On Monday morning my Jeep wouldnt start so Josh came to save the day. He was very professional and courteous and didnt take long to arrive at my house. He checked to see if he could jump it before towing and it didnt. Then off to the shop we went. Two thumbs up for Josh!!

Maverick Towing was great! Their technician Josh arrived within an hour where he jumped our company vehicle and towed it to a nearby dealership for me which was a huge help. Josh communicated when he was 15 minutes away and when he arrived which was much appreciated. Would recommend!

JOSH was called out to tow my grandparents vehicle. He was patient and even took the time to see if he could get it started for them. He gave them advice on the next time their situation happens as well. He even kept me in the loop since they’re older! He’s awesome!!!

Josh came over to tow my vehicle which wouldn’t start and wouldn’t respond to a jump start. He was able to get the vehicle started without the need for a tow, saving us a lot of money. He also recommended what we needed to do to correct the vehicle’s problem.

Waited for a tow truck given an hour window... truck didnt show so after 30 extra minutes, called the company and was told they were running late. 15-20 minutes later received a call saying the driver reported his truck broke down... how was that so difficult to communicate after Ive been waiting for over an hour and a half?!? Trash. The whole time, the person responsible for answering calls to the company number is DRIVING!!!I would not recommend these folks to anyone!!!

The tow truck operator, Mark, showed up exactly when he said he would--which is a rarity in my experience (on a Saturday evening no less). He was a friendly and respectful. Extremely fast and professional. Saving this number as my first choice in towing in Dallas. Probably the nicest tow truck Ive seen.Had a flat on Sunday night! Everywhere was closed. Called Maverick and he came in under 10 minutes, and knew exactly where to go at such an odd hour for a quick tire replacement.Apparently Mavericks is owned by two brothers and has been in the mechanic industry for over 17 years. Sometimes you get lucky with a random google search, this was one of those times.

These people are great! I got a flat last week and was stuck in downtown Dallas. Called Maverick towing at 3 am and they came out in less than 30 minutes. And he even gave me a ride home. His truck was very clean, not like most tow trucks. Great service for a great price!!

Left us on the side of the road for hours, when we called to ask for additional information on how long it would take they cancelled and never came.
