We had a great experience with Capps in Irving! We rented a 15 passenger van for a roadtrip to Florida and it was roomy enough for 13 people plus luggage and extras like a tent and beach chairs. We didn’t have to pay until pickup, and it was a a super easy pick up and drop off process. It could have been better cleaned prior to us picking up (crumbs in cup holders and pockets) but I understand a lot of businesses are short handed and are working with the staff they have. So a quick cleaning before we packed up did the trick. Would definitely be using them again for our next trip!

When the company I work for (FedEx Express) rents vehicles from Capps; its always a pleasure to drive. Sometimes more vehicles are needed when its extra busy and Capps keep their vehicles in great condition. They also have awesome customer service. I accidentally left my backpack in a vehicle overnight and when I returned they swiftly returned it. Thank you Capps

A little pricey but I will always use Capps for rentals. They are completely up front and honest with prices. No hidden fees that pop-up after you show or after you return your rental. Several other places seemed much cheaper at first but upon looking at the details would have ended up much more costly than renting from Capps. We rented a Suburban which was very nice inside and out for 8 days. Simple and hassle free process picking up and returning.

I love this location its very easy to get your rental and get in-and-out especially if youre in a hurry.

Cars are really good but insurance provided by them wont be helpful. Thats why its cheap but not safe
