I had a great experience at discount tire! Monday night I had ran over a big pile of glass on the highway that I couldn’t see until we got too close to move out of the way, and by Tuesday morning I had a flat tire. I had my spare put on and took my flat tire to discount tire and they tried to repair it but no luck. It was the end of the day so they told me to come in first thing and they could put a brand new tire on. It was affordable and a very quick turnaround since they were extremely short staffed, and the staff that was there were very kind and professional. I will definitely be back!

Five stars arent enough to rate this Discount Tire location! You rock! My mom and I were visiting my son in Jax Beach, and she had a slowly deflating tire. I located the nail in between the treads. We went to this location and Donny assisted us. Since we didnt have an appointment, he added us to the list. He gave us an approximate time to return. We had to wait several hours, but it was worth it! Our tire was fixed for free! All of their customer service representatives were courteous, friendly, and patient despite all this location being EXTREMELY busy! Kudos to your business! I called ahead with a flat tire and was advised to bring my car in (around 3:30) and was told up front that it would probably be around 7:30 before my car would be finished. Like many businesses, we are all struggling with being short staffed. The staff at Discount Tire was incredibly friendly and honest with me. My car was ready by 7:15. I will definitely be returning! Great staff and service!

Beach Blvd Discount Tire in Jacksonville FL were almost closed on a Friday night but had no issues helping me get tire patched from this screw. 3 other tire locations of numerous brands “were too busy” .I was visiting from out of town. EVERYONE was just amazing & helpful . Very much appreciated the kindness !

Usually I never leave reviews, but I had a wonderful experience here! I had a bolt in my (almost brand new) tire and needed it patched up. Conner was very friendly and I was in and out very fast on a busy Saturday! They patched it up for free, but I know I’ll definitely be back with my husbands car soon to look at getting new tires! Highly recommend!

Called and spoke with Eric about doing a chrome cleaning repair. Came and met Luke who was very helpful and knowledge. He took care of my concern in quick fashion. Customer service at its best! We had a nail or screw pierce our tire and had a slow leak and we have used Discount Tire for many years because of their road hazard coverage and we saw their garage doors open so we swung by to see if they could patch it. Unfortunately, they were closed for the day and were still wrapping up two other vehicles. Fortunately, the guys were all awesome and fixed us up with two new tires in record time. Excellent experience. Car had slow leak in 1 tire for past several months. After getting tired of inflating it every week I called Discount Tire to see if they would look at it. (I had bought tires there 2 years ago but did not know about their fix flats free thing and never read the paperwork of course). They found a nail in the tire and fixed it free of charge with no questions asked and in short order. Would highly recommend Carlos and crew. Super polite and helpful.

I have been looking into getting new tires. A family member recommended I go to Discount Tire. I have not actually gone to get those services done since my appointment is set for the near future, but I was really inclined to go ahead and write a review. I would like to add that I am not the type of person to leave reviews at places since I never want to take the time to do so.I am no expert when it comes to anything car related. This is my first time scheduling an appointment to get new tires. I was really intimidated since theres so many different tires and sizes. I set an appointment online and the process was very easy. Once I set the appointment, I decided to contact Discount Tire to make sure that I did everything correctly on my end.When I called, I was somewhat intimidated by the thought that someone rude would pick up the phone. That was not the case here since Eric picked up the phone. Eric is the reason that I am leaving this review. Eric was extremely helpful! He provided amazing customer service and gave me all the information I needed!! He attentively listened to everything I had to say and did not make me feel like I was being a nuisance. I have had terrible experiences with other car places over the phone. Eric genuinely cared!

Worst customer service ever! Sadly I wrote a great review about this place recently because I personally get my tires here. But when I called from the dealership I work at to get a quote so I could match it, MANAGER Eric hung up in my face and stated he will not help me sell tires??? While I understand this to some degree, it would take a few seconds to send me tire info. And I would do the same for anyone calling. I will take my personal business elsewhere! Just plain rude. Been going there 21 years over all good service. lately at Beach location they keep changing manager service has dropped big time had an appointment for set of tires said 45 minutes took 2.15 hours they took tools out of compartment and did not put back. well all this I was ok with tires looked ok at 1st day then turn brown soon after went there today asked to please clean this chocolate look off they said we dont clean tires come on 1300$ set you put on the road looking brown. 👎

This is where Ive gone for years to get tires and rotations on all my vehicles. Was in yesterday, I witnessed the employees politely and respectfully take care of an afternoon rush of around a dozen customers who walked in at the same time with confidence and ease. Very Proud of them!

I called the store and made an appointment for March 4th. They understood on the phone that I had a lift a truck with 37 inch tires they even asked me the rim size. I come in and they tell me that my tires are stretched and they cannot service my truck. I have 1350 on 22 x 14th. My tires exceed past my rims on the inside and the outside. I wasted my entire day waiting for this appointment took the entire day off of work for absolutely no reason

This is a great spot for any of your tire needs! I own a 2019 ZL1 1LE and Im always adamant about bringing my car to any place to get work done, regardless of what it is. However, the staff here is very professional and provides top notch customer service. They rebuilt all 4 of my TPMS sensors on my car due to air leaking from the stems. Will most definitely bring my car here again in the future and recommend this place to anyone!

Theres a reason this place gets such great reviews. They absolutely deserve them! Weve been using them for the almost 10 yrs weve lived in Jax, and now even though I now live in another part of town with other tire stores nearby, I always make the effort to go here on Beach Blvd. I bought 4 tires about a year ago and for the last couple of weeks (despite putting air in) my sensor kept indicating low pressure, so I thought I had a slow leak. Yesterday I called to see if it was necessary to make an appt to come in. The employee on the phone was outstandingly courteous and seemed concerned to hear about my problem. He told me no appt was necessary and how to drive in and follow the signs for a free pressure check and we would go from there. Before I could get there, a storm came up, so by the time I arrived it was raining steadily. The employee who came out to check my tires acted like he didnt mind having to stand in the rain one bit, he was just as nice as he could be. All of my tires checked out OK and youd think he would have dismissed me so he could get out of the rain, but instead he took the time to reset my sensor which, as it turned out, was malfunctioning. This wasnt the same man who took my phone call but he was equally friendly and caring, and lets not forget this was all free of charge. They will always get my familys business. I highly recommend them!

In and out in about an hour and everyone was very nice.

The ONE good thing is they kept the appointment time and were fast on the installation. Where it began to fall apart is when 5 of their techs tried to convince me that my car leak what looked like a 1/2 of transmission fluid on the lift. IM A MECHANIC. and I just had the car on a lift on Monday looking for leaks and the undercarriage was bone dry even showed them photos I took while I had it up on the lift. and again they insisted that my car leaked this fluid. After I pointed out that the spot that I parked my car in prior to the work was bone dry and their was no way any vehicle will suddenly began leaking 1/2 quart of any fluid within 20ft.ONLY after I pointed out that the spot next to the one I was parked in had a similar puddle and a trail leading to the same bay my car was in did they realize it was the vehicle they serviced before mines.This shows a lack of attention to detail to not see this HUGE puddle in front of lift prior to pulling in a vehicle or after pulling out another.Also, I had to hang up on a client for a 12 minute argument on fluids I KNEW didnt come from my car.THEY FAILED IN CUSTOMERSERVICE and I will never bring any of my cars back to them for anything

This is one place I can’t say enough about which is mouthful because it’s a tire place. There customer service is second to none. They always go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience and you get the best deal. When you are spending a $1000.00 for tires you want someone you can trust and although this a large chain that spans from Florida to Oregon and all points in between they make you feel important. You will always leave feeling happy:).

I have been to numerous tire stores in Jacksonville over the last 15 years and Discount Tire on Beach Blvd is by far the best in town. This is my second set of tires purchased from this location and it wont be my last. The waiting area and shop is extremely clean and the service staff is outstanding. I have a BMW M3 and wanted to maximize the tire size for more grip and went into the store for some advice on the best size tire to run. I was helped by Carlos Romero who was incredibly knowledgeable and got me set up with (4) Michelin Pilot Sport 4s to replace my old Michelin Super Sports. I was able to run a 285 rear tire which will greatly help with grip. Carlos even called another location that had just done a similar install on another F80 BMW M3 to confirm fitment. Pricing was very competitive and I have never had an issue with poor installation or the damaging of the rims at this location. Great store and even better staff. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the great customer service I received from Shad and Brett. I went to Pep Boys to get a tire patched. Well my tires were bad and a patch wasnt an option. New tires at a price of over $700. My mouth hit the floor. Being a single parent is rough. I came home and made a list of 12 tire places. All of them besides Tire Plus and Discount Tires were asking to much. Thankfully I gave Discount Tires a second call because when you purchase tires from them. You get a lot thats included. Well I had told them that I was more than likely going to go to tires plus because the were about $50 cheaper and I had already felt bad that I had to use my sons birthday money that I had put up for him. They said to me please dont let that be a reason for us not to get your business. We will price match. I was so greatful. So BIG SHOUT OUT TO SHAD AND BRETT! Thanks guys you truly made my bad day better. I will definitely be back when my other car tires need replaced as well.

The staff is on point here. After three visits over a year and a half span I have been impressed each time. The service has always been quick and efficient here in my experience, too. Dont forget to ask for price matching if you find a better deal and these guys will get you back on the road with confidence in no time.

In general, Discount Tire makes tire buying quick and easy. They offer good support and extra protection if you so desire. I did have to follow up on my order but it was shipped on time as stated. Scheduling was a breeze & convenient. I get the feeling that this location likes to stay busy. Rightfully so since actual tire handlers are younger. They are not short on help. Actually had a minimum of 4 guys working on my vehicle. They all pull as a team. My new tires were installed in about 30 minutes.

But I decided to try out Discount Tire on Beach Blvd and let me tell you, I’ve never felt more listened too and cared about than I did here. I came in originally for 2 tires but all 4 really desperately needed to be changed. Carlos was so helpful in finding me a price that fit my budget and allowed me to get all 4 tires done. He really worked with me to make sure I was within budget and left with a safe vehicle.
