Good people. All though I didnt get my car worked on there.he did give me a better price than anywhere else and was able to have it fix by the next day. And it was no small job. I needed a lower arm control a strut and front axel. I have full confidence it woulda been done too.the only reason I didnt go was I had a friend do it. If the place would have been trash I would have no problem saying so

They have hidden charges.When they tow your car/truck to destination, theyll give you a new fees and charges entirely different from your agreement. If you contest the price,theyll threaten you as a customer that they wont bring down your car at the destination. I had a real terrible experience with them.People, A word is enough for the wise...

They said it would take 30 minutes to get to me. 30 minutes later, driver calls saying he has to put in gas so it will take 40 minutes. They are a bunch of liars

The way they explain pricing is confusing. I was quoted $59 service fee and $35 to $75 hook up fee and I believe the first ten miles free. I asked how to determine the hook up fee. I was told, it depends on how much the worker has to do, and if the location is safe, etc. The car was in a low volume parking lot, I had it at a angle to where the driver could just back right up to it. He lowered his ramp, got into my car and drove it onto the truck. Yep, charge me $75 for the hook up fee. Freaking crook. Then charged me $12 for milage to go 3.5 miles? They are crooks. Period.

Check tow rates or ask a family or friend if they know before calling here they will rip you off and will over pay or pay twice.. needed a tow truck because my traverse wouldn’t move for more than 5sec before dieying out had use two tow trucks companies before on a truck b4 I had and only paid 65 for Same distance and 85 for distance that was a lot longer and decided to call just a local tow truck because distance was literally 5.7miles and they tell you u will get first 10miles free.. there’s a fee of 59.99 just for calling them and $60 when they get there I had to pay another $30 just to back up truck since I parked it and make it easier for them to attached and another $30 for distance total $180 for distance of 5.7miles guy literally told me that another customer before me got mad too because they don’t explain that to you right before they come so had no choice to pay but BEWARE!!!

No one is ever happy to have to call a tow, especially not on my way to work. Single woman, leary, but I was so impressed with the service I received. The tow truck was there in 15 minutes. He immediately jumped out and began to help. Very professional. I was clearly frustrated, but the driver remained calm and reassuring and respectful. He was also pretty knowledgeable on the area, provided great insight. Best tow truck experience anyone could ask for on a busy work morning. I wish I remembered his name. Thank you very much. I would recommend their service to anyone.

In short a 15 mile tow trip will cost you $288. The driver charged all kind of fees. I should have read the reviews. It took them 35 minutes to get to me. Folks just get AAA membership. These tow places are just out right crooks.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!Called them at 9:51 p.m. The dispatcher said it would be 60 to 90 minutes. They would have to charge my card in case my car wasnt there or I canceled. That should have been my first clue this was not the company we should use but because of the emergency, I was not thinking clearly. At 11:00 we were told the driver would be here by 1:15. At 1:36 we were told the driver was dropping the vehicle off but they could not say where nor how much longer it would take. Because card has already been charged more than $200, I am still waiting. I repear my previous warning, DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY!!!

Horrible place !! Charge way to much. They wanted 1000 for a 25mile service

Had great prices and turn around time on general car repairs both small and large. Also works with JDM engine vendor next door. Labor and parts have warranty. Did not use towing.

Although the people were friendly I think it was way to much! I was just charged $195 just to get towed 3.5 miles away I was quoted a different price. Would give more stars but I wait almost an hr. I am now sitting at a closed shop until morning 🙄

These people are thieves thay will OVER CHARGE YOU, i called them and they asked for a 130 service fee and than chantged me another 160 just to take me 7 minutes to where i needed to go. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

Zero star for con artist. They charged $89 for service call...Then tow truck come out and charged $131 for a two miles towed. This this was not informed by operator. This place will rip you off and some. Do not use their service.

This company charged my card 59.00 then the tow says I need to pay 120.00 more to tow my car 7 miles... When I didnt agree with price ... They drive off... Customer service hung up on me !!! A total scam....

Said it would be 30-45 min, took 1.5 hours. Said 145$ to show up and 75$ to start, took 10 min to pull me out, charged me 490$. Stay away!! Beware!!! Complete con artist.
