They were just great! My car wouldnt start once I got it paid for to get out so they bought it out to parking lot gave me booster cables to start my car they were absolutely great! I love them.

Impounded my car after I fixed a flat tire... left to retrieve key and car was gone...IRVING IS AN UNJUST CITY. RACIAL PROFILING, Wrongfully inciting wouldnt recommend city...I DETEIR ANYONE WHO THINK TO CALL THIS PLACE HOME.. ITS HELL IN DFW FORREAL

The Most difficult tow yard ever. Make sure ur willing to jump through every little thought that may come into there head to have you do. Then turn around and lie about what they told you to a coworker.

They have new laws and have signed a new contract where you have to have insurance on a vehicle and the title has to be under your name no exceptions! It doesnt matter if your wife or if youre a husband. If your name is not registered under the VIN and you dont have paperwork showing a bill of sale or some type of document showing that the vehicle is yours and that you bought it but its not under your name you might as well call your car a total loss! You cannot take out belongings out of your car just because its not registered under your name or if your husband or wife. They are very strict now so as easy as said dont drink and drive and get your car towed dont get in trouble with the law and get your car towed. Do not get in trouble with the law at all and have insurance on your car and make sure your registration is with your name on your vehicle.

Lady at desk is very rude to towtruck drivers.....no matter how pleasant you greet when entering office. You selected this job and should be more polite. Youd not have that job position if it wasnt for the cars being impounded. Maybe just miserable and you want to make everyone else miserable. STOP ACTING LIKE WE ARE BOTHERING YOU, God bless

Gave my friend a ride to get things out of his truck after being hit by a hit and run driver. The lady working inside when we checked in was incredibly rude. She was short with her answers and very snappy. However the guy who took him back on the golf cart was very helpful and much more friendly.

Audra was very professional and helpful. She got me in and out less than 10 minutes. The man, Thomas who took me back to the car was really nice and helped me get my belongings. Overall a very friendly place with great staff.

Had to go to auto pound to retrieve personal belongings from my uncles truck after he had been in an accident. The staff up there was incredibly professional, helpful, courteous, and sympathetic. Audra, the lady behind the window, was thorough, informative and pleasant to wwork with . And even offered me some trash bags for my uncles belongings. Thomas, the guy who drove me to the truck, was very personable and extremely helpful especially when the truck door was falling off as I opened it. He also helped me load up all the items I had to get. I consider these two staff members a great face for the City of Irving. Keep up the great work.

Employee, heavy set wearing red shirt, not being mean just don’t know her name, was using her personal cell phone when I came in and mumbled something to me through glass and didn’t even get up to tell me and remove glass partition until I asked why I had to sign in. Then while removing items from the car she called the guy staring at me while I worked after 3 or 4 min that we had to go back up to the front but never told me I had only 10 min and it had only been 3 or 4 min anyway. It was all just so bad and I was so upset I decided to let the car stay after I got my money and things of my sons out of the vehicle. Just total rude and disrespectful employees but since Irving police, I expect nothing less. Trashy but the guy who took me to my car was nicer to me and friendly.

They seem to change the rules as they go along ...they should be less concerned with their policy and more helpful. For his sakes. .its the Police impound, nobodys gonna mess with you

Rated low because who honestly likes an impound company? Car was impounded less than 24 hours, cost $190 to spring free. Still have writing stuck on my windshield from them.

Actually pretty quick & easy to deal with. Its never fun getting your car out of the pound but was pretty easy overall.

My car got towed here after an accident! They are open 24 hrs. a day 7 days a week. The people here are very professional and helpful. Clean.

Terrible customer service. As if it weren’t bad enough your veichle is there in the first place from being totaled you have to deal with poor attitude customer service. Called to ask someone about the cost of getting it out and her response was what do you need ? Then when she gave me the information I needed she just hung up. No bye or have a nice day... just rude

Staff could be friendlier. Theres an older lady up front who is really reaaallly rude and treats everyone disrespectfully and always has an attitude. They dont care about what they do or if they get to you or not. The guys in charge of getting your car are the only reason this place can get one star, theyre nice and do their job.

My car has been under investigation for 4 months already. Nobody wants to give me an update.😡 Everytime I call they tell me the same thing in a rude manner.

This place doesnt take care of you car. Tow truck driver is greasy and dirty when he gets into your car. He also stinks!!!
