Poor billing/cancellation policies. Its surprising to walk into a gym to cancel your membership and get told to email your request to customer care. I received an email back from customer care a whopping 13 days later. In that time, another payment drafted for my membership that I believe should have been cancelled. I filed a credit card dispute for that payment before I heard back from customer care, and of course their email says youre responsible for payments 30 days after a cancellation notice. If they communicated anything whatsoever, I would have known that. And now for the credit card dispute, I get a notice of past due payment with threat of collections. Do yourself a favor and join a gym with better billing policies, because this is the worst Ive encountered. I was planning on a temporary break while their open hours are reduced, but now I wont be back.

I was totally enjoying the gym and the freedom to use all the nice working clean equipment, with the benefits of exercising my right to look good . I thought I used my best manners & behavior, being just as courteous as the other members I have shared time at this gym with. Now I may have broken the 6ft rule more than enough times, Im not anti nor Irate! . In my opinion... Maybe if I had a lady friend to have spoken for me when I complained about my scan key not working and having been allowed entrance by doorbell back to back, the defensive move of denying my membership by stating I have insufficient funds etc... . I was asked to rate this gym via email my 1st month in, Great gym! . I just felt I wasnt a member long enough to be rating it. After joining this gym I honestly thought that they stood firm on the right they advertise to justify. This incident was a big disappointment after feeling confident with a gym to finish loosing my flubber & build my body up! . Maybe 1 day we all will mature from situations like these.

Been a member for a few months now and I love it. Some of the best equipment, and extremely cheap membership costs.

Needs power racks ...and more weights at each station, especially 2.5 and lower weights for micro incrementing

This is a relatively small gym. There is no hype, the staff is friendly the equipment is in good condition and the facility is clean.There is the cardio section, strength machines: I believe there is Life Fitness and Hammer Strength machines, then a free weight area.Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the staff takes your temperature at the door to screen you for the COVID virus. They have installed some sort of air sanitizing device in all of the HVAC systems. What ever they installed not only sanitizes the air, it also deposits sanitizing particles on surfaces. Not sure how it works, but they had information sheets posted around the facility explaining they were installing it for the protection of everyone in the facility. It impressed me.The atmosphere is very chill, no one bothers you. Every now and then you see a father and teen son working out together or husband and wife. I really like the idea that there is no intimidation factor and a relatively small crowd.

Only been coming here for a few days now but it’s a decent gym! They really need some better barbell clamps but there are plenty of machines to go around. Helpful and friendly staff complete the experience.

Great, friendly atmosphere to work out. Never crowded enough that I felt like I could not get an adequate workout completed. Cheap membership fees!
