Customer service has gone way down. Took my car in on Tuesday for an oil change (after leaving a month prior, without them acknowledging the recall problems - they just sent me on my way) - my car completely broke down, on my vacation 2 days later- OUT OF TOWN!! I had to get it towed to a Hyundai in Orlando that kept it there for 5 WEEKS... and now a month later Cassatt finds a Coolant hose leak from something Orlandos mechanics did wrong. Everyone is playing the blame game and a week later no one will return my calls and Im in a gas guzzler Jeep rental because no one can tell me whats wrong or what the status is on my car. Very disappointing.Everyone is very good at apologizing right away but NEVER helps! You will get 100 Im so sorry and let me check on that and have them call you back. I heard this all week as I called to check on my vehicle. They just asked me to wait while they disappear for 10 minutes at a time and come back with no answers. Im on my 2nd hyundai from this dealership and the service has gone down down down... I love the cars but the service department from this dealership is lacking...
Rob is the man. Its tough to find a vehicle nowadays. I called rob because Jacksonville seemed to have better inventory than the dealers in Miami. So I was planning a trip to look at some cars in the area.Rob couldnt find me what I wanted new. But got me a 6 month old certified pre-owned and I was able to save a few bucks from paying ful MSRP on a brand new one. Rob always got back to me in a timely fashion and help me understand the process and what I needed to do. He helped me secure my dream car, and a few days later, I flew in and being a the professional that he is, he picked me up at the airport after a fresh detailing. I didnt even need to test drive. On the ride to the dealer he explained all the features of the vehicle. Other than the miles, I could not tellthe car wasnt brand new. If you need a vehicle and are looking to buy from a professional. Go see Rob Torrence. Out of all the cars I purchased before. I never had a better experience.
I’ve bought a lot of vehicles from a lot of different dealerships, and this was one of the absolute best experiences I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. They were very upfront about everything which I believe is very important. This was the first time I didn’t even bother to haggle on price. I went to another dealership a few days prior and that dealership gave me an initial offer price of $36K for the vehicle, including trade/tax/tag/title/etc. When I came to Westside, they put an initial offer price of $31K for the EXACT same vehicle, including fees, which included an amazing warranty that I couldn’t even get at the other dealership.100% if I ever buy a Hyundai or Genesis I will contact Westside first. Also, I live in Savannah so I drove 2 hours to work with them and I’m glad I did.

I found searching for a car at this time of COVID unlike anything I have experienced in my many years of car buying. Many dealer ads do not even come close to what they are actually selling the car for...and we are not talking about simply adding tax and tag. Thank you to Westside Hyundai and to Ricky for knowing his products, for being willing to get answers on what he didnt know (I ask a lot of questions) and to Deven for being so upfront and clear with the numbers and, again, so knowledgeable of his products. Across multiple manufacturers and their dealerships, I could not find individuals as gracious and prepared to help as I did at Westside Hyundai.I had a difficult experience here a couple of years ago when gathering information for a prospective purchase. When I saw such a major change in attitude and professionalism, I asked about staffing. The people with whom I dealt and the GM have all come in sense that time. The change in attitude and the customer orientation is amazing and remarkable and worthy enough for me to take the time to leave this review.
Went there today for my oil change and tire rotation. After the service was done they came with a list of things to be fixed. I decided to do an alignment as suggested. As I left I could tell my tires were not balanced or rotated,in fact I pulled over to a gas station and saw the new tire I bought two months ago in the same spot..so how were my tires balanced and rotated? I immediately called back and spoke to the service person Rick and he advised we didnt think it needed to be changed until another oil changed. So my question is isnt that what I asked for and nor did you discuss your decision with me the car owner. Then I was asked if I could come back sometime next week. No Im going out of town today which is why I had a 745a apt and sat here waiting for my car and I should come back when I asked this to be done up front. So now I have to go else where to get a balance and rotation and delay my departure of my road trip. Very inconsiderate and not proper service,I will be going to another hyundai dealer or find a mechanic all around. Just makes you think did they change my oil?

Loving my Hyundai Kona and Westside Hyundai. I didnt buy my car here, but I take it here for service because of its convenience. They do a great job and the service personnel are always very friendly. I like my Kona so much I dont plan on trading it in. But I do want the next step up in addition to it. I think its the Tucson. But anyway when I do eventually buy it, I will definitely considering buying it from Westside Hyundai.
Very easy and efficient process for service on cars. I made an appointment online for an oil change and took my car in the morning of and was greeted by a service woman named Ellen who was very helpful. Once she got all my info she offered to call me a Lyft so I didnt have to wait there for my car and even called me a lyft back to Hyundai when my car was ready to be picked up. Although my car needed more than an oil change there was no pressure to add on services and recieved a complimentary car wash and vaccum. I would recommend you go here if you need any service done on your Hyundai!!
I brought my vehicle in because it showed signs that the catalytic converter was clogged for a second time in 2 years. It was replaced. When I went to pick up the car the motor was knocking. I brought it to their attention. Hyundai corporate offered the motor but I had to pay for labor. The dealership wouldnt work with me on that. I paid the labor. When I went to pick up the car all 4 wheels had curb rash that wasnt there before. The mechanic said he doesnt remember seeing damage on the wheels when he took them off. After 2 weeks Westside Hyundai will only cover the cost of 1 wheel to be repaired.

On a Wednesday I took my wife in to test drive a 2021 Sonata N-line. I had read about the trim and was intrigued. My wife loved it and bought it. Four days later I was back looking to buy myself a 2021 Veloster N. We were always treated with respect and never felt pressured. Our time restraints were respected and we feel like we got a great deal. Just purchased a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL with the incredible help of Norberto and Deven! I came in, wanting to test drive, told Norberto up front that it was only a test drive, we had a killer deal set up down south but I had never driven a Hyundai and wanted to see if it was something I would like. (I actually came here after being turned down at Hyundai Orange Park for a test drive) Norberto had no problem with this, we went on a test drive and after falling in love with the Santa Fe, helped me get the SAME DEAL without having to drive the 5 hours to get the original one! They bent over backwards to track down one in the color we wanted on top of, working with our negative equity from our previous car, and got us driving home in our new family car so fast! Between Deven and Norberto, we are so impressed with Westside Hyundai, we will be recommending them to all! Purchased a truck from here, had electrical problems in less then two weeks called to see if I can get it checked out or if there was a sister dealership I could take it to. No response, or call back. 3 rd week of having it the transmission started skipping or changing funny. Called about returning the truck. Had to wait another 1 1/2 weeks to get it towed back to jacksonville. To turn it back in. Dropped it off, they waited more than a month to let the lender know that the truck was at the dealership. The lender called looking for the truck, since I informed them of the problems and issues I was having before the first payment was even due. They still did not let them know that they had the truck until after the time to reverse the agreement had passed. Shady, real shady.

I have a 2015 Hyundai sonata and I get my routine maintenance There at the service department which where I got my car at in as doing my own physical work to the car I see that the mechanics tore off my under tarp of my car which covers the transmission and engine Screws are still in the foundation while the tarp is not even a Attached they tore my stuff up at this place and overcharged me for yearswent there 12/29/2019 the detail guy let it rain in my car causing electrical problems but the new service director wanted nothing to do with me.. Mr.Shermon did his best to help me. i appreciate him alot.
Im very upset with my last recent visit there and especially if you have recalls on any of the cars between years 15 to 19 please check into the clas action lawsuits and claims i love Hyundai on my second car with them butt service and courtesy have went very down and im disappointed.

Overall, their prices were lower than most dealerships. The trade-in value was reasonable and there was not a lot of back and forth. I give the dealership 4 stars but I give my salesperson, Cornell, FIVE big stars. He was great! No pressure. He asked the right questions and listened to the things I wanted out of a vehicle. I would buy from him again.

No stars the concierge service was horrible the guy who checked me in didnt even acknowledge me when I drove he stood and was talking on his phone as if I wasnt even there. I went inside to inquire about checking in the receptionist referred me back to him. I go back over to him and he ignore me as if Im not their so I ask are you gonna check me he replies oh you wanna check in you saw me drive up. Oh but you to busy on phone to help me. I may start going to any Hyundai dealer for service. 2 encounters with him...bluh!!
They were great as was my Sales Rep, Justin. I am so happy with my new car! I am pregnant and due to the pandemic had no interest in going to dealerships. We worked out everything over the phone and my new car was delivered to me and they picked up my trade. They took all extra precautions to ensure my safety and I greatly appreciate that.

Got a Great deal! Want to thank Amber Dennard, she was great, The car was for my daughter and I live in central Florida. We did 95% of the transaction by text which included financing and a trade in. Amber and her sales manager also helped us maximize all the rebates we could use which lowered the monthly payments. So how good was my deal? The sales manger From another Jacksonville Hyundai dealer texted me that he would beat any deal by $750.00. I sent him the quote from Westside! His answer, they cant sell the car for that, and when my daughter goes to pick it up the price will go up. HE WAS WRONG! Thanks again

If I could give them a zero I would. The lady Kelly who did checked my car in was not personal at all. She left my car running for ten minutes with all my windows down and AC wide open. I did not like their attitude. They really needs to do some training with their service team. They don’t have no compassion for what they do.

This was the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. My salesman, Deven Abbot, was outstanding! He was very friendly and welcoming which made the experience very easy. Deven has an in-depth knowledge of his vehicles and can answer any questions you may have. The rest of the staff are just as friendly as Deven and Walter in finance is great! I went in looking for a reliable daily to get me to and from one of the local hospitals. I left with a beautiful Genesis G70. Came in around 3:30pm on a Saturday and was driving away just after 7pm. I feel like I was robbed from the service department. I was charged quite a bit ore than I was quoted with no addition work done, in fact, the problems werent all fixed when I told that they were. Alex gave me a lot of attitude when I asked why the cost was so much more than he quoted me. He told me that I was wrong and that he told me that he quoted me correctly, but that I should have been charged more. My wife and I have had problems with the service department at this location for about 7 years now. The only reason that we go here is that unfortunately it is the only dealership that is not 30 minutes away

I brought in our Hyundai to have a recall completed on the seat belt pretensioner.The woman service writer in the service lane was friendly, helpful, and quickly wrote-up our car.She offered the complimentary car wash to me, and I chose to take it.After she took our car around back, I found a seat in the service waiting room. The room is large, clean, and with plenty of seats. It has a vending machine, men’s and women’s restrooms, free coffee, 2 massage chairs (I didn’t use it, but I think they were free), and free trail mix, which was quite tasty. The televisions are large and high-definition.Once I sat down in the waiting room, it was almost exactly one hour until they came and got me that our car was ready. I signed the papers at the desk, and was on my way. The free car wash was pretty effective; the exterior looked a lot better.I highly recommend Westside Hyundai for all your Hyundai needs!

It took 2 hrs for a simple oil change especially when i was the very first customer and with an appointment. Other people came after me and they completed their oil changes before mine. What good is making an appointment. I could do four oil changes in that time

The price was exactly what they said when I checked out. And my car was immaculate. I cant think of one single thing that would improve my experience. From beginning to end, the people there were so nice and professional. They said what they meant and meant what they said. The conversation we had showed me how much they care about me as a customer. The initial greeting fellow even asked me to pull my car up so he wouldnt ding my door when he opened it. And it only got better from there. Worst experience ever.One lie after another.They didnt fix my car I was overcharged.Never go to westside hyundai.They should lose there dealership for abuseing customers.After inspecting my car I found a wrench left under the hood.I dont even think the work was finished.
I arrived at Westside Hyundai at 2:55pm my appointment was scheduled at 3pm. I’ve been sitting here waiting in the customer lounge. I approach the lady at the checkout at 4:25 to ask do you know how much longer it’ll be before my car is done. I tell her it’s been an hour and a half, instead of trying to help me she says I’ve known some customers that waited 2 to 3 hours for a oil change sometimes even longer. Now when I arrived in there were only 2 other customers waiting in the lobby and there now long gone. After talking with the lady at the desk she tells that she’ll make a over head page for Kelly to come. Kelly did eventually come to the checkout counter but not because she heard her name being called over head. I talk with Kelly at 4:35 and she tells me that she’s going to go check on my car.Kelly walks back in the customer lounge at 4:53 she’s helping another customer. I catch before she’s about to walk out of the door to ask her did you ever check on my car. Judging by the puzzled look she gave me before she answered the question she had forgotten. Kelly comes back in at 5:02 and let’s me know that it’s almost ready. I understand that sometimes as a business we lack on certain things whether it’s customers service or just time management. But if you’re mechanics are running behind at least let the customer know that you’re expecting longer than usual wait times before there car goes to service. So at least I can say you know what I waited here for more than 2 hours but at least I was informed in the beginning. And it would have given me a better chance to plan out my day. But now I’ve been inconvenience by missing my other appointment. And my car wasn’t done until 5:56pm. I’ve waited 3 hours for an oil change.
We recently purchased a 2020 Hyundai Elantra and the process could not have been any smoother! From start to finish, our sales rep, Ricky Borges, was on top of everything without being pushy. He worked with us and we did everything online including applying for the car loan. Ricky dropped off the Elantra to our home, (about an hour away from the dealership), signed all the documents outside in the summer heat (due to COVID) and then drove our trade in back to the dealership. This is the 4th Hyundai we have purchased and by far the least stressful transaction ever! Thank you Ricky! You are the best!!

I was on my trip back home toTampa from North Carolina when my check engine light began flashing. After a call to Westside Hyundai, I was able to bring my Sonata limping in. I was created by the service representative, Sharon Norman. She took all of my info & got a technician working on the car immediately. They found the vehicle needed a software download to repair the problem. After a short test drive, they got the car back to me & I was out of the dealership within 45 minutes of arriving. This dealership has an outstanding service department. Sharon & the technician went above & beyond to get me back on my trip back to Tampa. I wish they both worked a the dealership in Wesley Chapel near my home.
Just went there to look at a Kia Sportage. Car was priced great, Sherman’s customer service was awesome, and didn’t feel pressured to buy the car right then and there at all. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
