I spoke with Matthew about needing brakes for my car. He was professional and honest. When I ran into some financial hardahips he was able to work with me and helped me still get the service I needed without me being left with nothing to support my family. This is an amazing business. My wife and I were skeptical at first but the professionalism and courtesy of the employees was amazing and quickly reassured us. This business out does some of the bigger mechanic shops I have dealt with simply on its work ethic to fix your problem. They worked late into the night for over three hours to fix my issue and notified me of new ones they had found and how I can fix them. Overall I will highly recommend their services to friends and family who have any car issues.

Matt and his team were wonderful. They were very professional and knowledgeable to our issue. Dominic came to the house and changed out a starter that had the bolt rounded off. Once he arrived onsite he was there a short period of time before the problem was solved and the new starter was installed. He remained onsite to ensure the car started and no issues were present. He did not leave until he ensured we were satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend this business to anyone that wants a fair price with top quality service. We will use Onsite Auto in the future for any similar issues.

Great service and great people. I needed a water pump put in my car and they were there right away to fix it for me and it only took them about an hour. I was quoted a cheaper price than a couple other places and didn’t even have to tow my car any where to have it fixed they came right to me. I called Matthew c. Over at onsite auto of Eastern North Carolina on Sunday night and he had two guys over the next day to have it fixed. Matt b. And Robert r. Where there to fix the car and were able to assist me in finding the best fluids for the radiator along with sharing some knowledge about what they had fixed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs there car fixed.

Matthew C, and Matt B were super helpful in every way. Needed my car diagnosed for an issue I was having and they showed up to my location within a few hours and got the work done just as quickly as they showed up. Super helpful guys, and would definitely recommend them to anyone else needing a mobile mechanic.

Went to dealership in town, got quoted $3500. Contacted these guys, and not only did they beat my dealership quote by half, they communicated with me on Thanksgiving weekend at the hours most regular people deal with car problems- after working hours. When i took my car in for a diagnostic with On Site Auto, Matt actually showed me everything he was doing, taught me how to check some of the stuff he was inspecting, and answered all my questions. They are nice guys, their prices are affordable, and they are super transparent about the work they do.Special shout out to Matt C. for also being from Ohio!!!

Matt was very helpful on the phone and Robert was very nice and professional while at our home making the repair. Great that they are 24 hours. I will seek their services again in the future.

Excellent experience. Highly recommend. Communication and coordination was great in working with them to get my axle seal leak fixed in a timely manner. We dropped off our car around 6pm and it was complete later that night. Both Matts were great to work with. Additionally their prices were lower than another estimate we received and they said we can even have a follow up check up performed later to be sure no further issues exist.

Just had these guys come out to fix my Ford focus. I had a bad radiator and they took the time to come and fix it, and helped a lady in distress. I needed front left caliper replaced (broken bleeder), Rear cylinder replaced (bleeder was rounded off), and brake line replaced because of a leak. I was seriously skeptical with THAT kind of work being done by someone I didn’t know (I mean they are BRAKES for goodness sake). By the time I finished talking to Matt and Jesse, getting estimates, and setting up an appointment I felt VERY at ease. Super nice guys. Tim came out got started right away, answered ALL of my questions and fixed my car!!! Paid WAY LESS than the other shops, and they came to MY house!!
