Honestly wasn’t expecting such quick service. Employees were extremely kind, helpful, and patient as they answered all of my questions in detail and helped me discover a crack in my belt that I didn’t even know I about. Definitely the best car service I’ve ever gotten.

Today was my 1st visit. The mechanic initials were AH. Very pleasant. I ended up needing a air filter & a light bulb, (which I did get). He did recommend getting my tires rotated and balanced. I thought I heard him say $97 & change. So I gave him the $3 & change plus another $5 for a tip. When I got home I realized it was only $87 & change. So he got a $18 tip. Kinda shocked but he was nice & I received good service

Great prices, but very hectic, and took quite long due to the location being a shipping drop spot (fedex) and being a uhaul location. Techs were very busy, getting pulled away from their jobs. Would definitely recommend dropping and leaving vehicles. Bring a ride!

The guys seem rushed, not as throughout as they used to. They forgot my sticker for mileage and didnt fill my washer fluid. I was there 35 minutes and they only did the oil change, they hadnt started my tire rotation....I will have to go back.

This is the only shop I will go to now. After Walmart refused to use the oil I requested in my car, I took it to Express Oil in Jacksonville. The guys there were very friendly and helpful. They were patient as I asked tons of questions and they took the time to explain every single thing to me. Seriously, all the guys there were helpful, not a single bad seed there. No other shop will ever touch my car!

I have been going here for years. Always had a good experience. They have a guy working for them now who dont care how he treats costumers. I had my oil changed in my 2016 and he didnt put the oil filter back on tight. I lost 2 quarts of oil and lucky I had new tires put on and this person found it or I would of had a blown motor. Be for he did that I took it up for a low tire he said it didnt have anything in it. 2 days later I had to drive it almost flat back up there. It had a nail right in the middle of the tire. Same guy. I wont go back there and let him touch nothing on my car again.

I asked why I was charged almost 50% mark-up on parts. Jacksonville Al location said they have to charge extra to keep the shop open. Poor customer service was offered when I questioned why the price difference between going in to Advance Auto Parts and what they charged. $173.99 was the price. I was billed $255.99... Good customers should not be missed treated and took advantage off. Plus on top of they charge labor and misc shop fees??... I was told I could have been charged more.

A GOOD FRIEND OF MINE NEARLY LOST HIS LIFE BECAUSE A BUNCH OF TEXTBOOK MECHANICS THAT WORKED ON HIS BRAKES MADE IT WORSE THAN IT ALREADY WAS AND CAUSED THEM TO FAIL. SHAME ON YOU

The guy i talked to was very rude! He interrupted me a few times and just in general seemed like he didnt care about my issues and didnt want to be working.

My daughter is in college at JSU and began having a problem with her car..I called their service center they had her bring it in to be checked and kept me updated on the problem they found via phone..I live 145 miles from my daughters college.. and they had it diagnosed for repair in just a few minutes. The ignition coil had malfunctioned it is very simple to replace and the part was under warranty at Advance Auto Parts and instead of trying to sell her their parts they referred her back to the parts store to have it exchanged and showed her which one it was and how to change it saving us $$$$. Glad to know there is still honest people in this world.
