I can not believe that Joshua H. cussed out my wife because she asked to be taken home. I thought AAA Texas has better vendors than this but this company will be the sole reason why I will not be renewing my membership this year!

Amazing and quick service. I had a flat on my van that I urgently needed fixed and they were able to send someone to fix it quickly and with excellence. The towman was a pleasure to work with and made the process really easy for me. I will definitely use them in the future.

HiI am a military retiree who works in Irving Texas. I am also a AAA member. I recently requested service because i needed gasoline for my car as always AAA responded but said i would have to reimburse the driver for the gasoline. I did not have the funds at that time also i was unaware of that requirement. I explained that to the rep on the phone she at first said that is the requirement and i said ok i cant afford it right now so i cant use the service at this time and ended the call. About 10 mns later i received a call from the same rep fron roadside&towing and she said she spoke e to her supervisor and he stated that they would pay for the service and that they had a driver who was closer. In about 15mns the driver showed up he was very courteous and friendly and provided the fuel that i needed. As a AAA member and military retiree Iwould like to personally thank all that were involved. Its great to know that there are services and people who truly appreciate those of us who put our lives on the line for this great country to render assistance when we truly need it. Thank you again so very much and i would greatly recommend your company to anyone who need roadside assistant from courteous and friendly people and great service.Thank you againMarshall L.
