I was lock out of my pickup truck. My key fob stop working. One of your drive pull in to the parking lot, help another driver with a jump. Within 10 mins of trying to see how am Im going to get in my truck. Your driver was very friendly. Waved spoke when he saw me. Not know I needed help. I walked to his truck and asked if he could help me with getting back into my truck. He was very friendly. Stated no problem. And within 3min had my door open. Didnt ask for money. But I did tip him. That was a god sent. I didnt get his name. But thank you very much. Im not from Texas dont have family or friends really. Because I drive over the road. That was a timely blessing. Thanks again

Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Posted to Facebook that I needed a place to call i Irving for vehicle lockout, as I was locked out of my car at a Family Dollar. Before I got off of being on hold with Ford roadside assistance, Mr. Scott had me in my car and on my way. A true lifesaver.Also, unlike many companies that pop up when you search for a business in Irving, this is a true Irving based and Irving owned company.

Today I was a sitting ducking, my car die in the middle of the road close to 183 Highway and Story RD. nobody help me. They even honk their horn at me and say move out the way. I was hurt and sad and began to loose my faith in humanity until this beautiful soul and my guardian angel, the driver of the SEA TOWING and said Let get you out the road where is safe. He try to jump my car and it keep dying so he towing my car and took me home two blocks down from my house and he did not charge me because it was only two blocks down but he could easily charge me if he wanted to for his service and the ride home two blocks down from my house but he didnt after he drop me off and drove away. I was in tears because there are some good people out there and he make me have faith again in people and thank you again sir and god bless you and your family.Tim

Such a chill guy! I called the company because I needed my car towed and they arrived so early. Less than 30 mins. And dude even gave me a ride home. If you’re in Irving and ever need to get your car towed, this is the company you should call. They respond fast and arrive fast.

Sea towing was right on time. The driver Andre called me when he arrived and got me to my destination quick and safe.

Car broke down right at a highway intersection in Irving. We were stressed out and all we wanted was to get off the road. Called a couple other tow places within a few blocks and they told us give us an hour, hour and a half. Called SEA and a person actually picked up and said yeah, Ill be right over. Was there in 15 minutes and gave us the same rate to tow it all the way back to Denton that the other tow places wanted just to move it 200 feet! Gave good advice about what could be wrong and what our options were. You need a tow, this is your guy.

Car broke down on the side of the road and Andre was very generous with his time and support. Towed my vehicle to where I could get my battery changed and voluntarily gave his assistance in changing it out. Very professional business! I was able to get to work and finish out my day strong. My car broke down and I called for roadside assistance the responding personnel couldnt assist me so that left me to have my car towed to the mechanic. On New Years Eve night, I found myself in a bit of a jam. I was 30 miles from home and my Jeep had just bit the dust. I’m telling you, I’ve never seen a vehicle so dead in my life. Doors wouldn’t lock, ignition wouldn’t release my keys, engine smoking, etc... Filed a claim through my insurance and started the hour long waiting game for a tow truck. But thankfully, through a google search we found Andre with S E A Towing. He was only 10 minutes away when we called and wasn’t entirely sure IF he could tow me because if it was in 4 wheel drive, I would need a flat bed. But he came out to survey the damage and offered to try to move it. If it rolled, we’d be good to tow....AND IT DID! I immediately cancelled the other tow company and we headed home. He and his son were so incredibly kind and compassionate. Couldn’t have asked for a better ending to the horrible night. Thanks guys!!

My truck broke down and I called my insurance and they advised me that my tow would be there in 45 minutes. These guys where there in 20 minutes. They were professional, nice and took great care of my truck and me. I pray God continues to bless your company. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Called him one day because I needed help taking my vehicle to mechanic shop. When he got there, he made suggestions on what problem could be and even gave me a jump when he didnt have to.
