My apartment started flooding @around 9 pm while I was getting ready for work.The emergency maintenance never came and when I got off nobody has still came. They rig up stuff for it to look fixed for corporate or potential buyers. They dont come spay every month or change vent filters as they say they do in the lease agreement. This is the second property I have moved to ran by them to get the same results. I just wonder how they sleep so peaceful at night knowing they just takin people money and not fixing anything...its not right,its not right, its not right!!!😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭but want to come do an inspection when u are late with rent...make it make sense.The only reason they get the one start they did get is because they do work with u and give u a chance but its more like a chance to waste ur money.

Do not rent from here it took them almost a year to fix my dishwasher there is mold under the bathroom tiles and the landlord and the owners take over 30 days to fix anything that you report to them this place is a joke to live in if you have kids or are pregnant this is not the place to live. Instead of dealing with problems with your neighbors all they offer is to move you to a different apartment. Very very very poor management

We moved in in May of 2018 and was under a different manager who wasnt the best but once they hired a new manager, things got a whole lot worse. Our heater hasnt worked properly since it started getting cold. Our toilet backs up constantly since all plumbing is connected so if someone in the same building stops up their toilet it backs up everyone elses. Theyve changed the rules and regulations when they changed managers and never notified us.. Especially the weight limit on dogs, went from being 60 lbs to 20lbs.. Oh and let me tell you about parking, good luck on trying to find a spot close to your building let alone the door. I cant tell you how many times Ive had to park almost half a mile away from where I live. Noise isnt too bad but there are thin walls. Oh! Also not to mention how cheap they are with repairing things and how cheap everything in there is. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.

Terrible Apartments! The management doesn’t want to fix ANYTHING! But they constantly Nag you about the rent. They basically let anybody live here. I had crackheads living under me for months, and while I told Management they did nothing. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Do not live here! you turn in your money, they will claim they dont have it! They have their picks, and chooses out there! They lies about everything and will not fix anything .

I have been here a year and two months, I love my apartment and the management here!

Ragedy apartments!!! I have seen rats, mildew and raccoons are by the dumpster all the time. I am tempted to call the city about the mildew in the apartments!

Poor management they show favoritism out here they want they rent on time but half ass fixed stuff. DO NOT MOVE HERE PLEASE LET THIS BE YOUR LAST CHOICE.
