A Frontier attendant and her supervisor could not square away a significant dollar credit due a traveler. One hour later that traveler handed over his credit card to forego the hassle.

Horrible about best describes this airline. I can see why there is a class action lawsuit against them. Ive flown 3 times with them and all 3 times have been a nightmare from poor customer service to being overcharged. Will NEVER fly them again.

Cheap air fare with direct flights to Denver and other locations. Planes are kinda tight though.
