I would not recommend using this service at all. Especially the tow truck with number T72-08G. He intended to charge me over $200 for less than 1 mile of towing service. the quoted price is $59.95 + anywhere from $35-$75. However, he will charge you $59.95 + $75, even for the basic towing service. So its a lie that when they say, the price ranges from $35-$75. On top of this, he would charge a whimsical price for labor, which is not quoted in the initial call. The guy is a cheat. Avoid the service.

Tire blew out on me on Loop12 North on Labor Day weekend(sunday). After calling 4 other towing companies with no response, Elite Towing responded. They were super quick, Mr.Hall was super nice, one of the quickest loads Ive seen, hooked up my car no problem. They certainly arent the cheapest option in town, but are absolutely one of the best.

Had my corvette towed it was treated like a baby. Fast respond time like 20 min. Good service.

Crooks! Told me first they wouldnt charge me to get my personal belongings out, then the next day they told me I had to pay $75...

Eli was really great with his service. He helped us change out our flat tire to our spare and filled the spare with air. Him and his girlfriend were very friendly and made us feel a lot better about the situation.

SHADY AS HELL! If I could give negative callestars,I I would.. I called Elite to get a price for a tow and was quoted $49, as long as I didnt go over 5 miles. I only needed to be towed a mile up the road so I said ok. I was then asked for my credit card info which I assumed was to pay for the tow truck. The tow truck showed up and towed my car to the location THEN informed me that not only did I owe the dispatch company $59, I also owed him an additional $75. I felt like I had been scammed but what could I do? He still had my car up on his truck. Shame on you for taking advantage of people.

The guy answering told me they didn’t tow and I had the incorrect #. I called again because their name clearly Includes the word “towing”. I then asked for clarification and he said I need an impound. Once again I said “I need my vehicle towed from my house to the dealership, why would I need in impound for that?” He said “ok well whatever”. Very bad service.

I called them about getting my vehicle unlocked since I locked my keys in it. They quoted me a price of around $60. When the guy showed up to do the work suddenly, just because of the car, it was now $170. I told them when I called what the make, model, and year of the car. They could have told me then it would be so much. The guy even held my keys hostage until I paid him. I went with them because of the price they gave me. Not a good way to do business.

The driver was extremely helpful and waaaay faster than I expected 10/10 thanks again.

Today I got my car towed from Irving to Desoto and they were amazing and very affordable. Great experience from the guy who answered singing on the phone to the end. I will always use this company thank you guys so much!

Was quoted one price $59.00 then they tell you they give you 10 Courtesy miles, then $3 a mile over that! Well all that changes once they have already took your money the price skyrocket for labor charges that make no since and tell you if you don’t pay the number they pull out there A** they’ll call the police on you! Classy bunch of folks here take your money elsewhere!!!

My family and I were on our way out of town. Thirty minutes in to our six hour drive, my fiances car engine light came on along with his battery light. We decided to go to the closest auto zone. The associate told us we needed a new battery. As he got done putting it in for us he noticed that our belt snapped off and that the water pipe busted. To not cause anymore damage, we needed to get it into a shop right away. I called this towing service and the lady who took my call was very polite and professional. It took about 30-40 minutes for the driver to come. Needless to say, we never went out of town.Yehudah (driver) was very professional and friendly. I like that he made small talk to pass the 30 minute drive to where we needed to drop the car off. I would definitely recommend calling this towing service if your are stuck and in need of help. If my car broke down again (hoping it never will) I would definitely be doing business with them again.

Been towed several times. This is hands down my best experience. I called AAA for a possible tow and at first my eta was two hours, then it went down to 40 minutes which was great. 10 minutes later i get a call from my driver who said he was 10 minutes away. He beat me to my car and waited for me. My driver actually jump started my car, followed me to autozone and gave me a ride back to my car because my sons car is what broke down.

Worst ever! Do not use them unless you want to be totally mislead and pay close to $300 for a 12 mile trip. They mislead (lied to) my husband and quoted a $60 flat fee +4 dollars for every mile over 10 and when he arrived the total was $289. I repeat do not use them you someone else. Had to give them one star to at least leave this review but they don’t deserve any stars.

The service was very overpriced. I didn’t know what I was paying for, the employee wasn’t very clear with each payment I made, and I do not recommend this company at all. Over the phone I was given one reasonable price and in person, the price was unnecessarily expensive for someone who only picked my car up, told me what was wrong with my car which he did not fix and brought it to my house.

This is the absolute worst company I have dealt with. In any business. I called, told the person exactly where I was and where my truck was going. It was an easy tow. Nothing strange. Easy pick up, easy drop. The guy on the phone told me $90. They charged me $213. I called and was called a liar. The manager hung up on me. THIS is criminal.

I really dont appreciate being charged 265.00. I was told it would be 85.00 plus mileage which would be between 60- 80. Then the driver called me after he delivered the car to shop and said it would be 265.00 because the keys were not there and they had to use a special lift. I mean WTH I told Chris when i called the keys were not in it, he didnt mention an extra fee. I could have meet them with the keys. This is no way to run a business. So I will not use this company again nor will i recommend it.

Absolutely horrible experience. I was in a car crash where my oil pan ruptured and had to pull into a parking lot to avoid traffic. I searched for nearby towing companies and found Elite Towing. I called and was told I had to give my credit card information before anyone would come to get my car. My car was leaking oil in the parking lot and I was very worried the store would call their own tow truck so I agreed to the $50 charge if I decided to leave before the tow truck came. The dispatcher, who told me her name was Angel, said I would receive a call within 10 - 15 minutes. OVER AN HOUR LATER someone showed up, after I had called several times to verify someone was actually coming. I would never recommend this company to anyone, they will leave you stranded with your problems for all they care. The woman on the phone wasnt even apologetic, if anything standoffish. In the end, I paid about $130 to be towed 5 miles

SCAM! Run AWAY! They don’t deserve that one star. It’s Google that put it there! Customer service is HORRIBLE. TOOK OUR MONEY $134 AND DID NOT SHOW UP TO TOW OUR CAR!!!! GET A LAWYER IF YOU DON’T HAVE ONE. Dealing with these R head you might need to!

This place is a scam. I was told it would be $60.00 plus a $3.00 per mile fee. The destination from my residence to the location i wanted the vehicle to be towed was 6 miles, i assumed it would be around $80.00. The tow truck guy wasn’t from “Elite towing”, it had “Carrollton Towing”, when i asked about it he said “oh they’re just dispatchers”, in the end i had to pay $160.00 or they wouldn’t give me my vehicle.

Guys, This is really cheating when I called you you said its going to be 59$ + 3$ per miles and service Tax for one mile tow finally the driver asked me to pay 217$. The Chirs who answered my call should be penalized him and remove from the work to avoiud further cheating on customers, he didnt give complete information and was asking special equipment charges for tow etc. I spoke to couple other towing company they said its 75$ altogether and I ended paying with 150$ after 2 hours of argument and asked additional waiting charges When I asked to talk to owner of the establishment and he is not available and this guy was really rude. Please please avoid these guys to pay hefty charges later after tow, I just only looked at 4 points stars and called them but these guys are really cheating. The previous 2 folks also had the same experience avoid this guys. After negotiation they came down to 150$ and also the driver doesnt have time sense these guys said they will send the driver in few minutes and he took more than 1 hours and 30 minutes to arrive. I am talking to my attorney to take this to next level. Good luck guys.

Thank you Guys!!Sunday morning while heading west on I-635 my car finally broke down ( I’ve been trying to avoid taking it to the shop for quite some time ), I was lucky enough to pull off to the service road and after calling at least 4 different towing company I finally got a hold of Elite towing… The lady over the phone was super professional and really helped me out.. She promised the driver would arrive after 30 minutes and 35 minutes later a nice young driver arrive the scene… the guy was quick and very professional, I could easily tell he likes what he does and he gave me a very good and welcoming feeling while driving with him in his truck…. The price was as I was quoted over the phone, I guess they are not the cheapest company out there but there respond time and the professional service they provide definitely make it worth a while….. Highly recommended!!!
