You guys dragged my mothers car back to her moms house just cause she didnt want to get her car fixed by your company, and a gentleman had the audacity to say that he hopes my mothers car doesnt get fixed. very unprofessional.

This company was scheduled through my roadside assistance and never showed up to do the job and also did not answer any of my calls. I requested my service at 7pm. They told me they ETA was between 830 and 845pm. I didnt receive a call until after 10pm to confirm pickup location. Then a few minutes later I received a msg saying they arrived at the pickup location however 12am hits and it still says the same. Call my roadside assistant and they couldnt reach them either. Go back to my car at 1am and no one had even been there to attempt to tow my car. I have never been so disappointed in a service I received and I will definitely NEVER use their services again!

My truck was broke down on the side of 183 W right b4 the 360 exit. The area in which Sam had to maneuver his big tow truck to get to my truck was very narrow and cars were whizzing by so fast they were making my car shake. Sam made sure I was able to get back on the highway by stepping out into the lane and controlling the traffic. My car broke down which is never a good experience-and I called Royal Texas towing for help. They were very courteous and responded quickly. They also kept me up to date on how close the truck was. This was the best experience I’ve had with a tow truck company to date,Thanks mike for your help .

The guy arrived in the truck. I had inform the driver that the handle was broken on the side he was trying to reach and that the handles will not unlock the door. The driver then went to the other other side and broke the passenger side door handle When he got the door unlocked by hitting the unlock button. Without deflating the air bag. He pulled the door handle and it shifted the door. Now the front panel is preventing the passenger door from opening and is bent from the attempts of opening the door. After this happened he the had his boss who was not there call and say we have pictures it’s not our fault. And call your own insurance. It’s sad that this company is connected with AT&T

They never showed up and the driver had their phone off and voicemail box full. Had to wait for them for an hour and then gave up and had to use another tow company after that.

Dispatch said they were 6 minutes away from delivering my car to my house 31/2 hours ago! Now they can’t tell me we’re my vehicle is or get in touch with the driver. What the heck!

I called this company at 6:12 pm to have my vehicle towed. I was given a 45 minute ETA. By 7:55 pm I was still waiting in 45 degree weather with a child. I called and my call did not get answered. At 8:14 pm, I receive a text asking if I want to go home and they will call me when they are close. Simply unprofessional and ridiculous! I initially called them due to the reviews, but unfortunately I didn’t receive the experience everyone else is talking about. Honesty and communication would have sufficed.

Dispatcher Victor gave me an ETA that was about 2 hours off the actual ETA. I called when they were an hour late, and Victor said 25 more minutes. I called 45 minutes later, and he said another 25 minutes. He also threatened to cancel if I called back. He was extremely rude. Driver Sam called and was actually nice and professional. Gave me the real ETA, but by then I’d had enough of Victor’s attitude and took my business elsewhere.

Waited for 77 minutes, driver was reassigned and was told to wait 20 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes they then cancelled. I would recommend you use someone else.

Called roadside service through att they recommended this company. The tow company said they would arrive in 30 mins. Called to check where is the tow truck after an hour. Was told they would arrive in 1 1/2 hours. I had to called another tow truck they arrive in 30 mins. Cancel royal texas tow truck service. Then they charge my card for a service they didnt provide. Lied to att saying they charging a fee because we wasnt there. They claim no one was there when they supposedly arrive 3 to 4 hours later if they showed up. Its not over Im going to report to every site I can stealing from individual when your not providing service. Smh

Had to get my car towed. I called my insurance company they dispatched Royal Texas, LLC. They stated they should be at my locationaround 2pm. 3:30, they were still not where I was to get my car. So I finally called them. Guy on phone was very short and rude when I asked them where they are as they are over an hour and half late. He stated the driver would call me in 30 min. I stated that was fine. 45 min pass still no call. So my insurance finally just called someone else..
