Glen (the owner) is really good to deal with, polite, professional, knowledgeable, as are all the guys working under him. Ive dealt with them every time Ive had tire or alignment issues. They have 2 locations. Jacksonville they do most jobs, and Mount Sterling, IL at the FS where they mostly do tractors and big trucks.

Horrible. Took my car in for an oil change, alignment, brake change and rotors. My brakes are noisy as heck. Had to take my car back because the day I left it was making an awful noise like my oil pan was loose. They said it wasn’t and couldn’t explain the noise. Didn’t make the noise before they touched my vehicle. Poor customer service as far as getting back to people. Do not recommend. They’ll take all your money and leave your car worse than before.

I went in to York tire in a bit of a panic, I had to get my daughter home to Chicago and then had to turn around and go back to Kansas City, MO, the same day. My tire would not hold air, so I knew I would be taking a huge risk driving on it (blow out at 75mph, not good). I had gone to another tire store and they were not able to plug it and then they didnt have my size tire. They were more than willing to order me one....for the next day and that just wasnt going to work. What was awesome, was they sent me down the road to York . They were so helpfu, understanding and kind. I came in needing a new tire, they didnt have my size but, knew who to call. and they were still very kind and did all they could to help....thank you, York. I did get home okay but, thank you for your help! You have a great group!

Absolutely hands down the fastest tire change I have ever had, and some of the nicest guys out there! Great value for the price and the customer service was spot on...will definitely be returning for all of my tire needs in the future!

Great service. Went in to get a blown tire fixed with no appointment and they patched it up quickly and only charged $15. Highly recommended.

Just got my tires aligned on my 2018 honda civic and the abs, vsa, tpms lights came on and would not acknowledge that it happened or something might of happened

Excellent folks - didnt over charge. Seem like honest people.....I had a blow out and they could have easily ripped me for a new tire but didnt just replaced the broken sensor and checked the rest.

They like to say vehicles needs components replaced that dont to pad thier pockets. I would avoid at all cost. At least go get a second opinion.

I was stuck in Jacksonville due to a tire blow out and the vehicle not having a spare tire from the factory. York helped me tremendously with getting my vehicle together so I could get home almost 250 miles away

Got breaks done within 2 hours while other shops in town were booked out almost a week ahead. Prices are in alignment with other local service shops as well.
