I live in Florida but needed to get an automobile transported from Irving to Rowlett. I was nervous about being in Florida arranging to move a car that my Marine grandson had just purchased long distance from California. I had requested quotes from several towing companies, but Nathan was the only one who called me back. The service had lots of good reviews so I decided to take a chance. After I spoke with him, I felt much better but still nervous. Bottom line...The price was fair and he arrived on time. In addition, he took pictures before the car was loaded and after he delivered it to show that it had not been damaged in any way. He was in constant contact with me during the move, so I knew what was happening each step of the way. I was so pleased with this service, that I have hired him again to move another vehicle next week. In my experience, this company is a service you can trust. I stumbled upon Irving Towing Service after reading the reviews of another towing company, which were negative. I decided to give Nathan a call and now I see why he has so many positive reviews. He really does provide great service: was easy to talk with on the phone, kept me in the loop regarding his arrival time, and even sent pics of my vehicle once he delivered it to my mechanic. A+ in my book!

I’m not from the Dallas area and I got stuck in the worst spot in the middle of the night on a Friday. After calling multiple places and being hung up on by other places Nathan was thankfully able to get to me and help me out! He was super sweet and patient with me and helped me out super quickly. This was my first time having to have my car towed and it went really well once I found this shop. Super highly recommend them to anyone who might need a tow (or anything else) in the area!
