Eric Towing & Road Service arrived faster than roadside assistance. George was friendly and quick. He helped tow my car off the side of the freeway and towed me off to the street where I was safe. He was very kind and respectful. Really made my troubles a bit less after blowing out my tire on the free way.

My car had a mechanical issue and I called AAA and they said it would be around 20 minutes but within 15 minutes Tim was there and worked hard to load my car up. Tim was AMAZING! Great guy! Definitely an awesome asset to the company!!! Hes just fantastic! Cant say enough about him!

Our tire popped on the freeway and we didnt know what to do because we didnt have the tools to change the tire. Luckily Eric Towing & Road Service truck was behind us and the driver changed our tire for us. All of this took less than 10 minutes. I was so grateful!

They told me they would be at our location at 7am to help us and never showed up and when I called them they told me they needed a card and some form of payment before they even showed up at all no one said anything about that when I called to schedule for them to come out, poor customer service and poor communication.
