Amazing company, Friendly employees. We shopped around for repairs and found that they were competitively priced with the local companies, with exceptional service - which was what sold us! I would definitely recommend this company, they were honest about and gave us options for repairs, they didn’t just try to sell us a new unit. They offered a few finance options as well which I didn’t need at the time but it was nice to see that if I did I could afford a new unit on their low monthly payments! All of the repairs came with a great warranty/guarantee as well! I will call them again for my next unit and I have already recommended them to a people.

My A/C went out and a technician came out the same day. Found a bad TXV that wasn’t available locally and was 3-5 days out. A/C Comfort Systems was able to get it the next day and did the repair. They have worked on the AC unit in our previous home when the original company installed it failed to maintain it. They have been phenomenal. Most recently they installed a complete new system in our new home. Quoted $600.00 to spend 15 minutes replacing a capacitor and condensor (36.00 parts). Thats roughly $2,400 an HOUR! Thats akin to larceny. NO THANKS!

Two young men, Nelson and Josue came to my house on May 19, 2020. They were the nicest and most pleasant workers I have dealt with in a long time. They were hard working, tried their best to answer all questions, there was a slight communication problem due to the fact that they spoke Spanish, but that was only a slight problem. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs AC repair or replacement. The man who came out to check the air, on Monday, was equally as pleasant. He came back on Wednesday to complete the job and also did an excellent job. His name was Oneil. They cleaned up every bit of mess they made and that totally impressed me.

The owner was super nice on the phone. I called around 7pm on a Monday and I had a tech at my house within the hour. Keenan was knowledge and friendly. He got my system up and running shortly after he got there! Anything AC is expensive, but they made it easier!

Oliver does a great job! I rolled the dice on a repair or replace a few months back so I had to call again. They gave me a good price on a new condenser and installation. These guys will be my go to if needed in the future!

This is the second time we have had them out and their service and friendliness is second to none. I am a clean freak and they are always well-groomed and clean (most service industry people show up in dirty clothes and smelling of cigarettes). They are a small business and really deserve some support-they even manage to provide an apprenticeship program to train those new to the business. They have great rates and offer service plans that are less than some of the big name companies-but with better service. Same day service guarantees included in the platinum plan seal the deal for me!

My ac wasnt working properly and it was 81 degrees in my home. I called our regular AC company and they were unable to fit me in until the next day, I have a 2 month old and that was not an option. Carol was so sweet and was able to fit me in same day. Oliver, our technician, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the issue in one appointment and took his time to answer all of my questions, making sure I understood what he was doing. AC Comfort is for sure our new company for our all our AC needs. Can not recommend them enough!

They were my second service call and should have been my first. Both units were not cooling and Keenan took time to thoroughly check pressures, explained each step and share what should be happening with my systems. The first service guy (Waycoffs) came and added a capicator, but did not explain where and how units should be running. Did not check both units. Keenan double checked pressures and installation. Impressed with professionalism and will definitely be calling AC Comfort Systems again!

This company actually installed our AC system several years ago when our old, worn-out central unit failed in sweltering heat. Weve had them out twice since: first to replace our propane water heater...yes, they even did that!... and then yesterday to respond to a problem with our AC unit not cooling efficiently, again in very hot temperatures. It was 92 inside our home!We were the technicians (Seths) final stop on what must have been an exhausting and demanding day (98 degrees at 5pm), and he arrived with a smile and got right to work. He worked on the outside component in direct sunlight for almost two hours, replacing a faulty part and making sure our system was running perfectly.We originally found AC Comfort Systems on the Home Advisor website. We read a few reviews and felt like this was an extra-mile company. We cant say enough about the friendliness, professionalism and technical expertise of their team. Each of our three experiences with AC comfort Systems has begun with a bright and knowledgeable voice at their phone number... this time it was Carol, and it may have been every time we called. She was very responsive to our questions and went the extra mile to schedule us same-day in light of our very hot home interior.Each time we were scheduled for their services, the technician(s) called ahead to let us know they were headed our way, and each time we encountered something that is increasingly scarce these days: young men with manners, a great work ethic and pride of workmanship. Respect is a recurring theme... in particular, we wont forget the image of one of their guys crawling around on all fours, mopping up water drips off the floor after hauling out our old monster of a water heater. He kept checking from different angles to make sure he didnt miss anything. That might sound a little trivial, but it speaks to the value this company places on creating excellent experiences for their customers.Both sides benefit, because the satisfied customer will be a repeat customer...and likely will bring some new ones on board too! Its a relationship. We highly recommend AC Comfort Systems!

We had hired them twice in a 3 year time span to replace the a coil in our Amana system. It didnt seem suspect to have to replace the coil twice because Amana actually has multiple class actions suits against them for that part failing. We had a good experience the first time and thought highly enough of them to hire them a second time. Yet, within the past 6 months we ran into another issue with the unit. Again they claimed our freon was low and had to charge our system with 3 lbs...all along claiming there was no leak present this time. But if no leak is present they should not have to charge the system. We were then told it would take another 3 months to be able to tell if theres a leak in the system...likely enough time for the system to get low enough for them to have to charge us to fill it again. We will not be doing business with them again. They are either not experienced enough to find a long-term solution to our problem, or dishonest, or both.
