My technicians name was Toby, he was very nice and honest as well. Toby let me know what he needed to see and why. Since I already knew I needed wires replaced (the dog ate them) ( might have weed whacked them a few times 😬) he let me know the price per foot of replacing them and estimated about how many feet he would most likely need, it turns out the problem was actually a blown fuse which he fixed for me all in under an hour. I talked with him about a problem i had with my heater last season and he said he didnt see that it needed to be fixed but he told me what to do come this winter and if i need any repair I will definitely be calling Mr. Refrigeration.

These guys have never failed to come out the day that I called them, and have always been able to quickly get my unite running for a very fair price, this last time I made the huge mistake of calling the other big company in jville and I got screwed, they charged me a lot just to try to sell me a new overpriced unite, Mr. refrigerator came out and fixed it for 100$, also we talked about replacing my unit in the future and i could not believe the drastic difference in the price compared to the other companies. basically they are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and have fair prices for the quality of service that they offer.

After our house was hit by lightning our AC didn’t work. A serviceman came out the next morning and determined the problem. The unit had been put in 10 years ago by Mr Refrigeration and amazingly was still under warranty. This has always been the greatest heating and AC company in Calhoun County.Their knowledge and professionalism is beyond compare!!! So glad they are looking out for us and only a phone call away!!!

Heat Pump went out on a Friday night. Called Mr. Refrigeration early Saturday morning and Toby was at the house within an hour. Had a bad compressor card but he was able to get the emergency heat working, until the new card could be ordered and installed. That night, Saturday, the temp dropped down to 26 degrees. Sunday night was around 34 degrees. Monday the card was ordered and it arrived the next day. James came out and put the new card in, as soon as it arrived @ Mr. Refrigeration. Both gentlemen were very professional and very competent. Workmanship was excellent and the total price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Mr. Refrigeration for any HVAC work. I have used Mr. Refrigeration for many years and have always found their service to be excellent.

I got a new system but didnt clean out my drain that built into my foundation and 4 months after it was installed flooded my hallway and ruined my floor guy told me to let it dry out maybe it would fix it and went couldnt tell me why the drain wasnt cleaned when it was first installed

My wife is disabled and bedridden, and is made very uncomfortable by heat. I wanted to get an early appointment for the next day. The lady told me, All the crew have left, I think, but let me check. I think Steve may still be back there. She came back and said Steve was still there, and that he would run by to check the problem. He did, indeed, come by, diagnosed the problem, replaced the thermostat, and washed the coils of both my units - all this after hours!
