I had my appointment scheduled for 11:40 and I had arrived late, they did everything they could within their power to make sure I got my oil changed just so I didn’t have to come back another day and drive another hour. I wouldn’t even give 1 star if given the choice. We bought a new car from here in 2019. The converter was stolen in may 2021. We were told the part was on back order.every time we call to try to find out any information we were told they would call back. Never once have they called back. We still have not received a shipping date for this part. They couldn’t even give us a loaner car for more than 4 days. Never offered any kind of assistance or advice even though other dealerships were helping people in these situations. This has been the worst place to deal with.

I was looking for a vehicle that this dealership had in stock from out of state. However was not able to go through with the purchase due to to a few minor things that were not addressed - a compression test and a key for the wheel locks that were on the car. Im sure if it was a local purchase, it would not have been a deal breaker. However being well over 500+ miles away and paying shipping and price for the car, these minor things would be a challenge and required additional work and money on my behalf once I received the car.With that being said, Meghan; the sales professional assigned to me was stellar to work with. This is the worse place to buy a vehicle. They sold me a brand new Mitsubishi Mirage g4 with the side skirt hanging off and told me they would order the part and repair it instead of just getting me a new vehicle. Well it’s been almost a year and they still don’t have my part so I’m driving a brand new vehicle that I’m paying tons of money for with the side skirt hanging off. I will never do business with these crooks again.

Well let’s just say the dealership in Myrtle Beach needs help. I purchased a $60k truck and asked the salesman to FaceTime me as I live four hours away. He did and pointed out a couple small dings and besides that he said it was a great truck. So I loaded up my family and we drove into town late Thursday night and I asked for the truck to be ready for me Friday morning. I was at the dealership when they opened as planned, looked over the truck, gave my personal information, and bought the truck. I asked for the tires shake to be looked at, tire pressure was off, and the truck had a musky smell. The small dents were mentioned and said easy fix and the truck would be ready by the end of the day. I agreed to pick up the truck first thing in the morning. When we arrived the truck wasn’t ready and I was told it would be a couple hours they were waiting for the parts to be delivered. I saw no sense of urgency, the floor manager didn’t check on the truck until he saw I wasn’t happy, and it took me leaving and three additional hours for the truck to be ready. The finance manager was clueless. She told me I got a 24 month/24,000 mile warranty as long as I got the truck serviced there. I was happy to hear until I told her I bought a diesel and she quickly backed out of that agreement even after we both signed. Then she didn’t know how to transfer my current tag from my old truck so I had to buy a new tag. She also told me the truck had never been wrecked. I later found out the front end had damage, the tire shake was still there, and the salesman’s promise the tire pressure was corrected was also wrong. The spare tire was lose, driver seat was missing a trim piece, and the dents couldn’t be addressed because the dent guy only came every other Tuesday. Oh and they left the dealer tag in my truck and expected me to pay the fee and they would later reimburse me instead of sending me a self address envelope. I also tried calling the owner to share my concerns and he didn’t bother calling me back. Needless to say they need to learn professionalism, customer service, and customer satisfaction. First and last vehicle I’ll purchase with them. I gave them two stars only because my salesman tried his best.

Recently got my oil changed, seemless process for the most part there was a small issue where they charged me for my free oil change but they fixed that but then they charged me almost $40.00 for a tire rotation when they told me it was only going to be $20.00 then they forgot the sticker that told me when to come back but they got that fixed for me too. It was an okay experience just a lot of discrepancies...

The dealership charges a $6,995 ‘marketing adjustment’ due to supply and demand. This is ON TOP of the sticker price. No other dealership in the area does this and it is outrageous.

Will never, ever do business with this dealership again. They advertise that they have the best prices and are making deals - what a joke. The only deals they are making are ones to pad their own pockets. They have marked their new vehicles up anywhere from $2995-4995 with the excuse that its due to low inventory from Covid and all dealerships are doing the same. Just to be clear - other Mitsubishi dealers in the area are not marking their prices up, I checked. This dealership is not looking out for you, they are only looking out for themselves. Do yourself a favor and just go to D&E Mitsubishi in Wilimington - they are the real deal makers!

Vehicles are very fair priced, service is very friendly and pretty knowledgeable about the vehicles. They also put a ton of effort into finding you the right vehicle to fit in your budget.

First off I’m only rating them a 3 solely because of David Donahue, if it weren’t for him they would be getting much lower.! I went to the Bob Mills in Jacksonville, NC to sell my vehicle. David Donahue was the KBB Coordinator that helped me. He was awesome! Super friendly, professional, and helpful!The KBB expert was not in when I got there so Chris was the salesman that helped me. He looked at my vehicle, drove it, took notes (or so he said), and even gave me an offer. I contacted the KBB expert (Brandon) a few days later and of course when I did that Chris wasn’t in. I spoke with Brandon and basically everything Chris did was for nothing. They couldn’t find any of the notes that was said was left for him. Long story short.David was amazing. Chris wasted my time and Brandon was a bit rude… Thank you David for being so great!

Today I went over to Bob Mills Mitsubishi and I had an outstanding experience with their service department. Now Im one of those guys that hates to bring their vehicle to the dealership because Ive had terrible experiences at other places in the past and the prices are usually more expensive. However, I had to get something taken care of on my car specifically required the dealership in this case. Chris, their tech there just did the right thing by me and I can tell he actually cares about their cliental instead of most shops and service departments that just try and bang you over the head for money. I had a TPS that just wasnt programed right on my vehicle (which I didnt know until Chris determined this) another shop told me to get the actual part from Mitsubishi, get it programed by them and then bring it back so they can install it. (Basically I was told to go jump to hoops). Chris however said before you do all that let me take a look at the vehicle and he hooked up his computer system and fixed the problem right away with the a few punches of a button. Thank you Chris for your wonderful customer service and professionalism. I will be going back to Bob Mills Mitsubishi in the future for all future work needed and I definitely will be telling many others to go there as well.

My husband and I had a great experience with Bob Mills Mitsubishi! Our plug-in hybrid Outlander was having strange issues that caused it to stop working in the middle of the freeway (pretty scary), so we brought it into them and they worked hard to troubleshoot the issue- though the car took a long time (2 months) to be fixed, they were gracious and kind, provided us with a rental vehicle, cleaned our car for us upon pickup, and were friendly and helpful to work with despite our excessive phone calls requesting status updates. We would absolutely go to Bob Mills Mitsubishi again if we ever had future issues with the car, and appreciate their time, attention, and perseverance in trying to figure out what was wrong with our car.
