rd party take a look before closing the deal. Looks like I will save quite a bit of money due to the thorough inspection performed by A 24 Seven. Thanks again, guys!

This man is a joke. I called him at 9:47 am this morning about an oil leak. I was advised to give him 1-2 hours. 12 pm comes I call again my mechanics running late gimme another hour 2 pm comes along(i waited an extra hour just in case) called yet again. No answer for about an hour. Call again at 3 he should be finishing up give him 20-30 minutes and if he is still not there ill close the shop and come myself i call at 4:15 (again an extra hour just in case) ok ill close up and come to you it is now 5:35 pm and i have heard NOTHING from this man other than a text after i called AGAIN saying he was driving and be here shortly. I live 10 min. From his shop, he texted at 4:22 pm. Dont waste your time calling or depending on this man.

At first I wasnt HAPPY. Then Charlie came after hour to help me an came back the next day an fixed it. I will be a repeat customer. Its best in life to give kindness.

My son’s alternator went out on his 01 Cadillac Seville. I googled mobile mechanics near me and decided to call 24 seven. I was quoted the total price up front for parts and labor. Which, I was very please with and a guarantee. A person was quickly dispatched to my address. The technician didn’t waste anytime. He was very professional and respectful with only addressing me by saying no sir and yes sir. He removed and installed my son’s alternator in timely manner with an optest of everything after installation. He even recommended future replacements of items he saw during the repair. I was very pleased with everything. And, I will be recommending them to all my friends and using them again in the future.

When we truckers are on the road, breakdowns come with the territory and we understand that. However when we have to deal with price gougers on top of that, that makes it much worse. Take it from me, I have been overcharged for a roadside service before, but nothing like this. This is definitely the worst that Ive encountered. Take my advice and stay far away from this company. I will pay for a tow to a respectable shop before Ill ever do business with a company like this. Incompetent and crooked in my opinion

These guys are the best. Mr. Charlie goes above and beyond to make sure every customer gets what they need. He has become a friend of mine since doing business with him a couple times and now I wont use anyone else and recommend him to everyone. Do not listen to any negative reviews on here, choose 24-7 for their skilled and friendly service.

We were traveling back home from Orlando and our alternator went out in our car. The car lost all power and we were literally stranded off 295. It was around 5:30 pm on a Saturday and we really did not think there was any hope of finding someone to assist. Charlie, the owner and a tech came to the rescue. They hooked a device to the car and we were able to follow them back to their shop. Their team replaced the alternator quickly and the bill was very reasonable. We could not be happier with the way we were treated during the repair time. This company went above and beyond. Great work at a very fair price. Thank You, Charlie and team for rescuing us just before the huge summer storm tonight!

Sorry to say after 3 phone calls several hours apart I never heard back once not even a Im sorry we cant get to you today. Thumbs down. Fixed the car myself.

There is nothing mobile or 24/7 about this shop. Kept my truck for over two weeks just to charge me tons of money for not fixing the problem we brought it there for. Truck broke down again less than a week later. Owner claims that he doesnt hire other mechanics because he doesnt trust them, So he is the only one there and he doesnt work everyday let alone 24/7. II HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYBODY

I called today to inquire on services and the guy was so rude. He was so adamant on making sure I knew the cost of his fuel and his tools that he never answered any of my questions. If you are going to call yourself 247 then maybe you should work on your customer service skills.

I made a HUGE mistake by contacting this company when my car would not start. My regular mechanic was out on vacation so I reached out to 24/7 Mobile Tech. I was certain that the issue was a defective battery as I had a similar problem in the past. I informed the tech Charlie of this on the telephone and in person when he arrived. I was not advised of the service call fee when I requested to have a tech dispatched to my home. The service call fee is also NOT listed on the companys website. After arriving to my home Charlie informed me that the service call fee was $45. I was fine with the fee. The issue was in fact a bad battery. After Charlie connected the jumper cables to the battery my car started immediately. I provided Charlie with my card to pay the service call fee of $45. After returning my card Charlie gave me a receipt for $70. I questioned the high fee and was told that the service call fee was $45 and the boost was $25. NOT ONCE DID CHARLIE EVER MENTION A FEE FOR PROVIDING THE BOOST BEFORE CHARGING MY CARD. WHAT A RIP OFF. It DOES NOT cost $25 to charge a car battery at most automobile stores its FREE. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Please save your money and time.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Ever been in a new town, car breaks down, and youre terrified of where to take it because they may try to charge you an arm and a leg for things you DONT need? Well thats EXACTLY how my experience with Charlie went. Luckily, Im not the idiot he wanted me to be and I decided to get a second opinion. 1 out of the 5 issues he said actually were legitimate. He quoted me roughly $1700 in repairs then gave me an attitude when I wanted it towed else where and told me multiple times I had no idea what I was talking about. He then also stated that since he is older than me and my father both, that he is smarter than us. RUDE!!! Plus he throws in a $45 diagnosis fee NOT MENTIONED during the consultation or anywhere online. TERRIBLE experience!!! Big waste of time and unneeded stress! Im leaving this negative review in hopes that other people who go to google will read the reviews before calling him!

The owner is very friendly and honest. He and the mechanics on duty can do it all. They work on everything...... Generators, small cars, farm equipment, big rig deisel, bulldozers, busses and RVs. The price was easy on the wallet and the service was above and beyond.

This shop is nothing but trouble. They were supposed to remove and replace a motor after determining it was something making noise in the top... But $4500.00 and 3 months later we got the truck back with the exact same top motor noises and issues... When they finally picked it up off the road after three days.. He has now had the truck for another (14) days and has made no effort to start even fixing the truck... Told me Saturday evening just before he hung up that he had already spent the money to fix the truck and that we would just have to wait till he came up with the money.. But thats not the weirdest part... How about he told me right out of his own mouth... We will have have to actually rebuild the hole thing again.. This time.. HUH???? We just purchased and new rebuilt motor??? Why has Charlie sold me a $4500.00 new rebuilt motor, when he has only tried to fix my old one?? We went to shop just as these questions.. And his mechanic was clear that he only works on what Charlie tells him and the ways the owner Charle tells him too.. But he never denied actually not replacing our motor as promised. Currently the work truck and our $4500.00 is just chilling at Charlies 24 7 mobile shop that is NOT open 24 hours a day.... And does not do anything mobile... 247 Mobile Tech must either resolve this matter today by fulling refunding our monies for the crappy work already performed.. Our we are prepared to talk them to court for that time lost during these 247 shames Charlie runs out of his Greenland shop.. This is way to much money to let go... Its time 247 Mobile and Charlie and both accountable for the horrible customer relations.. And yes.. To be clear.. Our truck is $4500.00 deep and still sitting today almost 5 months later it is still not drivable.
