I bought a Rheem air conditioner from Eric at Atlantic Coast Heating and Cooling a few weeks ago. When choosing a contractor, I was concerned about the workmen in my home during the Covid 19 crisis. The gentlemen wore masks and performed the work professionally both inside and out.The new technology used in the unit is very impressive. It appears to remove more moisture in the air than older units, causing our home to be comfortable at higher temps. I’ve am very impressed.Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate using Atlantic Coast Heating and Cooling again. They are a trusted dealer.

I used this company to install a new AC in my home. Eric gave the most reasonable quote and was able to answer all of my questions. What really made me give this company a 5-star rating are the technicians Jack and Paul. They were not only friendly and cordial, but also reassuring during the install process. They worked the entire 5 hours they were there to install the new unit. They explained everything thoroughly and when a slight problem arose they worked as a team to get it solved. The icing on the cake was instead of being anxious to leave they waited with me while I installed the thermostat app on my phone and taught me about some of the features. Unfortunately, being a single woman other companies have taken advantage of my limited knowledge of AC repair and installation. Jack and Paul and Eric did nothing of the sort. I am happy I chose them and I look forward to working with the, again!

We had a Seer Bryant system made by Carrier installed less than 2 years ago. I called and spoke to Eric about the issues we are having. At the end of the day they came through and now my system is running well and blowing cold and we are comfortable and happy customers. Thanks

I highly recommend this company. On the same day we called, they came by to give us an estimate for a new (replacement) A/C system. We did get estimates from several other companies, but we liked Atlantic Coasts estimate the best. Not only was it the lowest cost, but the guys who we spoke to took time to really understand our needs, and did not try to sell us more than what we needed. They gave us some good advice on how to improve the efficiency of the system (by repositioning some return vents), and did not try to exaggerate the likely cost savings compared to our old system. We knew the installation would be difficult (air handler in the attic), but we liked the fact that they took accurate measurements, and hence were confident that the new unit would fit in the space available. When they came back to do the work, they did their job with very little mess, and had the new system up and running in a day and a half (as they said they would). Also their customer service is great. Whenever I called the office with a question, they were always quick to call back if they could not give me an immediate answer.

Work was good, but owner charged me for permit, and was not licensed with Marion County, and lied by saying he submitted it. County attested he did not.

Very friendly and professional to do business with, and got our new AC installed within a day of ordering, fitting us in four days ahead of schedule once they learned our old system was completely down. And the pricing was much more reasonable than other companies we contacted.

I spoke to Brandy (I hope I spelled her name right)... She was AMAZING! She knew exactly what was wring OVER THE PHONE yall! Then she talked me through a simple fix and didnt even charge me for it!!I will only work with Atlantic Heating and Cooling for all of my air conditioning needs (and we have 5 rental properties)... #LifetimeCustomer!

This company exceeded my expectations. They were concerned about our comfort and went out of their way to help us. Their company has Quality (great system with warranty), Service (friendly staff and two year labor warranty), and Value (other quotes for the same system were $400 (no warranty with independent install) to $3500 higher.Research showed me that the install is the most important thing. You can buy the best system and if it isnt installed correctly (nitrogen, pressure tests, line evacuation) your system will be doomed. Heat Pumps lasting 20+ years is a thing of the past, so go with a system with a good warranty and readily available parts/service. The service technicians & installers knew their stuff. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Get an estimate, you wont be sorry!

Eric came to repair my AC on a Sunday afternoon! He is an amazing technician, knowledgeable, polite, kind and friendly to my fur babies. He did an excellent job of making certain I understood the issue, how it was repaired and what to look for in the future. I would highly recommend Atlantic coast heating & cooling!

Finally, a good, honest, quality A/C company! We used Erics company to replace the two A/C units in our condos lobby and rec room. Quality work by an experienced crew led me to have them replace the unit in my own condo. The Goodman units Eric recommends are really good. Do your own reading and researching and youll reach the same conclusion. Erics pricing is very competitive and more than fair, especially considering that his crew drove two hours each way to install our 3T, 14 SEER unit. When a couple of unforeseeable challenges arose, the crew leader used sound logic and a good understanding of construction principles, HVAC, and physics to devise perfectly workable and sound solutions. I watched over his shoulder and was pleased to observe his decision-making process. We are extremely happy with our new system. Although the system we replaced was between 16 years old, it was still fully functioning and, I thought, put out a reasonable amount of cold air. How pleasantly surprised I was this morning to find humidity in our condo at only 44% with the temp set at 74. This indicates a really efficient system. What an improvement. I cannot recommend Atlantic Coast Heating and Cooling enough. You will be pleased all the way around.

After receiving several outrageous estimate to replace and install a new heat and air heat pump here and Waycross Georgia I found these guys on Facebook, him in his dad came up, very nice people looked everything over gave me a very reasonable estimate with the same warranty Ill let you know how the rest of it goes but so far so good,, Update Awesome Job there installer Dewayne got a late start cause he went and picked up a part that lat shipping but then drove up here to Waycross and stayed till 1 am to finish the job, stellar performance, would effeminately commend, they also beat the competitions price by like 2000.
