AVR is the real deal in customer service and excellent van rentals. The 15 passenger van was in perfect condition and ran like a dream. And James and Taylor (and their boss, Bo) made the pick up and drop off experience FAST, smooth and SO EASY!! Smiles, laughter and professionalism!! I definitely will be back fir my next van rental!! We had the BEST vacation because of AVR. We got to Dallas and out car started acting up. Looking for a 7 passenger car at the last minute turned into a huge deal. I found Airport Van Rental online and gave them a call. They had no problem renting to me and the price was better than the Nissan Pathfinder we were considering. We drove to Florida and back and the gas mileage was awesome. The van was clean, comfortable, and a super smooth ride. Check in was super easy and I found out that they had recently come under new management after I asked about the bad reviews I had seen. We were checked in and heading out in less than 20 minutes!! checking the van back in was just as easy and my deposit was refunded within two days of return!! I would definitely use AVR and highly recommend them to family!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!
I would not rent from this company again!Their site indicated unlimited miles so I thought it was a good deal to rent from them. After 9 days of rental and returned the car early, I found out that they only allow 3,000 miles. All the extra miles added up to $749 on top of the prepaid cost of $1854!This is a rip off and I would not recommend for anyone to use them.I learn my lesson with AVR and I will not ever rent from them again.
Rent only if no other option: Every bit of the experience was frustrating and disappointing. Long wait time to get the van, they started washing if after all the paperwork.Van was dirty had food in it cup holders. Very Old and high mileage van with no features, after hours return is a pain you have to drop at park and fly and they change you a fortune for it. Stay away from this place as much as you can

Please note that this review is for the Atlanta Location. The vehicle they used to pick us up from the airport in Atlanta is the vehicle they gave to us as a rental. We were not happy. The headlight on the passenger side was out. This was very upsetting because Im from another state and was leaving a party at 2AM with my friends when we noticed it. I only noticed it when I was in traffic and saw the reflection on the vehicle in front of me. In todays environment, I dont want to risk being pulled over for any reason whatsoever. I called AVR and they told me I had to find an Autozone and have the bulb installed. AutoZone did not install the bulb because the headlight assembly had to be removed. They do not unscrew anything but the bulb so it was my responsibility to find tools to replace the bulb. AVR deducted the amount of the bulb from the final bill and $12 for the installation. This van was a 2017 but looked more like a 2011 inside and out. The tire pressure light was on the entire time. They told me that there is nothing wrong with the tired so just ignore the light. This vehicle should be removed from the fleet. This is also not the vehicle pictured on their site so we were shocked when we found out we would be driving around town in it. This was a very disappointing rental experience. If you have to book a large vehicle, you may want to look for other options.

This is the worst place to rent a van, I will make sure to never use again. If you are reading this please go else were. We were given a transit van with out brakes, could not find a location anywhere on my way to vacation route that would fix under there specifications. Once I arrive to my destination it took all day to have some approve repair and then I had to find a Uber to get me back to my room. I was out of a vehicle for 2 days. I have tried reaching out to management, but not no one is ever available nor do they return calls. Please be ware of this company, they only want your money and they don’t care about the vehicle they rent you or your safety.
Pick up was a little confusing, and no marking on pick up vehicalnfor easy identification. Rental office located about 8 minutes from airport. Just a lot with vehicle. Everyome was super nice, efficient, vehicles clean.
If I could rate zero stars I would. The rental was decent but it had knicks and scratches all around it which were notated at the time of the rental. Upon the return of the vehicle, everything including gas was checked and I received my receipt with no verbal or written claim of any damage. The next day I received a voicemail claiming damage to the van. I returned the call to see what was going on but the person who made the call was conveniently out of the office and no one could find paperwork on the van. A couple of days later, I receive a voicemail from the claims department of the rental place. When I call them back they claim there were scratches on the roof of the vehicle. My passengers and I never touched the roof of the vehicle and we werent given a ladder to climb up and inspect the roof of the vehicle at the time of rental. Theyre trying to clearly rob us for scratches that couldv. been caused by hail or whatever. This is ridiculous and I will never rent from them again.

They charged me $99 to vacuum the van after I returned it. That is why they have low rates because of all the bogus extras they charge you for. LAX location.
Never rent from them. My reservation was for Friday at 2. I call them Friday at 1, after someone called me Wednesday to confirm my reservation, only for them to tell me that the dont have the van and never did. Then both the local location and the national corporation could do or say anything except apologize. DO NOT USE OR RENT FROM AVR AT ALL!!!

This was a last resort rental because other companies didn’t have vehicles available.Customer service was okay. However the vehicle itself, over 90,000 miles, steering wheel was sticky. You could tell the hotspots inside the car weren’t cleaned thoroughly. They pick you use DFW Car Rental location, then drive off sight to their location. When it was time for me to go back to the airport they did drop you off at your terminal but then they add a $10 transport fee! Dents, scratches, scruff marks all over the rental. Just beware, double check your receipt, and use someone else if possible.

We received a call on Friday afternoon before an early Sunday morning pick-up that our 12 passenger van rental would not be fulfilled. It was an hour before all rental agencies closed on a spring break weekend. What exactly are you supposed to do on a sold out weekend when you have a family trip planned?? I have never had this experience with any other rental car company. Other companies either replace with like size or better when there’s any issue. The person that called said I’m not sure what to tell you...call Priceline. I’m still having a hard time believing this happened. Not a great way to start your spring break when you’re the organizer of a nice family trip.

Run, do not walk, to ANY other rental place. Very disappointed after my rental experience. The van I chose looked new (or so I thought) on the Internet booking... but when I arrived, the van was a 2017 model. The van wasn’t clean 100% & it had a weird odor to it. When I’m spending $50+ a day for a rental, I would like to have a new model (doesn’t sound like too much to ask). On top of learning that this van was older... once I got on the road for my trip... THREE warning lights come on the dash...”service traction control system”, “service ABS system”, and “service stabiliTrak system”. Since I was already on the road, and the location was closed, there was nothing I could do. Oh, there was also a taillight that wasn’t working properly... which made me concerned about law enforcement the entire trip. This was not the “five star experience” that the company touts... and I will not rent from them again

Horrible experience with this location. Once my children and I landed at the airport, I called the location. They dont answer the phone. I called SERVAL TIMES. I waiting at the airport for 2 hours. No one came to pick me up from the airport, had to pay for an Uber. Key to the vehicle didnt function right, had to find an Oreillys to buy a battery for the key, Key still didnt work right. Tempt to call the location more than once and again they didnt answer. Reported to higher management, NEVER received a call back.This was a BAD start to our Family Vacation!!Never again will I use this Location
The worst experience ever. Called me Friday evening to cancel pick up on the following Sunday morning to cancel a 15 passenger van. I have 11 people with no way to go on a planned trip. I booked over a month ago and have called several times just to confirm my reservations. This is so unbelievably and disappointing! I see this has happened to others; this place must be a scam. So unfair to customers that are set and ready to go with no way in the end. And they dont care! No call back from manager as of today.
Renting from this place was a terrible experience. I booked a 12 passenger van well ahead of my trip to Dallas through Hotwire. My flight was delayed and I couldnt arrive at the rental location during their regular business hours. Realizing this, I called in and informed the worker. I was told that I could pick up the van the next day and that it would be ready by 9 AM. I booked an Uber and arrived at the rental location slightly before 9 AM to find that there were no vehicles in the lot. I was then told that they do not have a vehicle for me. This came as a shock since I had already pre-paid for the vehicle. When I brought this up the workers response was, things happen. A worker then arrived in a mini van. The front desk worker offered this van, which seated 7. I had 8 ppl that I was traveling with, hence the 12 passenger reservation. Stranded at this location with no other transportation, I took the mini van and proceeded to cram 8 people into a 7 passenger mini van. This all because they failed to honor my reservation. I strongly suggest renting elsewhere. This company did not have a vehicle that I already paid for and the employees were extremely rude to follow it up.

This place is horrible don’t rent from them! We had planned a road trip and we paid online and we had the confirmation email and everything. I went to go pick up the van on Saturday and the guy there was so rude he did not give good customer service. He wouldn’t give me the managers phone number and he said I don’t have a reservation. Seriously? This is ridiculous. Never going to do business with them or recommend them to anyone.
If you are looking for a VERY reasonable passenger van rental, I recommend this place. Just be aware that dfw locals do have a mileage limit, not unlimited miles. It is 375 miles per day with a cap of 3000 miles as of February 2021. Even if we wwebsite. On the mileage, it would still be cheaper then Avis or Budget(the cheapest I could find) Also your insurance wont work on a vehicle with more then 7 passenger capabilities in most cases, same with credit cards that cover rentals. Do your research before hand. We did purchase the insurance and glad we did because we had to drive thru Snowmaggedan 2021. The guys there were super friendly and very accommodating. Great customer service. The lot is not at the airport, which is fine with me. We saved well over $200 by renting here . Also the people with all those bad reviews on here, are no longer employed there. The reviews on here no longer reflects the service you receive. I would definitely rent here again. And make sure to book direct on their website.
Get ready to lawyer up for small claims court!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AVR does NOT indicate they are closed after their regular business hours when reserving through 3rd parties like Expedia. Logistically, I had to drop off the car and leave it parked in front of their gate yesterday and had to stop by today to drop off the key. I read other reviews where another person threw the key over the gate but that didnt sit well with me so i hung onto it. Today, I stopped by to drop off the key only to find the van sitting in the same spot - outside of their gate. Approached my parked rental, opened the door and started the car - no start. I popped the hood open and saw the battery was gone. Walked into the office and asked the ONLY office employee if another employee or mechanic out back swapped batteries and was told NO. We both went outside and checked the car - no broken glass, no broken door handles no keyhole damages. He proceeded to tell me that hell have to charge me for the battery since a thief stole the battery from the rental. I tried to escalate the issue but the manager was not available on-site nor would she be available for another 7 days. Was told the manager would reach out to me or else I can call corporate. When asked if I could obtain the managers contact number or email so I could reach out directly, sorry, I cant give that to you. When asked if he could sign a hand-written statement on the rental closure document stating the car has no visible break-ins BUT only the missing battery (for my sake of record), he would not provide his signature and date/time. How do i know if another thief will take the wheels off the immobilized rental where theyll file liabilities against me? While I was there trying to dispute my case, another previous customer walked in and also had a dispute with the business. Goes to show you this place is very unprofessional and unethical. Rental was NOT cleaned before I took receipt of the vehicle, gas was full but the crumbs and chocolate stains remained from previous renter. Front tires were from mfg XYZ with 20%, maybe, of tread left and the rears were mfg ABC with 60% tread left. 60k miles on the vehicle, everything worked fine but there were parts during my trip I prayed the front tires did not blow out on me. I am all for small-businesses but NEVER will I rent from this horrendous place of business. One person show running the business up front and a supposed on-site manager who may just be a figment of imagination as she was supposed to be there today but wasnt and would not be avail for another week -> imaginary manager.
Was booked as unlimited miles. Never was informed that they didnt do unlimited miles, by their website or when picking van up. Then at return, they charged me .25/cents per additional mile over their ‘limit’ that’s not stated anywhere. Even though my booking clearly says ‘unlimited mileage’. Will def not be going back.
This place is extremely reasonable in price. The staff is professional and helpful! We have a large family and the van was perfect for us. Will be renting from them again in the future 🙌🏼 Definitely recommend!
This rental experience was terrible. First, the Orbitz confirmation email had a number to call for pickup from the airport. The number was disconnected so we had to Uber. There were 5 of us so we had to leave 3 people at the airport and go back for them. The rental location was in a somewhat remote and sketchy area. The service was very slow. The van was horrible. I asked for a regular van but we ended up with a 15 passenger van and they said that was all they had. It was in deplorable condition and the price for 25 hr rental was ridiculous.The crowning blow was the directions they gave us to leave the van on Saturday after lunch (because they now close at noon) were wrong. The lot we were supposed to leave it In at the airport was closed. We spent almost an hour trying to find the correct lot.Horrible experience. And we could have rented a car and driver for the cost.

Customer service was trash and they keep telling me they would have a manager follow up with me and it has already been close to a month. If only there was a lower rating! The vans are decent. However make sure to check the tires before you leave, barely made it 5 miles before the light came on. Dont expect any sense of urgency either. Be prepared to wait! And never choose to be allowed to bring it back without gas, they never record that you chose that option. You will either leave and get gas, if you still have time before your drop off time, or they charge you $5 per gallon.They may be cheaper to rent from, but the hassles you deal with will make it not worth it at all unless you just have endless time to spend dealing with them. Also, make sure when the visual inspection is done, no matter how busy/how much they try to rush you through it, pay attention and get every detail! They most certainly take their time inspecting everything when you get back, so dont let them rush when you pick it up.
Rent at your own risk. Companies like these rely on 1% success to maintain their business, knowing that you cant get your money back and may never come back too.1. The location is not presentable at all. It is a very run down compound not far from the airport. It doesnt look like a business facility.2. People who work here are fairly old and grumpy. So dont ask questions, or request an explanation, or expect courtesy especially if you stood in line for one hour. Customer service is just poor.3. BE AWARE THAT THERE ARE HIDDEN CHARGES; such as being informed of an additional mileage fee *(when in fact the agreement in your email clearly says unlimited). You will probably get an explanation for why it is not unlimited but good luck if you attempt to argue with them on that.4. They will hold a certain amount on your credit card until the vehicle is returned. So be careful if you dont have a lot available on your card and they already hold $200 in addition to your rental fee.In the end, you will pay more money than if you rented from Avis, Enterprise or Dollar. This is a 1% success business. Nobody in their right mind goes back there.

(We has reserved a 15 passenger van through Budget and they called us on our way to pick it up and said they didn’t have it) I found this company online and thankfully they had one. We went in and he was extremely accommodating and kind. He was slammed working by himself and running around trying to do it all but it did not effect his customer service or the time we had to wait to be helped. It has been a terrible week and he was the one bright spot in our week. Thank you so so so much!
The shuttle service was excellent and the return process was fair.However, I rented a mini van online and was given a 15 passenger van when I arrived! I rented from Ace Car Rental on line but arrived to find out it was actually Airport Van Rental.I was told its just like the airlines in that they oversell (I am a flight attendant). I explained that with airlines they offer vouchers as well as hotel / food vouchers when they cant accommodate you. They also partner with other airlines to meet your needs.I was also told this happens all the time in the rental car industry. I rent a car at least twice a month and I have never been given no other choice than a vehicle that I do not feel safe driving nor takes as much gas as the van they gave me.Note: An employee walked in and mentioned an available mini van and the agent turned and hushed him.
I received quick pickup at the airports car rental station, and fast return to the same place after I returned the vehicle. The agent was freindly and efficient to get me going with my rental, and same when I returned it. The whole experience was great.

They said since I booked the day before they couldnt give me a Van eventhough, I had a confirmation number to rent a minivan. We got confirmation in writing from AVR that we would get unlimited miles. When we arrived Pamela said she did not care what we were told she would not honor it. She was very rude, the van smelled like pee and had a huge dent in the side of the door that made the door not close properly so it squeaked the entire trip. I would never use this company again.
This was the craziest place I’ve ever rented a van. Besides it being off the beaten path. Unlike most rentals where you accept the insurance or decline it. They made us call our Insurance to so the front desk can ask what our Insurance covers. The van definitely wasn’t the cleanest ride but I will probably never rent from here again.

Van was almost brand new. The van itself was great. The rental facility is very outdated and the process is longer then a typical car rental. Also, was surprised to learn it was NOT unlimited mileage. Booked through Hotwire. Just make sure you read the fine print if you need to put some mileage on the van.
This place is a scam. Never rent from them. The customer service is horrible, full of attitude. The old lady at the front desk (I think Lena) is rude as hell. I had a reservation through a third party which clearly states the rental is for unlimited mileage. When I went to pick up my rental, Lena told me that since I am a local DFW resident, the unlimited mileage doesnt apply. What a baloney?? I tried to show her my reservation confirmation page, she would not even bother. She keeps on repeating the same local resident bull. She even told me, the destination we were going to is out of their service area, so if something happens to the vehicle, then we are on our own. I did not want to take any chances of a breakdown with my kids traveling with us. I simply refused to check out their van. She refused to refund me my money. I have filed a dispute with my credit card. I will fight till the end. These people are here for your money. They do not care about a repeat business. Once you make a reservation, then youre stuck with their deceptive terms. Please do yourselves a favor and avoid this scam of a company at any cost.
I reserved online two days before and went to pick up but no van available. So carelessness of employees and they said, could take full day or one hour to find van, no one does business on guess or on assumption. Because of their recklessness, our plan got cancelled. I would give 0 star if that option was here.
Good experience here. At first we booked through price line but saw bad reviews on Google. We actually called to cancel but were won over by really good customer service including giving us a small rate reduction off what we booked the car at on price line. The one downside is taking a shuttle to the rental center at DFW and then another shuttle to the office - additionally we noticed a little left over trash in the van. We decided to wipe it down ourselves. But the price was great for a minivan, it was new and in great condition. For comparison the quote we got from Budget for 5 days was 500 and we payed 202 for 4 days at AVR. The staff were really friendly and helpful as well. We have a newborn and they cooled the car for him while we were at the desk. Margie was especially nice.

The rental was reserved and the deposit was paid. When we got there to pick up the van all of a sudden we were told that the price would be DOUBLE what was quoted supposedly d/t insurance cost. I call BS! This was never mentioned prior to getting there to pick up the vehicle then we were stuck! All of this should have been disclosed prior.
Its a worst place to get rental. We order from Expedia online and we pay all the payments then went to get the van they want pay again and no unlimited miles. The guy said unlimited miles for out living people only not the close live people 😡. I brought everything including unlimited miles. So i cancel it and walk away i lost my 2 hours.
Vehicle are dirty and no drop off on sat. Your have to park the car and throw the keys over the gate. Dirt lot.Never again.no transportion back to the airport

Do not recommend. Margie does not offer friendly customer service as noted on the website. Van was nasty inside and damaged all over the outside. Then margie accused me of damaging the vehicle. This location is not at the airport. 45 minutes to pick us up, then an hour wait to return.

If there was a lower rating I would give it to them, poorly managed company. They are not located at the airport. The company requires you to take the rental bus from DFW to the DFW Rental car center, and then they will come pick you up from 6 miles away. After following their instructions, I called them from the rental car center only to find out that they were out of vans which I previously reserved. Their answer to me was, “Just book a van with a different company.” Meanwhile my two daughters (1 and 2 years old) and wife where at the airport waiting. Got a van from Avis for double the price because of same day booking. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You will be disappointed.
I rented a van for 4 days. First when we went to pick it up, Lena was not the most friendly, even my children noticed she had a bit of an attitude. She did a walk around check of the van. As I was driving to my house I noticed several chips in the windshield, and immediately called to make sure it was noted those were already there along with some dents in the side of the van. They were not. Then as we were packing we noticed the van was not clean at all. While on our vacation the windshield got quite dirty, when I went to spray and clean it there was no washer fluid (which was pretty scary driving at night not being able to see well with my children in the vehicle) we had to pour a bottle of water on it while running the wipers to be able to see. When we got to a station to check and fill the fluid, we notice the coolant was extremely low. After we filled both the coolant and washer fluid, we tried to use the washer fluid yet again. Unfortunately we discovered the hose that connect from the reservoir to the sprayers had been disassembled in two places. We assembled everything and completed our trip. Upon our return I contacted AVR and spoke with Margie explained to her all that had happened, although she was very apologetic she said that she would have to leave a note for her manager that would be in the next day (which was on a wed.) I sent her an email with pictures of the house, the coolant reservoir, how clean we left the van (because I didnt want to be charged the cleaning fee when they obviously dont clean or do maintenance checks on the vehicles before theyre rented). After a week of trying to contact Pam the manager (of which I never got to speak with) Margie said that Pam will only reimburse for the coolant and windshield washer fluid.

Although your booking might say unlimited mileage but its not. A classic bait and switch service. Be careful!
Really just garbage. I rented a Van from here for a trip to Florida with my Family. To begin the attendant was rude, short and signed off a bunch of check marks then sent us on our way. We were a little late and asked her if we could call in any issues or if we found anything. So fast forward to being on the road ..... suddenly a Truck flys past me and since it had recently rained just splashes and covers the windshield with dirt, water, etc. I quickly go to spray and wipe .... turns out theres no wiper fluid, and to add to it the wipers were not in working conditions. Thankfully (with a huge scare and almost going off the road with my entire family ) ... we made it to the side only to open the hood and find out that it was also low on coolant, ALMOST to the point where there is NONE at all.We fast forward to the next gas station (Im in Louisiana by now ... started in DFW) I get out of the car check oil, coolant, and come to find out that when I add wiper fluid it just pours it out and will not function what so ever. We took tons of pictures and videos showing hos this thing spit it all out. A effed up hose.The rest of the trip we had bottle water handy and some wipes in case of an emergency we could not turn back then.Then once we got home the project was CLEAN THE VAN! I LOVE cleaning and returning stuff better than I received it. With that said we never truly utilized all the sub compartments of the Van, until we were cleaning it 3 hours before returning to find that areas under the fold chairs, and where the spare tire is located was covered in vomit. Disgusting. We took pictures and videos again.We returned after close, so no one was present (I had to fly out to Chicago the next day and couldnt return myself). We called in tot he office, and not only reported but explained and sent in all the collected evidence.They first gave us the run-around about the manager being out of town and no one else available, when we figured out what was going on we began to call and check with them after which the manger said there was nothing they could do, and dindt even bother to apologize. I think its unfair that anyone has to put up with this companys Bull**. Please do your life and kids life a solid and choose a different rental company. For me, never again.
This place is a scam. We prepaid through a 3rd party rental then they say they dont honor what you paid for. That is a lie cause you are contracted with these 3rd party people. 3 people walked out angry when we got there. They just want more money and I will fight this until they realize the customers are not dumb.
Very very rude ladies working there. Also your initial quote never match specially with unlimited miles. Be careful it is a big lie that they will give you unlimited miles. I end up paying lot of money because of this. Its a SCAM. You can match my words with many comments. I also did mistake not checking their reviews.
Y’all, if you need a van rental around the DFW area, DO NOT use AVR Van Rental! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼My husband already left them a bad review but just Incase you guys didn’t get it the first time.. Don’t waste your time and money with this company!These unprofessional jerks gave our RESERVED van away to someone else literally minutes after we called them to tell them we were on our way to get it. Because of their inability to correctly manage their company we were left, essentially stranded, with two extremely over tired babies 😥 Then they had the audacity to tell us.. ‘Just book a van with a different company’ 😡 As if flying from Germany with a 2 year old and 1 year old wasn’t stressful enough, now we had no means of getting anywhere. Our poor daughters were miserably tired and all they could say is book with another company 😤 Once we were able to find another vehicle we ended up having to pay more than DOUBLE the amount we were initially going to pay in such short notice and AVR did nothing to compensate us for our wasted time and their carelessness. Don’t waste your time or your money friends! Heed our warning ⚠️ and take your business elsewhere.
Wow what a frustrating process. Getting rental cars is frustrating anyway but this took the cake. I didn’t realize when I booked this place is NOT part of the airport, and by the time we got to the place and finally got a van it had been 2 hours since we landed. Upon return we finally called an UBER because it was taking so long we were afraid we’d miss our flight. The people are nice enough but so slow it was ridiculous.
Horrible service! They gave me an ugly old van that spelled like fish, nothing like the picture. The unlimited miles was a lie. The van had dents all over. I called to get a new van and was on the phone for 1 hour without getting anyone to help me and when I finally got in touch with them they had closed and could not exchange the van. The front tires were worn out and since I could not exchange my husband had to get tires rotated on our expense to the back to leave on time to our trip.

This is the worst rental company ever!!!!! We were sent an email and a picture of the two vans they were suppose to be transit vans when we got there they gave us old beat up dirty basic vans. Two miles down the road the change oil light came on and there were underwear stuck in the vent in the back. The other van had been wrecked and the roof of the van sounded like it was going to come off....needless to say we go back to the place and we were told that we had to pay an extra $25 a day to get “better vans”, that was a joke! The manager Lena was no help at all, need to be trained in customer service! After 2hours of waiting and talking to customer service we got two transit vans that had been wrecked all around this was the first sign for disaster! We took pictures and videos of the damage and had one of the employees document it, because they had marked it as ok! These vans were not in good condition at all....as we started to travel down the road we noticed that one of them needed an alignment badly and had bald tires so bad that the wire was showing from the tire. We couldn’t leave with the tires being bald in fear of our safety! We called the “24hour” roadside service several times and the answering service said, “No one was available at this time”. Like really??? thank God we had men that were capable of changing them this took us an hour out of the way.....I’m sure they won’t compensate for these delays in our short trip since they didn’t even want to upgrade for the two previous vans that were also in poor condition! Half the people at this location that was renting were unhappy...there was one lady whose tags were expired! One guy was complaining about a rate he was quoted. Please try to find another rental company before dealing with this company! They DO NOT service the vehicle at all and the customer service is very poor! Waited an hour to get in touch with corporate office.
Terrible place. I agree with other reviewers, pay a few more bucks and get a rental somewhere else. Rude and arrogant staff members. I rented from them few weeks ago but wanted to take the time to come back and write a review so other know what to expect when they get there. I can go on and on about my bad experiences there while renting the van and during the return process, but I rather go do something else.
Beware of these fraud peoples, total cheaters. I did the booking from ACE rent a car for the 3 days with an estimated amount of $750, they printed out the contract with different verbiage, different from the booking confirmation like (Miles allowed Unlimited vs 750, drop time next day 11 am vs late fees), totally bluff. when I tried to explain them the differences in booking and contract, the old lady was not ready to listen a single word and I ended up paying $1269 to them. Never ever recommend anyone to these cheaters.
All my four times renting had been amazing the service at the Dallas airport location had been great the lady there is awesome
...WARNING... If you are a local DFW resident they will not give you unlimited mileage regardless of what your reservation says.. I ask why and there was no explanation given.My advice rent from a major car company...
We rented 12 seater van here. Van was in a very good condition. Margy is a very nice person. she explained each and everything in detail. we appreciate all the help she provided.
1st, they didnt have vehicle I reserved. Then you want to charge me more for the vehicle you have. Then the insurance coverage scam. Then when its returned you want to charge me $250 to vacuum it???? NEVER AGAIN. By the way, youre welcome for the screw I had removed and tire patched.
Got a 15 seater Van, almost brand new, great rates, wonderful experience, would use them again.
Picking up my rental was incredibly fast and easy.
