Avalon is great. I spoke to Roman who quoted me and I feel that I got a great deal. They installed all the duct work in new construction house and installed the Goodman AHU and heatpump. My building inspector said its some of the best work he has seen. I also called Roman today, two years later to get advice on a new system I am installing in Nevada and he was a true gentlemen trying to help me out over the phone. Thanks guys!

Its clear that you have some down right dangerous people driving your vehicles. I was taking an exit this morning onto St. Johns Bluff and had already gotten on the exit ramp when when one of your vehicles who had clearly already missed the exit decided to cross the lines and take the ramp anyways, I am fairly certain they didnt even look to see if anyone was there and I had to lock up my breaks to keep from being hit. That didnt make me near as mad as the fact that the child driving your vehicle with a phone in hand thought it was hilarious and then slowed down to about 25 miles per hour while very blatantly laughing and pointing. Very unprofessional, sadly these people reflect your company directly. On the plus side at least I know which AC company not to use in Jacksonville, and will gadly tell anyone willing to listen just that.

Avalon was referred by my neighbor. I received two other quotes that were several thousand more than what Avalon was offering. The quality was no different than there competitors. The technicians and the office staff were friendly and reliable among many compliments. We had an issue with the temperature staying elevated and had to call them back out. They were out the next day and fixed the issue. I would recommend Avalon to my friends and family.

I was referred to Avalon by a friend who uses them regularly at Apartment complexes his company manages. I had a 26 year old central unit that needed replaced. I had a 3 ton unit installed with new drain and refrigerant lines and also had the air handler relocated to my attic for less than my regular company quoted without the attic relocation. The tech who looked at the unit was polite and professional as was Ben the sales rep. The install crew showed up on time and were also very professional. They completed the install faster than I expected, cleaned up behind themselves. They reviewed the job with me before they started as well as when they had completed it. We were in the process of selling an older home (built in 1929) that had no previous HVAC installed. Avalon did an outstanding job installing new duct work and a new 16 seer, 2.5 ton unit. One of the workers here was just outside of my apartment and began to catcall me while i was at the pool, he was blowing kisses and began to pull out his phone and record me. This is probably the least professional company ive ever had to deal with in my whole entire life. Hire people who have a respect for women and wont go out of their ways to objectify them while on the job. I have a picture of this man and plan on sending it to your boss.

I saved thousands of dollars with Avalon heating and air for the same air unit that other companies were offering. The installers were knowledgeable and professional. They took the time that was needed to explain the air system and answer all of my questions. The sales manager was most impressive. I was about to purchase an new air duct system from Avalon. He looked at photos of my air ducts and convinced me that I didnt need to purchase the system. Most salesmen would have sold it to me anyway. They have an A+ rating with the better business bureau. When the city inspector came to check their work, he said that Avalon always installs according to city codes. I highly recommend this company.

In April, our outside unit wasnt working so I called Avalon. Excellent Customer Service and extremely knowledgeable and professional Technicians! Called their Office in the morning and received a same day appointment for 3-5p. Alex was on-time and was able to diagnose the issue immediately. He clearly explained what the issue was and had our system working again within minutes!Fast forward to today, our outside unit went out again, keeping in mind our HVAC is nearly 20 years old. Avalon was quick to send someone out to diagnose the issue. First they thought it was the safety switch malfunctioning on the outside unit. Fixed that issue, system was blowing cold air. After 30 minutes of running, the condenser shut off again. Called Avalon back and they had someone to my home within 30 minutes. Turns out, a bearing in the fan motor was going bad, so they replaced the fan motor. Their Customer Service and Technicians are top-notch. So 2 separate service calls, months apart and their service never waivered. Thanks for keeping me cool in these hot temps. Job well done!

This was a HORRIBLE place to do business I had to wait days for service just to have the problem half fixed and need a new service person out to my home and wait multiple days for service AGAIN!!! Then to be told by Anna (customer service woman) that they only have 1(one) tech working was mind blowing to top it all off she said her mananger NILTON would email me back about my concerns after the weekend. The best and most thorough HVAC outfit in the city. Priced well and will only charge when the job is done correctly.One of my rentals has two HVAC units which had both been acting up. When Avalon did their service call, they only worked on one unit because the other one stated working. A week later, the other one failed and they came and fixed the failed unit for free. I will only be using Avalon for all of my personal and business HVAC needs in the future.
